Great noodles that they make on the spot where you can see them making them. Great prices and very large portions.

Had the seafood soup & it was fantastic! Used to come here all the time when they had sushi. Decided to come back & try it again. Still just as delicious!

Noodle House doesn't mean Pho, okay people. Get your Asians right! This place is awesome. The noodles are freshly made.

I just happed to stop it by chance and was pleasantly surprised! The menu pictures looked so amazing. I asked the waitress ifthe food looked like the pictures. She told me to look at the reviews, and it really did. I had a cold and wanted the hot and spicy soup to help me out. The food was so good. Next time I will ask for less of the noodles because they give you so much.

very flavorful. very large portions. I ordered the veggie soup with homemade small noodle. I didn't have to add anything for flavor. veggies were very fresh. I could hardly put a dent in the bowl that's how huge the servings are. fried rice was very tasty as well. would try again.

Would you believe me if I told you the noodles are freshly made here? I had a wonderful experience the area definitely doesn't sell the place but the food is beyond. The scallion pancakes with cheese were a real surprise, and the portions I could not believe my eyes. These Noodles won't have you Questioning, a must try for anyone in the area.

Wow! This place does not skimp on the flavor! I ordered the beef LoMein with extra meat and noodles and now I have food for the next two days. Very impressed with the quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend if you want endless tasty noodles for cheap.

I have been craving noodles & thanks to the posts from other users decided to make the drive to Noodle Q. Thank you, fellow posters. Your reviews convinced me to try this place and we were so pleased. From the moment we walked in the door, I was happy with the choice. Very warm, welcoming environment. The food was delicious & the service was very good! We will definitely be back.

Quaint little noodle restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. There was only one waitress when I went in, but she took care of every customer with a huge smile, patients and she did it all with quickness. Food was amazing and very wallet friendly in price. I do recommend a visit.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed dinner here. The service was very friendly and quick. We watched everyone cooking and making noodles and pancakes in the kitchen. The food was very fresh and delicious. You need to try this place!

Tried Noodles Q for the first time today and I ordered the Won Ton Noodle Soup. It was delicious and I love the watching the cook make the homemade noodles. The portions are large and I am glad to have leftovers. I'll be back!

This is one of those places. Looks like a dump, booths older than me, interesting part of town and they just knock your socks off with omg good food. If you haven't been, get yourself in here. The guy was making the noodles while we were in there, the texture could not be beat, the broth reminded me of when my grandma cooked a pot roast just right and spilled the hot pepper flake in the pot. This place is fantastic!

This restaurant serves fantastic food, making it one of my top choices for noodles in Fresno. I appreciate that the waiting time is typically minimal, usually less than 10 minutes, allowing for a swift and enjoyable dining experience. The service provided by the staff is consistently commendable, as they go the extra mile in assisting patrons with menu selections, especially when I'm eager to try something new. What truly impresses me is how this place has maintained its exceptional flavors and top-notch service over the years. Despite the passage of time, the taste of their dishes remains consistently amazing, and the level of service remains consistently great.

Delicious homestyle noodles and soups. We were looking for a place that served home made noodles. We had wonton soup, the Q style beef soup, and our kids has the Q style stir fried noodles with beef. We gave everything 10/10 and the chef was so nice and even showed us how he made the noodles!

It’s wild to have Szechuan food this authentic on a random Ashlan corner in Fresno. I grew up in Asia and this stuff is the real deal. The wontons in hot chili oil are my go-to, followed up with a gnarly bowl of spicy beef noodle soup. Everything that myself or my kids have had here was BOMB. Fried rice, egg rolls, wontons, dumplings, soups, noodles - everything. Service is always fast and friendly as well. Interior is dated and well-used but there’s usually a kid-friendly movie on a TV and seating is comfortable enough.

My family were really hesitant when we realized no one in this place spoke Chinese. However, we were not disappointed. The food portion was quite large at their prices. My noodle bowl had about 5 to 6 large pieces of beef stew. They tasted decent. The service was good too. This place seems like a family owned restaurant with husband cooking and wife serving. They work very hard to make a living and I appreciate their attitude. We will come back.

It is very good the flavors that are a little bit not the same of what I'm used to but overall I would eat here again very friendly service and the noodles were fresh And the place was very clean And the prices were very reasonable

Good comfort food for people who love Chinese beef noodles. The noodles are fresh made. It’s a little chewy and wouldn’t be too soft after soaking in the soup for a while. The stewed beef is tender and the soup is beef soup. The environment and kitchen are very clean.

Im surprised its runs by Latino. Pretty good and legit. Fresh made noodles are the best. Portions are big for its price. Can feed two per bowl. The beef roll got too much lettuce, more cilantro will make it perfect. Definitely gonna come back to try dan dan noodle bowl when I'm back in town.

I love Noodle Q! The staff was friendly :) we came at 4pm on a Sunday so it wasn’t super busy, which was nice. The food was very good and the portions were large. The scallion pancake was crispy and hot. My wonton noodle soup was hot and tasted great. Also service was very fast. Big fan :)

This place is amazingly delicious. My daughter and I ordered all appetizers the Wonton in hot chili oil, fried dumplings, and spring rolls. I can’t wait to come back and try their noodles. We didn’t have too big of an appetite so we split the wonton. They gave us another bowl and it was perfect for the both of us. 12 wontons total, 6 each. I love that our server didn’t have a problem with giving us another bowl at all. I have tried to split my plate with my daughter at other places in the past and a lot of places nowadays have an issue with it. The service was fast and friendly and our server was very attentive to us. There weren’t many customers coming in, and there was only like two other customers that we noticed come in one before us and one after. Not sure how they would do if they ever got really busy but for now this place is a gem in the heart of Fresno. To my surprise this place is ran by Mexicanos, that seem to have perfected the flavors of each dish. I will be bringing all 3 of my daughters back to eat here. 🇲🇽 🍜 🥟 P.S. they put black pepper in their spring rolls I like them, but my daughter isn’t a fan of pepper. It wasn’t overpowering was just perfect but like I said, some people just don’t care for black peppers so it might be something that the kids will see on the menu and want but you might wanna ask for them to leave the pepper out If they can.

The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Smells good in there. The waitress is very kind and helpful. The food here is excellent and the bowl of vegetable soup is delicious. This serving is a lot and will feed two people. A great place to eat lunch or dinner. It's in a good location. There's a gas station on the corner. Another restaurant nearby and a smoke shop in the same parking lot. Walmart is down the street over the Freeway 41 Bridge. I do recommend eating at this place. Especially, if you like or love eating vegetables and eating healthy.

I joined my cousin and his friend here for a bite to eat. We were allowed to choose anywhere we wanted to sit down. The server took our order quickly while we waited for my cousin's friend. I received my drink while waiting, the server didn't wait for my food to arrive before serving my beverage. I appreciated that. We sampled a few dishes, I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles while my cousin ordered some type of beef noodle. His friend ordered the Dan Dan as well as some wontons. I learned that my cousin's friend had been in China for a year and raved about the authenticity of the food. Just behind a plexiglass partition were workers and several noodle making machines. It looks like the noodles are made fresh on site. I was really impressed with mine. The noodles were chewy and tasted delicious. The sauce was spicy but not overpowering and the portion size was very agreeable. Definitely visiting here again to try the other dishes.

The noodles here are made and cooked fresh to your order and preference (thin, medium, wide). The stew is phenomenal and the beef flavor really shines through without being overpowered by the spices. The scallion pancake is not greasy whatsoever and super crispy too! Prices are good and portions are great, with some of the dry noodle dishes probably able to make a meal for two if paired with an appetizer (like the scallion pancakes). We got the regular Beef Stew Noodle, Plain Scallion Pancakes, and Dry Q-style Beef Stew Noodle. My favorite noodle place, ever!

Nice place with fair prices and a good assortment of dishes to try. Dan Dan Noodles is my favorite, a mountain of noodles, chicken, sprouts and green onions in a szechuan peppercorn oil. The Beef noodle soup is simple, straightforward and crazy good. The menu could use a bit of editing and more pictures. The dining area is always clean. Nice waitresses. The music/radio they play isn't great, but not loud at all.

I kept reading the reviews to this place thinking hmm this looks like a really good restaurant. but when I looked at some of the photos I was like it looks like typical Chinese food. Boy was I wrong it was definitely worth the drive and the food was amaZZing ! you can taste the fact of the noodles are fresh and the portions are huge I only spent twenty-five bucks and was able to feed three people and have a ton of leftovers. I ordered the onion pancakes chicken lo mein and vegetable fried rice. It was definitely enough to feed 5 people. my favorite thing with the onion pancakes they're super soft and crispy and when you dip them in the spicy sauce they taste excellent. top of that the service was excellent and the place was very nice and clean would definitely recommend !

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fast service, delicious food... And HUGE portions. Next time my wife and I visit, we'll definitely share a dish! Not bad. Over all service was great. Friendly staff. You get a lot of food for the price you pay. Great for family or group outings. Only thing I found is they sacrifice flavor for the amount of food you get. There were no sauces except for Sriracha.

The place was super cute and clean inside, looked way better than in the photos. Our dishes came out fast and were quite good. Pictures below is the chicken with Japanese curry. However I was disappointed at the $5 spring roll appetizer because it only came with 3 very small and flavorless eggrolls and was not at all worth it.

Had a good time at Noodle Q, wasn't too busy on a Friday evening. The noodles were being made fresh as I walked in. We had the beef noodle soup. I gave it a 7/10, we also had the pot stickers deep friend 6/10, pot stickers steamed 9/10, also the chicken chow mein which was the best thing their 10/10. I'll be coming back for the chow mein!

Overall I would return again, as I believe this place deserves a second chance. They are only offering take away at moment. No chairs or tables are available, but both tvs were on to entertain while you wait. They are using all known food delivery services and have a table with each service labeled clearly for pick up for the drivers. I ordered dan dan noodles, one of my favorite Chinese dishes from Sichuan province. The dish is famous for its use of numbing peppers. While their version did have a slight numbing sensation it was very mild. It was the first time I have had the dish with chicken, which while very differant was not bad. They deserve a second chance as the chicken stir fry we ordered for my son was incredibly delicious.

I actually ate here two days in a row! Got the wontons in hot oil twice, braised beef and Sichuan noodles. the beef in the noodles was delicious, but the noodles themselves could have been it more flavorful. Still I would eat it a third time!

So I've been watching the food ranger and was looking for a restaurant that makes Dan Dan noodles and found this one. The noodles are superb. You get the numbing taste and the flavors are great. We also ordered the beef noodle soup for my son who is a picky eater and he loved it. My daughter ordered the wonton soup and that was also good; taste almost like a miniature bao (Chinese meat bun). And the noodles are made fresh at the restaurant, which is a plus. If you like authentic noodle soup, you should give this place a try.

Been here several times and it’s always spot on. This visit I ordered the Noodle Q Beef noodles, Dan Dan Noodles, and Chive pancakes with cheese. The beef noodles was spot on. This will fulfill your craving for the traditional beef noodles as this area has very few locations that offer this quality dish. I’ve had really good ones in SoCal, SF, and Las Vegas but this is great for Fresno. The Dan Dan Noodles which had a shredded chicken in it had a very distinctive herbal taste to it. To me this was off putting but some may like it. The highly recommend dish is the chives pancakes with cheese. So good and worth coming back again. Again this place makes their own fresh noodles and I asked if I can purchase them. They said yes for $2.75 per pound. I will be back for when I’m ready to make my own chow mein or noodle soup at home. All in all I will be back and would recommend.

I tried the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the Dan Dan Noodles on my way to Kings Canyon. I enjoyed the soup - the handmade noodles were chewy, plenty of tender beef, with a spicy and delicious broth. I would not recommend the Dan Dan Noodles, however - they came with chicken (vs the typical ground pork) and a relatively bland sauce. No numbing spices in either dish.

This is my first time here. The thai tea (I forgot to take a picture of it) it was good but it seem like it was a pre-made in the morning. The BBQ chicken is good. It is crispy and fresh cook. The photo of the beef noodle bowl, the noodle is a little soft and hard to chew. The beef is a little tender but it was a big square slide cut and it was hard to chew and swallow. The broth is good. It taste like a pho beef broth. The photo of the chicken udon noodle bowl, the noodle is also a little soft and hard to chew. The chicken was very soft to eat which I like how it was cook. The broth taste not too salty perfect taste for me though. I give it a 4 star because I like the broth and the BBQ chicken.

Mid place. The food was edible but not to flavorful. The waitress barely spoke English so we kept talking about the order with no luck. The price was affordable but the seats at the booth were tight. Im 6'3 tall. I ain't mad but I ain't happy either it was a mid experience and won't be back.

Ordered thru door dash and the servings are huge. I ordered a wonton soup with rice noodles and it was a lot of food. It tasted ok. Different than the traditional wonton soups. I also ordered some chicken fried rice but I was too stuffed so I didn’t taste it. We also ordered Sichuan Beef Soup which was too oily and made his lips tingle. It wasn’t spicy. Didn’t care much for it. Wouldn’t order it again. Also got an order of dumplings - they were like any other. This food was ok, nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn’t order from here again simply because it was only ok.

I ordered the chili wontons, which were great and tasted exactly as they should. However, the lo mein was a huge disappointment. It didn’t look anything like the photo on the menu—they used a different type of noodle than what was shown, which felt like a bait-and-switch. The worst part was the meat; it looked and tasted a few days old, microwaved food. Honestly, we couldn’t believe what we were served

The good: Large portions, low price, good flavor, great service The bad: Noodles were undercooked and the chicken was overcooked. The worst combination possible.

Was craving curry and Udon so I came here and ordered the Chicken Curry Noodle. The menu said it comes with udon noodles but instead, it came out with regular noodles. I went up to ask why it didn't come with Udon and the kitchen’s response was “We don't have Udon.” it's a dish that was supposed to come with Udon. You should at least notify the customer if you are missing a certain item from the description, not just switched the noodle and hope for the best. I would have let that go if the overall quality of this dish is good but it was far from that. The Curry was so bland and watery that it was barely flavorful. I can only taste the slight curry flavor from the chicken and the potatoes. The only good thing that's left in this restaurant is the Spicy Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup. Needless to say, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

The dumplings are tasty, but the bulgogi is just a name. It has nothing to do with the actual dish! The recipe for bulgogi is so simple that I don’t understand how it could be made to taste this bad. I almost felt sick from how awful it was. Let me share the real recipe with you: soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic—that’s the entire marinade. What you served was a disaster.

First time trying and I thought it would taste as good as the ratings says but it definitely is not my cup of tea. My tastebuds did not find the flavors appealing. The Sichuan beef noodle soup definitely stands out in its flavors. I dont find it spicy at all but the flavors was very potent. The only thing I enjoy was the potstickers although I've had better at least I was able to enjoy it more than the other food. Personally, I do find their food a bit too greasy for me.
