Most of the time I get chicken from here it's good. But this time the chicken was too dry. I order a four piece chicken meal. The leg n thigh were ok. The wing and breast were hard n dried. Each bite required a drink of water to lubricated down.

I'm sorry to post this but they need to do better, I got a burrito that tasted good but I was gonna take another bite and almost broke my teeth because there was a big bone inside. I find this unacceptable. On top of that my iced tea tasted weird and they never remove the stems of the cilantro. I know they have to work fast but a burrito should not have a bone. I hope you take this into account and improve. Thank you

I've eaten at plenty of El Pollo Loco. This was probably the least favorite one to eat at. The service was slow. Incorrect order. Yes, it was corrected, but it would have been better to not feel like it was a hassle. Better customer service is definitely needed at this location. And if the employees are up in front helping customers. At least acknowledge them. Being friendly doesn't cost anything. A better way to deal with your customers. Negative feelings about eating here again.

Every employee here acts like they hate working there. God forbid you need assistance at the register (due to a failed coupon) because no one will acknowledge you or talk to you. When they finally DO decide to help, they act like you're the biggest burden ever. This place is NOT it. The food is good but the environment is hostile. Get those employees retrained ASAP. This is coming from someone in the service industry.

Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes 4 people looked at me and nobody said anything hello welcome be with you in a minute. Nothing. Food is always good, but the surface really sucks

We went at 8:40pm. We were greeted at the drive thru and then when we tried to order, complete silence. No one inside, no signs of anything. Its like they hid to not help anyone. The sign shows they're open until 10:30pm

Ay order & 8pc. togo... oh My God, it was the worst chicken ever. It was burn dry. I couldn't eat it at all. Worst experience ever.! hay Keep asking myself how do they serve that to a Customer!!!!!

For the owner, its really unprofessional to be standing right in front of an employee who is on the drive through head set waiting for the car customer to order while we are standing ready and right in front of him. As a franchise owner i hope the owner has a talk with the rude gentelemen working at this location today 7/5/25. Lost 3 customers ready to spend quite a bit

I ordered the 2 piece chicken with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was burnt and dried out to a point the chicken disintegrated. The potatoes had very little gravy and only gave a couple spoonfuls of potatoes. I asked for a manager to call me and haven't heard anything. I won't be going back. Wanted to give no star but had to give one to post. Ugh!!

Very bad chicken and dirty place. My ordered was online for Legs and thighs black beans and corn tortillas. And they gave me a mix of chicken, pinto beans , and tortillas were not corns, the chicken was burned, and old. I had to go inside for my order the place was dirty 8 persons working there and they couldn’t clean their kitchen. Not good place to eat, bad chicken ad burned , employees don’t care . Never again I will go to this place.

Haven't been there in awhile, the place is not as good as it used to be. We ordered, the worker repeated back to us correctly, we paid, I check the receipt and there's things added, things missing, and wrong sizes. I correct all the errors with them, we get the food and find the burrito is barely wrapped and hanging out, and then as we start eating we realize that half the chicken in our food is raw like straight up pink raw. We're unsure how much we ate before we saw it was raw, but seriously. This place has majorly gone down. No quality, uncooked food, and the people didn't even take it that seriously when we told them the food was raw. It didn't even deserve one star.

So I ordered from the app curbside and went to pick up my food when I got there the lady bringing my food out told me they didn’t have anymore chicken soup which is okay and to get my refund through the app ( just downloaded today ) so have to figure out how to do it……… so I get home and got everything out the bag and both my food entree is not how it’s supposed to be I ordered a double chicken bowl with no avocado and no cabbage and a chicken tostada salad they both came with only chicken rice and beans that’s it no sour cream no salsa just plain I’m really disappointed and FYI in the picture I added my own cheese to my bowl and my friend added the hot sauce to her tostada other than that it was just chicken beans and rice they didn’t even give her creamy cilantro sauce
