This restaurant is filthy. The service is good, food is standard but unfortunately the glass windows are so dirty you can hardly see through the months and months of fingerprints and smeared whatever is on them. The over all appearance just looks unsanitary. It's either poor management or carelessness. No pride is shown and this is a beautiful store every since the remodel. Let's do better.

The experience at Jack in the Box is not always what is expected. Getting the order correct is an important part of a drive-thru or online order. We didn't get all the items forcing us to return for the missing item. Not very convenient. I walked in and requested the missing item, it was provided quickly and a apology was provided. They handled it very well.

I are in, no napkins were given to me And there weren’t any on the condiment table. As expensive as fast food is these day, I kind Of expect a minimum amount of service.

Sandwiches were great, and the service was quick, but the portion for the fries was very disappointing. Box wasn't even full, seemed like the last bit of fryers in the warmer. Expecting 5 bucks for the amount in a small is just bad.

Food was cold and they gave me the crumbs of the curly fries this is a horrible experience

I come on my 15 minute break for two tacos and a cup of water. That's all I have time to eat, and it's all I want. These employees treat me rude as if I don't have money or something. They don't talk to me they slam the drive-thru window just because I'm spending $2 only. It's rude.

This location has nothing to offer. I've lived right next door for over 5 years and all they have is overpriced food with low quality. And even lower consistency. I have apps for all the fast food places Jack in the box is a complete waste of time. I hope you take over the business and somebody else takes over that is worthwhile. Your food is trash, your prices are trash.

This location states that they are open 24 hours a day but every time I go after 11pm, they are either not there or they don't receive the order through the app. There have been multiple instances where I placed an order on the app, and they DO NOT receive it or cancel it. Requesting a refund through the app for food I never received is a nightmare. This is the worst Jack in the Box location in the city in my experience.

Been coming here for years. Honestly the service gets worst and worst. Today, I ordered fries and a drink. The employee Gladys filled my drink up at the drive thru and handed to me without wiping the side of the cup that obviously have soda spill on the side of the cup. As she handed to me and it slipped out of my hands and the soda spilled all over my lap and inside my car. She looked at me with disgust and unprofessional said, "that was your fault!". I was in shocked with her rude response. I reply back telling her if she did her job and actually wipe the spill on the side of the cup, it wouldn't have slipped out of my hands. She didn't apologize to replace my drink but rudely close the sliding window at the drive through in my face. I won't be coming here no more after this experience.

It's not this locations fault. Jack in the box has become overpriced, the food, quality, and quantity of the food has shrunk. Disappointing to spend 35 dollars to barely feed my 4 kids and I gave up my food to do so. The nuggets are quarter size and overpriced. Again not this locations fault and the employees were amazing, fast, and very polite. Jack in the box is just not worth it anymore. Buyer beware.

Normally when you have to wait for a pickup order that is sitting there they tend to ask you. How are you or ask you? Are you picking up an order. That was not the case here as the manager looked at me twice within a few minutes and continue to grab orders and go to the drive-thru window and completely ignore me. After a few minutes I said excuse me. He said I'll be right with you and then went back to the window, continue to take orders and hand people bags. So the manager at this location literally had me waiting almost 10 minutes for my food that was already made. It wasn't until another employee left the register and asked me for help. Seriously? We ordered jalapeños poppers but got chicken nuggets. Wasn’t busy at all, so there’s no reason to get the order wrong. We will stop coming here.

Dirty, gross, and disgusting inside. The floor, fountain station, and utensils areas are nasty. Not clean. Their cashier counter is so dusty. Imagine how dirty the kitchen is!
