The parking is horrible, park in the back behind the drive thru. The store is clean and staff is great!
Door was locked for in store pick ups, I had to use the drive through. The parking lot was not well lit. Food was decent. Though the sandwich looked haphazardly constructed. Service was quick and friendly for our Mobile order.
Love the sandwiches. Need more people to work there. At window, takes forever to get your order. And if the workers want to talk to someone for awhile inside, takes even longer. Will go back tho. Need my sandwich.

Disappointing first visit as sandwich artist did not speak enough English and spoke very fast. Still, she was there trying to make a living. me my receipt while walking away. No desire to return to this location
I like the sandwiches. I like the employees. What I don't like is grouchy managers like from this Subway. My grandma and I just wanted to order a sandwich and this manager got mad at us. All we wanted was the manager to "lettuce" know if the club sandwiches were still there and all he did was throw a fit. To be honest, one of the employees should be the manager instead of Squidward. This manager is like a Subway Tuna fish sandwich since they are a façade of what they should be. Edit: Also add more stuff inside the sandwich. Seriously, where's the beef?
I wanted a Cold Cut but the meat was discolored and they still put it on the bread. I immediately told them to switch to turkey because of the discoloration. They put the meat back into the bin! The American cheese was melting in the bin it was in, which tells me they are probably stored in improper temperatures. I attached a pic, it doesn't do it justice...Never going back to this location next to Shipley's!

Picked up our order after ordering off app. Bread wasn't toasted, and they gave us the wrong chips. Footlong Churro was hard as a rock when you tried to bite into it. 24 hours huh? That's crazy because it's a little past midnight and it's closed. Not the first night i have seen it like this either. I work nights and when I can get a chance to get actual decent food fast at night, I would love to take that chance. But obviously not at this Subway sandwich shop....

Hours listed indicate they close at 11pm. Door was open but when I walked in at 10 pm was informed they were closed. When I informed staff hours indicate the store closes at 11pm they then informed me only the drive thru was open. Had I not asked about hours I would have never been informed the drive thru was open.
This is the 2nd time I’ve gone here and the drive through worker does not speak English well enough to be taking orders. Dec 7th at 9:45pm. I just had to leave with-out placing my order, the lady was unable to take it. I won’t be trying again.
Signs say they close at 11 but at 9:47 PM tonight the door was locked. Woman inside waived me to the drive thru but I want to SEE my sandwich being made, which I can’t do in the drive thru. Why say you’re open until 11 if you’re going to lock the door before 10????

The recent experience has been suboptimal, and increased management oversight is recommended. It is hoped that necessary adjustments to management will be implemented.
Updated 3 stars to 1. My husband went to the drive through and no one came to take his order until he drove away. He heard someone at the window call out to help him. Since he couldn't wait I returned to have the same experience. I was met with a smirk and asked her name. She hesitated and looked around until I asked again. She smirked and gave me a name. (It's the one I'm going to use). When I informed Jaynie (sp?) of the issue, she commented "there was a little rush". The rush? 4 customers, 3 workers. Jaynie smirked the entire time I talked about the issues being experienced by my husband earlier and now myself. When I pointed out the smirk, she commented "I'm just a happy person". When the older worker came to the window, the whole issue was ignored.
Ordered at the wrong subway and when I asked for a refund I was refused because the sandwich was made already and then was told "who's fault is it? Did I order this or did you order it". Clearly their employees need better customer service training. For an easy fix to have been refused is disappointing. DO BETTER
worst customer service i’ve ever received. looked me right in the face and told me my receipt was in the bag when it never even printed…. then had to go get a manager to print me one, why lie? the manager then told me that subway discontinued the ranch.. if you want to waste your time and deal with idiots… this is the place.
Horrible MORNING Service - Both the servers are UNQUALIFIED to work this location (and one was the manager Bertha) they barely spoke English, so the communication was difficult, with no understanding - which makes the service HORRIBLE my sandwich was made incorrectly. I will NOT be returning, corperate needs to rehire and retrain the staff.
So I recently tried to stop into this Subway (3407 E Broadway St in Pearland, TX) and was waved away by the lady employee behind the counter motioning to me that they were closed. Granted, I dropped in around 10 to 15 minutes prior to closing... but the sign says 10pm, not 10 to 15 minutes prior to 10pm. Coming from someone who has history in the food service industry, I understand wanting to close down and get out for the evening. But I also understand posted store hours = posted store hours. My intentions were not to order food and sit in the restaurant either... just wanted to take it home. Anyway figured someone in upper management might like to know what's going on at this location.
