Always go to this Wendy's for Cory. Very polite and his customer service is on point. When Cory is on the drive thru I know my order will be correct and all the neccessary utensil will be added. Food is good. No complaints.

Best burger deal! 5 dollars gets you a bacon double stack cheeseburger, medium fries,medium drink and a 4 ct. spicy nuggets. I added mayo, tomato and lettuce to my burger at no extra charge!
They are so knowledgeable and friendly. They carry a great range of fabric and notions. And they have been very aware of COVID-19 and are taking reasonable precautions to protect customers and staff
Love how they have the freshest lettuce here. Always crisp when I have their Dave’s single burger. Staff is also kind. :)

I am totally enthusiastic about Wendy's! Their chicken nuggets are delicious and satisfy my cravings! The fries are consistently perfect!
The employee that took my order and my payment, also gave me the order. She was lovely! Her energy and genuine happiness made my day! Oh, the very fresh fish sandwich was very good as well.
The pic is my receipt show what we ordered. Had to pull forward to wait. Young man came out and said the potatoes would be 15 to 20 min longer, we said would wait. 25 min later he came back out said sorry but would be another 20 min, if we wanted he could give us the rest of our order and $5 cash for the potatoes, We went with that. When we got down the road we noticed they did not give us the sandwich we order. So after all that all we got was 10 nuggets. This Wendy's is usually better then this.
Used the drive thru to try their berry frosty.it was delicious. I wish all these companies would stop charging the same price for less products. Folks in drive thru were polite and verified the order before handing it to me.

We have a big family, so last year I bought 8 of the mini frosty tags. My kids LOVE getting frosties. This Wendy's, for the most part, doesn't look at me crazy for ordering 8 mini frosties, which I appreciate, lol. I usuaaly buy fries to go with them. iykyk

We go to Wendy's for the chili...its the best on a cold night. Sometimes we get a baked potato with our chili. The burgers are nothing special for us and choose down the street for burgers.
Typical Wendy's location. The burgers are solid and what you expect. They are pretty fast getting your food out. It is almost always correct.
This location has always been great for me. Always good people and great service. I'll continue to eat here. So... the rest of y'all come here too for bkfst, L or evenin snack..

Always quick but service at the window is always a hit or miss. Half the time they don't give the receipt unless we ask and sometimes they forget to hand the card back.
Best Wendy's in the area, always friendly. Went to Wendy's on the way home after a long offshore fishing trip and got they a few minutes to close. Ladies were super nice even though I was there at the last second and the food was still hot and fresh.
I stopped on the way home, it's not my favorite Wendy's. This experience was not bad. The food was correct and fresh! The line was kind of slow bit over all a good trip.

Newly decorated/remodeled interior makes it more inviting than before but it too open. Needs a little more chairs/tables. The above description was a whole ago. Today (7-20-22) the place looks very open. Tables and chairs are spread apart. Large walking isles. One thing I did notice: the tall table with the LED TV next to it is very sticky. They used the wrong paint on the table. Oh, but the food is still good
It's fast food! But my son is on a chicken sandwich kick and wants to try all the fast food options. He gives the Wendy's chicken sandwich and 8/10 :)
Ever since they remodeled the store, service has been so slow. Wait time has been up to forty-five minutes. There is one guy there that knows his stuff and is always moving fast to get people their food, if it weren't for him, we would go elsewhere.
Went through the drive-thru tonight . I ORDERED the Pretzel Pub Baconator. The put it on a regular bun . They had me pull up and wait on my order. Meanwhile my frosty's were melting.
Floor was sticky, ketchup dispenser did not work well.
Food ok. Very very slow. The kids had no leader, to take charge. They were skipping orders, forgetting things with the orders. You had 5 kids working the back and only two were doing anything. This place usually is sharp. And the place looked sticky,felt sticky. It looked like they did not charge the mop bucket in days. The soda area was just a mess. Clean is clean . Looks like someone is not checking up on the help.
2nd time I visited this location. Both times, the condiments were not restocked and they were out of something. This time no toy for the kids meal. Save your time and money. Choose a different location.
We come in, sit down, and see the roof is leaking. we go tell the general manager (i think her name was obunga?) and she literally just looked at it and did nothing. food was ok after i got my burger corrected from being full to plain but like, leaky roof.
They have a promo deal on the board main menu saying 5 dlls for a JBC , SMALL fries and I’m not sure something else looks like potato skins and a Soda, well guess what??? - oh sorry is not available anymore!!! I talked to the manager, and he offered the meal, I said-NO THX, if isn’t available anymore you should take off from the menu!!!!
This place repeatedly makes so many mistakes, I’m the only person in the drive thru but I still have to pull up and wait a long time for simple orders
I don't know what to say but the food was cold except for the JBC which I had no tomatoes on it! I usually get hot great food but the $5.00 ain't worth it especially when all of its cold! I guess I will stick with Subway!
The customer service here at night is horrible. I pull up to what looks like a manager and another girl with glasses just standing there talking and playing trying to get an object out a cup. Then the rude guy with glasses walks up almost a minute later says nothing I hand him my card still nothing. He tells them he is going to the restroom and walks of leaving my card in the machine. Then seconds later the girl with glasses takes my card out and then the manager hands me my food and card. and says “thanks” like I wanted to gather them together but said nvm. I have come before at night and the same female manager is not friendly maybe she needs to realize what atleast decent customer service is and teach her staff who lacks it as well. Less playing and more decent customer service & for it to be 3 cars it sure took a minute to get my order.
The staff is nice and the food is good when you get it, but this is the second time they forgot to give me an item from my order. This first time was just a cup of chili so we let it slide, but this time they forgot a whole meal. We ordered a Dave’s Triple that we did not receive. I double checked my receipt and I was charged for it. I tried calling the store, but it just rings once and then a beeping sound comes on. Very disappointing.
Usually like dropping by once or twice a month... but several times now, including tonight, we get home and don’t have all our food. Someone needs to check the bags better with the receipts BEFORE giving them to the customer. We were charged every time this has happened! We call and you have to leave a message. Don’t feel like driving back up now that it’s 9:30pm.... UHGGGG!
This location allows customers to sit at their drive-thru window until they get frustrated then drive away. They open at 6:00AM with all the lights on in the building, the menu board is working yet No one takes your order. Cars then drive to the window thinking someone will take care of them but that still doesn't happen. I'm not sure what's taking place but today was my third time experiencing this problem. If they are in meetings maybe have additional staff to take care of your customers.
First the amount of fries in the large container were just pitiful like I'm just disappointed. Second I asked for specialty sauce and they put in bbq. Third the person who took my order was rude in general and was annoyed with me because of his inability to listen to someone talking
I like Wendy's but this store could use improvement to its customer service and honestly the floor is sticky as hell felt like every step I took was done so with glue honestly your better off going to a different store entirely
I order the apple pecan chicken salad from this Wendy’s about once a week. It is usually fresh and very good. I picked one up this evening. It was sub par. The lettuce was wilted, the chicken was dry, and there was very little of it, the apples were soft, not crunchy, and there was no blue cheese. After I got home and saw the salad, I called the store and spoke to the manager. All he had to say was thank you for letting him know. I think I’m through with this Wendy’s. There are too many other options
The restaurant is dark and looks closed most of the time. I don't know what Wendy corporate is thinking with the outside color scheme. Dark and creepy doesn't sell food. Besides this, every time I order at this location, they ask me to pull forward to wait for my food. Get your act together. I could go across the street to Whataburger and get to wait at the window for my food. Or if you can't deliver it in a reasonable amount of time, establish online ordering with pickup parking spots. I am offended by being asked to pull forward every single time I visit!
Way to cold to eat inside Wendy's building. Food was luke warm won't go to the Wendy's in Friendswood TX again even though I love Wendy's food. I gave them a second chance but won't give them another.

I don't know what's been going on over at this location but the service has went down hill horribly. I had to repeat myself several times at the drive-thru and my order was still completely wrong.it took several minutes at the window trying to correct the order and after it was all said and done my order was still wrong.
If I could give this place no stars I would. They never ask you what you want to order through the drive thru, you have to speak to them first to ask if they are there. If you just wait for them to talk to you it will take 5 mins or more. This is the slowest and worst Wendy's I have ever been to!

Breakfast is terrible here, i litterally watched the lady put ice cream in my iced coffee after her vanilla was out. It tasted so bad.. so bad i wont ever go back to another Wendy’s ever
may 14 2023 drive-through I ordered a large chili and a medium frosty . I live 5 min away , the chili was cold and the cup was 3/4 full. with this kind of service, you should just close the door
Rude rude people! We came at 10:15 pm when it states its open till 11pm!! Two people cam eon the speaker one woman angrily said” we are closed“ and kind a gentleman “asked how can we help you” when we responded confused the lady (the manager we later discovered) were all rude then 2 different emoplyees began eyeing me and my signifigant other down. When we told then our burger was wrong (politely to the first gentlemen) the manage quickly came bustling up asking what our problem was to which we responded”what problem? Our burger was wrong we just want it how we ordered it “ and she looked at us like we were stupid then proceeded to have someone else walk up and close the window once she began screaming outside. When we asked another employee why she is acting that way they said they didnt quite know they were trying to close early and someone took our order by mistake. FIRST of all, if it is earlier than 10:40 and you close at 11, and you just finished taking another order there is no reason to be closing, secondly why take it out on a customer?? What did we have to do with the mistake of an employee.
I wish I could rate zero stars. Went through the drive through tonight and ordered a combo meal. Didn't check the order until I arrived home (let that be a lesson) and my order was wrong. I called the store thinking they would take care of it, and no. Everytime I called, when they answered they immediately disconnected with no response. Worst part is I paid in cash so I can't even reverse the charge. I would avoid this place.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for some spicy nuggets and they didn't even have those so we got the regular nuggets. Fast forward and they call the order out and only gave one sauce for a total of 36 nuggets. Plus they forgot the frys we ordered. We go back to get the frys and the manger tells us the reason she didn't put the frys in the bag is because an employee spit on them. Will never go back to this location.
I go here about once every half year (for the past 8 years) thinking "This time it has to be better". I've never had a good experience or fresh food here. Go to the Pearland Parkway one about 10 minutes away and you by default will have a better experience. I like Wendy's a lot, I just wish we had a good one out here or someone who cared.
the last three times I've come to this restaurants drive-thru and every single time they've got the order wrong and I've had to come back to have something fixed. I say in the restaurant once and they gave me the wrong sandwich all together. my wife and I this time she ordered a baked bacon and cheese potato and it came with no bacon. Every single time I've been here that messed up the order. the person that work there was friendly enough but because they're not competent with their orders I don't think I'll ever come back again.
Went to Wendy's at about 3:30pm and only the drive thru was open. Apparently everyone working was only scheduled till 3pm . The only person in the store is Patricia. I am astounded that the manager is not there helping her. Isn't it against their store policies that one person can't work alone at any given time. This poor lady has to cook and cashier alone. I could expect this from some rinky dink restaurant, but a Wendy's. This is unacceptable from a guest point of view.
I came to this location at 10pm on a Friday. The website says they are open until midnight, but the dude in the drive thru told me they were only open until 11. Not a problem, but the entire building looks abandoned. The menu wasn't even lit up, so I couldn't read it. I'm not about to get out of my car and get up close to read an outside menu in a drive thru. He sounded very distracted, asked me "Do you just want Frosty's or something?" and when I asked about the menu he said, "...oh yeah...it just turns off at a certain time..." ??? Your menu turns off before you close? What kind of sense does that make? It seems like just a bunch of kids that want to get paid without actually working by pretending they are closed. Phone line was busy too. I really hope someone looks into this because you lost my business tonight.
Everything is out of stock, or the employees just "don't know". One of the employees argued that they don't carry bbq sauce for the nuggets then proceeded to hand me my food with bbq sauce in the bag.
It would be nice to get someone to take my order without telling me to hold on every 2 seconds. It was a simple order! Then tell me to start over then tell me to hold on again. What a joke!
What did u do to the taco salad. They never used to put corn on there taco salad. I bought 2 just now and so disapointed. Won't buy anymore now. None of it looks like it used to.
Edit 2 years later: The flies are gone but service continues to go downhill. I put in a mobile order today for four meals - only one was complete. I was missing an order of fries, chicken nuggets and a drink. Everything was packed into a larger bag so I only caught the missing drink before leaving. Original review:Restaurant is full of flies. Just picked up meals for me and the family. The fries were cold and stale, definitely not hot or fresh. Wasted nearly 40.00 for old, cold and stale food. Just go across the street and eat at Whataburger. The Wendy's in Friendswood is no good.
Went through the drive thru with a very simple order. The burger was wrong, the fries were a small when I ordered a large, drink was fine but never got a straw, when I asked for ketchup for my fries you would think I asked for gold bars. The drive thru was empty when I arrived, 15-20 minutes later I finally got my food, upon leaving they were backed up around the other side of the building. 😑
I'm done with this location! My hamburger meat smelled horrible after I bit into it. My fries were extra salty and went stale afterwards. I just can't get over how the meat was NOT fresh! Money well-wasted. These youngsters don't know how to prepare food. Wendy's needs a new cook! I will be going to Five Guys when I want a good burger. It's more pricey, but at least I can SEE who's making my burgers and I get what I pay for, which is quality food. So long, Wendy's!
If I could I would give them no stars i would I had rude attitudes the past two times I went and it was past rush time which was 7pm. Let it go gave them another chance on Saturday night at 10pm and the guy had his head set on and hanging out in his car when we pulled up. I waited at the drive thru for a while pulled up at the window and still nothing and turned around and tried it again and still no service. Extremely unprofessional!! Had to go to a different location.

Such a frustrating drive-thru experience. From the time we actually placed an order and got thr food was 28 minutes. I would have done a customer service survey, but they didn't give me a receipt. This isn't the first time I've wasted half an hour trying to get some fast food from this location.
I ordered a small frosty and a salad and the cashier complained that I did not tell him what type of frosty I ordered. I thought it was absurd that he would complain instead of just asking me. I went on and told him but then he just wanted to bring it up 3-4 times about how I did not tell him at the time I told him I wanted a small frosty. I don't know what the deal is with the cashier, but he was incredibly rude and ridiculous. I responded positively with each insult and on the way out after cancelling my order he asks if I still want my salad. Won't be coming back here again!
If I could give minus numbers I would. First I ordered my meal, paid then they say machine is broke ok, so change drink. Then I get home missing Chili, so I called spoke with manager, she said sorry just stop by anytime and let them know you spoke with me, she provided name, and they will give you. So I stop the next day, while out running around, I tell the girl what has happened. She says they can't give me, because the person I said I spoke with is on vacation, and hasn't been in. This to me sounds like they are calling me a liar, I just feel like is our world so bad that you think people are all cheating that even when I tell you what your staff says that told no. This is poor management either way, make a list of who you tell come back. This is why people give such a hard time to workers who I don't blame for this. Except for forgetting in first place.

11:30pm guy at the drivethru was a delight. My jr cheeseburger deluxe looked like it was straight out of the commercial and the veggies were so fresh. Onions crispy. Perfect amount of ketchup n mustard. Absolutly the best wendys burger ive had. UPDATE : This was the one and only time I ever received that service, and quality of item. EVERY SINGLE TIME SINCE, the burger was stale and flat and dry. Service sucked and they closed 5 mins earlier than 12am when I got off work. Was denied service. When I SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN. Place is 80% female and they all could care less about you.
Went through the drive thru and order my hamburger combo and pulled up and paid. Note that I was the only car in line and they instructed me to pull forward and they'd bring it out. Why? They said the burger was being cooked fresh. Well, they brought it out and the fries were stone cold. Then I tried the burger and it was bland with an off flavor almost like the beef was getting old. The cold fries was a total bummer and for this reason, I won't go back.
Terrible customer service, went in to order a $5 biggie meal. No one was inside the dining area and maybe 1 or two cars in drive through. Waited up front while 3 people walked by me and said someone will be right with me to order. I finally got tired of waiting and started to walk out. FINALLY! Must have been the manager or something said if I wanted to order. I said yes, but I’m tired of waiting. She had to yell for someone to come up front to take my order. The person came up with attitude like she didn’t want to be there. Had to wait longer than usual to get my food. Mind you no one was inside, no customers besides me. Not even a busy rush and they just had the worse attitude and customer service. Avoid this location, seems to have a lot of problems. Not worth the trouble of having to wait or get wrong orders, terrible service. Plenty of other options
Intentionally placed hair. LARGE AMOUNTS I recently visited Wendy's and ordered a burger. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The burger I received had a large amount of human hair both inside and outside. It's hard to believe that the hair wasn't noticed during the wrapping process. I suspect this was done intentionally, although I can't be sure why. When I went inside the store to voice my complaint, the "manager" remained silent throughout the entire interaction. Their lack of response was concerning. I then requested a complete refund. As the "manager" stood at the cash register, I noticed a smirk on their face, as if the situation were a joke. This is no laughing matter—it's a health hazard. If workers are intentionally adding hair to food, it raises serious questions about hygiene and safety practices. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dining at this restaurant. Check your food carefully, and consider other options if possible.
I love wendys, first of all , but this experience was terrible. I ordered an Apple pecan salad they didn't have it. They just to make the salad fresh at the moment if they don't have one ready NOT ANY MORE Then order a Chicken Cesar..., 10 PC nuggets and Jr Bacon. I left thinking everything was in the bag, but nothing was in the bag NO CONDIMENTS AT ALL, sad., cause the place was not busy staff members were plenty
Ordered 6 chicken nuggets. ONLY got 4. Ordered Pineapple Frosty. NOT available at window. Said give Vanilla Frosty. Gave Chocolate Frosty. Fries OVERDONE. Had problems at this location before. Do not patronize!
CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Not only did they get both orders wrong (hubs and I), but their taco salad "meat" was a cup of chili, their homemade chili , no tortilla chips, just a small plastic tub with romaine, tomato and scattered cheddar. 😵😵 Husband also bought and paid for a large French fry. No fries received. Husband ordered a burger and their featured queso fries... Fine-ish. Fries were just melted cheese on not house cut Wendys fries. These fries were absolutely outsourced. There's no way that anyone could fall for this. Tried calling the store about their mistakes and it's off the hook. We usually choose Wendy's for a rare fastfood dinner. With this experience, I am kind of speechless. We were both Wendy's fans.... This isn't even dinner. This is chili-salad, and frozen french fries with cheddar cheese. So today I kindly went and asked for a KIDS cheeseburger with mustard instead of ketchup up, the man goes “it comes with both” I was like oh okay, knowing that I’ve ordered it a million times. Well then he’s like medium or large? And I’m like.. it’s a kids meal. So he gets mad and changes it which took 2 seconds. Puts no ketchup still. They rarely ever put enough sauce. Well they put extra ketchup to where the bread is soggy and it was dripping on the sides. Are you serious because you got confused with a junior cheeseburger and a kids? And you had to just make a slight change? What a low life. You disgusting low life go to therapy or something lol. You have serious issues and need to check yourself. Pathetic wouldn’t even look at me at the window giving me my food, now I know why. A grown man. You are disgusting. Like I can tell how you were growing up. How sad! Don’t go here, they are nothing but rude!
