Great service , last time I was here I ordered to go in only live 15 min away but the food was really cold , I ordered a whopper meal ,the burger was cold and meat was not broiled. It was cooked but didn't have that charbroil taste. Will try again because definitely prefer the whopper over te big mac

Great restaurant. One stop shop w ampm in the same parking lot and Tower Mart across the street. Prices are always amazing. You can feed a family of 4 with $30 there. Food always warm and fresh and staff is always kind and helpful.

It was a little slow but I didn't mind waiting. People have to understand that not everyone works at the same paste. I love the coffee there and my breakfast was really good. The cashier was very friendly and she greeted me and gave good service.

Had a whopper meal deal with onion rings replacing the side of fries and a shake replacing the drink and it was 13 bucks...wow but the people are nice and I did enjoy the food haven't been to a bk Ina while.

The food was good and the service was better. This place was pretty average I would come back again but the Burger King on Hwy 111 is a lot better!

It's a BK, what do you expect, they are all about the same. This on was clean and room for large RV with Toad to park around by the car wash and AM PM and get gas too.

You can go inside and place an order if your vehicle is too big to go through their drive-thru very well-thought-out one entrance one exit

At drive through, ordered impossible Whopper, no mayo, no cheese, add mustard. Order taker asked hubs to repeat the order THREE TIMES. We confirmed again at the window, “no mayo, no cheese, with mustard, right?” She said yes, so we paid and drove out. I unwrapped, and hubs saw mayo. He walked back inside to get replacement. Came back to car, I unwrapped and found cheese, no mustard. SO, he very patiently walked back in to get yet another replacement. He checked it at the counter the third time, finally right. Took three separate tries, and way more time than it should have to get the right order. The final version was very good at least. However, the subpar order accuracy makes me leery as to whether it’s even the Impossible Burger in the bun, or dead cow parts. 🥺

I think they change something on the whooper before was my favorite burger there but this is the second time I taste something different on whooper maybe the bread not sure. Service is good though

Not enough personal to keep dinning areas clean, if I was the owner I would go make sure my people have my restaurant in a cleaner position, if not step in and help.

I have really been loving Burger King lately and I woke up craving it. There was only one open so I decided to drive the 27 minutes there. When I got there, I instantly pulled up to the drive through. While waiting, 2 other cars got in line behind me. We three sat patiently waiting as I occasionally said hello into the microphone. Only to find out, 15 minutes later, that they were closed. The woman on the other end said that they close at 11pm, every night. Even though online it says that they are open till 2am and the sign on the door says midnight. It would have been wonderfully helpful if it was mentioned online prior to me taking this road trip. I can’t say that I’m not super disappointed.

Customer service wasn't good at all. I ordered food for here and she put it to go. The receipt says for here. I ordered twice and still the same thing. Bad service.

Hope you are not a male because you better cross your legs! Only the men's restroom is locked by a key pad and the employee s are conveniently too busy for paying customers. Just piss on the wall I presume. Gender discrimination at its best.

The burger, (whopper) was dry and falling apart. Onion rings were good though. Think I'll skip on BK and just stick with other burger places.

Horrible The kid behind the register could not count he had to have the manager count my change back to me half of my food was cold the other half was burned you only get five chessey toots to an order the tacos are terrible an the pretzel burger doesn't even have a pretzel bun it just a thicker bun ill never go here again an recommended no one eles dose either

Would give it no stars if I could. They took a while to give us our food, so I thought "Oh they're just cooking it." Then they gave us cold food, week day old chicken fries, and chicken nuggets made the day previous.

Be careful of this particular Burger King. I was there on Sunday 30th 2024 add around 9 p.m. I had a coupon for $7.99 which includes a Whopper large fry and a large drink. She asked me if I'd like cheese on my Whopper and I said yes. When I got to the window she told me my total was $15. I was like how is my total $15 when I have a coupon for $7.99, what are you charging extra for? She going to tell me it cost $6 to add cheese to my Whopper. So just be careful they trying to scam people over there because six dollars to add some cheese to a single Patty Whopper is ridiculous!! So they are doing something shady over there. Check your receipts and pay attention to the prices they're charging you for stuff. I never heard of such a thing in my life!!

Order a bacon melt with no cheese. I get it no cheese but these people legit didn't put the sauce on it. They put all the other topping but the sauce. This store always screws up. It's honestly like they are doing it to mess with people. Then you take it back to them and they argue woth you. This BK has become a shit show

We tried to go inside the lobby to eat since the hour said it was still open. But these two ladies just walk pasted us and use their hand as a shield to hide their face from us. The only guy worked told us drive thru only. He was the only nice one who helped us. The two ladies were just rude and disrespectful and said have told us nicely instead of hiding. I don’t know what who they were but it’s whoever works right now at 7:33pm.

And I'm the only car in the drive thru. I get my order and it's missing one croissant sandwich. Great. Only reason i go here is cause it's cheap, and decent food super close to my house. But they will mess up your order A LOT. So ask them to repeat your order cause every time they're like "I'll have your total @ window" only for them to charge you and they mess up your order.

I explain again what happened and manager started to giggle and told me that's what i ordered. I again explained what i wanted and he continued to giggle. I asked him if he thought this was funny, he said no. But still had smirk on face, charged me for correct item. Then he served all customers in drive thru and made me wait another 8 min to get food. While my family already had food. Customer service is horrible, manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. Not once did manager say anything towards mistake made like I'm sorry. Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone.

I shouldn't expect much from a drive-thru but nothing tasted good, the cheese had a weird runny consistency, they forgot to give me dressing for my salad and the BBQ sauce I had requested when they asked what sauce I wanted. Everything was very bland. Employee was nice but needs more training.
