Very good costumer service. Our server was great. The pizza was real good but I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the salad bar open because I like to have salad with my 🍕. When we were leaving there was a costumer that got the wrong order but they worked hard to get his order as fast as they could. Then after came another costumer saying his pizza wasn't cooked all they way. I guess they were very bussy. That's why didn't put a 5 🌟 on the review. Although it didn't happen to me I felt like I need it to comment on it.

Love it here. the pizza we ordered always comes out fine, oh wait, with the exception of once but we asked them to re-do it and it was perfect. we usually get the same waitress and she's great! drinks are yummy ad not watered down like other places. the only complaint i have is that the music customers can purchase and play in the restaurant is usually loud, and typical loud mexican music which can get annoying.

Small family friendly place but they always take too long to make the food

Great service, decent pizza, however it is not a clean restaurant. There is trash everywhere and it is a bit disgusting.

Was upset that I made an order waddled in to pick up and I was told I had to pay for cheese and pepper isn't it free upon request and you pay for extra ridiculous didn't even get 1 napkin later they're even going to charge for the box they put it in this place has gone down hill big time

I called for carryout service on two separate occasions and when I went to pick up there was no record of the orders. I don't know what happened to the orders...

On this visit there was Not a good service to our table and same thing was for some other costumers after the food was taking to our tables there was no more service for drinks or for any other service that we might need it.

Just left from here and our waitress was very rude, my wife asked for a high chair and she replied"they're in the back" didn't offer to get it for us like most restaurants. Also my wife asked what sodas were available and she rolled her eyes. We seen her in the front attending no one while we were waiting for our drinks. I went in today At 5:50 PM , and the lady at the front desk was just tapping away with the back staff didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting for a table . Afternoon 2 min of standing she finally sat me down and said she would be back to take my order 7 Min pass and no sign of her, so I took my 2 daughters to the ladies room when I got back I noticed she Was sitting a family of 3 directly behind me no biggie, except for the fact that she started taking their order . I leaned over and said excuse me ma’am but I have been here much longer than they have and I have been ready to order Over 10 Min algo age rudly replies well I am taking their order I will start from here and move my way towards you . I advised her that I had been there 15-20 minutes they just got there and my drinks haven’t even been ordered she was so rude I ended up ordering dominos and leaving they need to work on their customer service they aren’t fair or nice at all

Horrible service ! Tried placing an order online ... it wasn’t able to process so I called the store. The person taking my order game me the same total as online . But 30 min later they called to confirm my order and gave a totally different amount ..

The pizza was cold and crust was hard Cheese sticks were cold and hard crust. Not happy. They wouldn't take it back or offer anything. Not happy with my order. 😡

Horrendous customer service from the manager, threatened to call the cops on dine in guests. They took our order at around 10pm. Were waiting for food for almost an hour. Then he told us we had to leave at closing time (11pm), even if we had already ordered and still not got our food. Threatened to call the cops and made multiple families leave. Didn't get food until 11:45 after almost two hours of waiting.

First time going to this Pizza Hut, I usually go to the one in Indio. It may be nicer looking but the service was bad. Ordered carry out and took over 30 min to receive even though got an email saying it was ready. Only ordered wings and garlic nots. They were cold and the nots were stale and like little to no cheese. I feel ridiculous writing this but man all I wanted was some garlic nots. :-(

Julio, (Store Manager) is Very unprofessional. Rude, unpleasant and doesn't care that his employees make the wrong Pizza order. His staff at night has NO customer service experience. Hospitality doesn't seem to exist at Coachella Pizza hut

They charge for everything know,order wing no ranch order pizza no peppers got to pay for it. Really at least warme about it. Had to wait 56 minutes for pizza an don't serve beer

Make the pizza the right way. Put the extra toppings we paid for all over and not just 3 little slices of mushrooms. Put cheese all throughout the pizza and not just in the small centerpiece of the pizza. When we pay for cheese on our breadsticks make sure the cheese is not dry and overcooked.

The only reason why Im giving this place one star is because the food was ok. Other than that the service was terrible we sat at the table for 10 min before anyone came over and took our drink order & the place was empty. Our server Elizebeth was rude and had poor customer service. She took our order and didnt offer drinks until we asked. When she brought us our food she just sat it on the table and walked away not asking if we need anything or responding to our thank you. We ate our whole meal without being asked how the food was. We didnt get any refills on our drinks. Elizebeth did not smile the whole time we were there she did not make us feel welcome. This is the worst experience ive had at any Pizza hut.

I am a regular customer here but every time i ask for extra cheese it seems like they understand "light on cheese" makes me mad because i pay extra for nothing, I tell them and they look at it and say its fine when all you can see is the sauce with just spots of cheese. The Indio Pizza Hut is now preffered by me and my family they KNOW what extra cheese means.

I was disgusted with the customer service. Not only was both of my pizzas made wrong they made insisted that it was right and did not want to correct it because they were closing. They did not offer credit and I can to pick it up. I left and my husband called back and they gave him a free side, not the pizzas. THUMBS DOWN!

I order one stuff crust pizza, and a regular pizza for delivery. When the pizza arrived the stuf crust pizza was horrible, I believe they did not make it right or it was incomplete. Ate in one time. Waiter was terrible. Wanted water. Gave us like like half filled sad cups of water. When he grabbed stuff off the table he literally dumped trash over our shoulders onto the table. Drove up to the window one time, cause contactless drive up was an option ordering online. Sat there waiting for them to come to the door for 5 mins. Then when they finally answered they're like "it doesn't work :(" like, okay? I ordered my pizzas online and paid for them online just give them to me through the window. No. They force us to get off and walk into the restaurant when quite literally it's what we wanted to avoid... Terrible customer service multiple times. The only good thing here is that the food tastes good. Cooks are the only ones who seem to know what they're doing, everyone else seems inept or lazy.

I can’t believe it I’d hate to go dine in if the service is this bad over the phone,I can only imagine what it would be like in store. It was 7:40 pm when I called and now it’s 8pm. I hope whoever is working the phones tonight gets reprimanded for this. What unacceptable customer service this is. No wonder Domino’s is busy.

Pizza Hut is not what it once was. I have good memories of eating pizza but, but two large pizzas we ordered were a major disappointment. The veggie thin crust pizza was very dry. The barbecue sauce pizza used the sauce very, very sparingly. This sucked since the bbq sauce was a substitute for the marinara. This meant most areas of the pizza only had cheese and meat. Glad I tried it again but I won't come back.

Worse customer service ever. I called in an order 1 hour before they stop making deliveries and I gave the employee my phone number and delivery address I ordered my food and paid by phone with my credit card. So I'm with 2 of my good friends visiting from out of town and we are starving waiting for the pizza to arrive and after 34 minutes of wait time I get a call back from pizza hut and a different employee is now telling me that my address is out of there delivery range and that they will not deliver my pizza. I offered to pay $50 extra for the 10 minute drive from their location to mines and they denied that. Online when you search pizza hut near me for indio CA this location is the first to come up on the listings and it clearly says the location is in Indio. The employee told me they are the Coachella location and only will deliver to Coachella addresses. I'm literally a 10 minute or less drive away from their location so I offered to just pick up the order myself which was fine to them so I drive there with only 15 minutes til they close. I arrive and I call them so that they may bring out my order and they again say we will be right out. I wait 15 minutes in my car, well passed closing time, then finally an employee comes out but without any food in hand. I'm at this point very aggravated and the employee tells me I'm sorry but we tried to change the order from a delivery order to a curve side pick up order and the system canceled the transaction entirely and you have to order again and pay again. I had left my credit card on my night stand after I took it out my wallet to pay for this order so I didnt have a way to pay for it now and not considering they are closed already. They gave me this big run around just because they were almost done with their work day and were too lazy to make one more order and deliver it. They did not give me any kind of suggestion for assistance nor did they do anything besides put me in a hour long inconvenience running around trying to get food by my company and myself. I suggest you avoid this specific location the employees are all very rude and not very helpful at all. I asked what special they had when I was ordering and the employee said if you look online you can see our menu and deals for yourself.... like seriously!?!? Horrible location.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever ordered from. They have absolutely no customer service skills at all. After 3 phones calls they couldnt even deliver what I ordered 2 hours ago. They will take your order knowing they don't even plan on attempting to deliver it! Theres not enough negatives on the scale of stars to rate this place! Worst experience ever not only did they mest up on my buffalo wings once that day. After letting them know nicely they gave me the wrong flavor, they said they will make me new ones. The new buffalo wings arrive so soon. I grabbed one and when I cut it in half it was plain raw I started cutting more and they were all raw my sisters had already eating one. The manager told me she'll give me a refund which was take the wings of my bill. Really? Really? Did she really expect me to payed for them. We've been feeling sick since last night. I was part of the winter parade in Coachella last night. I had 25 hungry kids that were going to be dancing in the parade. I'm a business owner in Indio. I walked in to order some pizzas but I also had to use the restroom so I got out of line and walked to the restroom. There was a gentleman in front of me so I waited at the door. I was waiting for maybe 15 seconds when some young ”guy” came out from the kitchen to specifically tell me with an annoyed expression that the restrooms are for customers only and I could not use the restroom there. He didn't even ask me if I was going to buy anything. I didn't have an attitude, I simply said okay and I walked away. If this is how you treat people, then you don't deserve my business or the 25 families that were there with me last night. In fact they said they would never step foot in your place again. Good job! So anyone out there reading this comment, one star by me and multiple people in these reviews means, stay away. If a corporation is not willing to treat people from their community right, then they don't deserve our money. They don't belong in our community siphoning money away from small local businesses. We demand that they do better or get out!

With this last experience and over all service, is a great disappointment. If that’s the service they believe is acceptable for customers, I’m greatly concerned about the food quality they are serving, cold in my experience.

Pizza Hut is not what it once was. I have good memories of eating pizza but, but two large pizzas we ordered were a major disappointment. The veggie thin crust pizza was very dry. The barbecue sauce pizza used the sauce very, very sparingly. This sucked since the bbq sauce was a substitute for the marinara. This meant most areas of the pizza only had cheese and meat. Glad I tried it again but I won't come back.

Ate in one time. Waiter was terrible. Wanted water. Gave us like like half filled sad cups of water. When he grabbed stuff off the table he literally dumped trash over our shoulders onto the table. Drove up to the window one time, cause contactless drive up was an option ordering online. Sat there waiting for them to come to the door for 5 mins. Then when they finally answered they're like "it doesn't work :(" like, okay? I ordered my pizzas online and paid for them online just give them to me through the window. No. They force us to get off and walk into the restaurant when quite literally it's what we wanted to avoid... Terrible customer service multiple times. The only good thing here is that the food tastes good. Cooks are the only ones who seem to know what they're doing, everyone else seems inept or lazy.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever ordered from. They have absolutely no customer service skills at all. After 3 phones calls they couldnt even deliver what I ordered 2 hours ago. They will take your order knowing they don't even plan on attempting to deliver it! Theres not enough negatives on the scale of stars to rate this place! Its a waste of time to wait for food you arent even gonna receive!! I can only imagine how bad the food is when the people working there are this incompetent!! I guess ill never find out as they couldn't be bothered to bring it!!!! I've ordered from many pizza huts all over and never had this bad of experience!!!!!! They need some real management and a whole lot of customer service skills!!!!!!

Worse customer service ever. I called in an order 1 hour before they stop making deliveries and I gave the employee my phone number and delivery address I ordered my food and paid by phone with my credit card. So I'm with 2 of my good friends visiting from out of town and we are starving waiting for the pizza to arrive and after 34 minutes of wait time I get a call back from pizza hut and a different employee is now telling me that my address is out of there delivery range and that they will not deliver my pizza. I offered to pay $50 extra for the 10 minute drive from their location to mines and they denied that. Online when you search pizza hut near me for indio CA this location is the first to come up on the listings and it clearly says the location is in Indio. The employee told me they are the Coachella location and only will deliver to Coachella addresses. I'm literally a 10 minute or less drive away from their location so I offered to just pick up the order myself which was fine to them so I drive there with only 15 minutes til they close. I arrive and I call them so that they may bring out my order and they again say we will be right out. I wait 15 minutes in my car, well passed closing time, then finally an employee comes out but without any food in hand. I'm at this point very aggravated and the employee tells me I'm sorry but we tried to change the order from a delivery order to a curve side pick up order and the system canceled the transaction entirely and you have to order again and pay again. I had left my credit card on my night stand after I took it out my wallet to pay for this order so I didnt have a way to pay for it now and not considering they are closed already. They gave me this big run around just because they were almost done with their work day and were too lazy to make one more order and deliver it. They did not give me any kind of suggestion for assistance nor did they do anything besides put me in a hour long inconvenience running around trying to get food by my company and myself. I suggest you avoid this specific location the employees are all very rude and not very helpful at all. I asked what special they had when I was ordering and the employee said if you look online you can see our menu and deals for yourself.... like seriously!?!? Horrible location.
