Bee’s has great atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff. We ordered the “full waffle breakfast”. The Belgian waffle was one of the best I’ve ever had, light, fluffy, and crispy outside, soft inside. And the scrambled eggs—who talks about scrambled eggs—but they were worthy of “Max” for Feed Phil followers! I have no idea why they were so out of the ordinary tasty. Finally the bacon was excellent too. I don’t think you can find a finer breakfast. Hats off to Bee’s!
Bees Bakery Cafe is an epic dining experience. The decor and ambiance as soon as you walk in are very warm, welcoming. Aside from hand made pastries daily, the have a host of breakfast and lunch options that should meet what you are craving for. We ordered Dirty Chai Latte, a Chocolate croissant, and 2 breakfast sandwiches on ciabatta bread. After paying at the counter, we sat down with the croissant and literally within taking 1 bite, the waitress had our Coffee/tea. A sip of Chai later and another waitress had our breakfast! No pre-made stuff here. Fried real egg cheese n bacon with a tomato aoili... officially my favorite breakfast place now. Just wish there was one where I live.
We had a wonderful experience here. We ordered the Waldorf chicken croissant sandwich and it was 10/10. Super fresh and the bread was so buttery and flakey. We also got a maple toffee nut iced latte which was not too sweet and very good. The decorations were so cool: a bunch of antique sewing machines and quilts on the wall. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. We will definitely be returning if we are ever in town again.
Adorable cafe with lovely chic retro decor and delicious food. So many thoughtful design elements like old family photos in the napkin dispensers. Definitely worth a stop!
We had the italian veggie sandwich with french fries and a waffle with eggs, and a lavender latte. Sandwich and belgian waffle was really food. Service was fast and courteous. The latte tasted off - most likely, the milk had gone sour. Still an overall 5 stars experience.
Really great spot. Delicious food. Friendly service. Nice vibe. Enjoyed the heated outside with our pup. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
nice little tucked away place for breakfast. food was delicious and the people supper friendly. so def a must visit again next time we intown...
What a charming spot en route to Yosemite ! We stopped in for a bite of breakfast on our way home and devoured the delicious pastries and veggie omelette. Service was super quick and friendly. Loved the sewing and quilting theme ambiance 🧵 also great for families with little ones as they had blocks, books , truck and a little cash register to keep them busy .
Had breakfast at Bee’s Bakery and everything was 🔥. I got the breakfast sandwich on their house-made jalapeño cheddar bread—super soft, toasty, and packed with scrambled eggs, ham, and a killer herb cream cheese spread that brought it all together. We also shared the waffle topped with fresh fruit and a huge scoop of whipped cream, which was just as good as it looks. The breakfast burrito was solid too—great portion and full of flavor. This place has that small-town feel with food that hits like a hidden gem. No hype, just really well-done breakfast.
This place was an incredible surprise, one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had and you NEED to try the fried chicken, best I’ve ever had, so good I didn’t even get to take a picture of it
Bee’s Bakery Cafe is officially my new favorite place for breakfast! We stayed at Inn the Woods Suites in Ahwahnee and Bee’s was recommended by the owners. Not only is Bee’s beautifully decorated, their staff and service was over-the-top amazing. I ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich. Best I’ve ever had. No contest. Grilled croissant topped with eggs, Swiss, bacon, and garlic aioli. If you wanna take a trip to yum town, Bee’s Bakery Cafe has the ticket!! Their baked goods looked amazing too! We loved it so much, we went back today on our last day in California. Thanks Brittney for providing service with a smile!
Bee’s Bakery Cafe is a solid spot for breakfast lovers. I ordered the avocado toast and a chocolate waffle, along with a latte. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. The service was surprisingly quick, even with a long queue of customers, which was impressive. The place is also well maintained and has a cozy vibe. Definitely a decent pick if you’re looking for a reliable breakfast option in the area.

Such a cute little place! I'm glad we stopped here for lunch on our way to Yosemite. It wasn't too busy when we were here, but they seem to have a lot of tables, both inside and outside. The ambiance is as cute as the pictures and the staff is very nice.

This is the cutest cafe I have been too. The food looked amazing. We went for coffee and ended getting pastries as well. Very cozy environment.

Very cute cafe/bakery. Everything tasted delicious homemade and wholesome. I had a Parfait, its was good and big!! It had extra honey that’s a plus for me. Service was good!
Such a find in the small town of Oakhurst!! The atmosphere is out of this world. It's got a catchy '60s vibe and the food is out of this world! Can't wait to come back and try more food at this. This quaint bakery restaurant! Pastrami smashburger was amazing and the walder salad chicken sandwich was equally amazing! Everything that was coming out of the kitchen looked delicious! We will drive an hour and 20 minutes to come back to this great Cafe!
The BEST breakfast and customer service you will find anywhere in Oakhurst! The restaurant is nice and clean, with a cute retro/vintage vibe. Everything they make is amazing, from the pastries/baked goods to their breakfast and lunch menu to their drink menu. My go to is the “All American Breakfast” with an in-house, handmade from scratch biscuit! The best breakfast I’ve ever had! Hands down you have to stop by and try if you’re visiting our small town, or if you’re just looking for a new favorite spot. Bee’s is the Best!
The food at this brunch spot was delicious and really hit the spot. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches, which were fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, and my sons enjoyed the kids’ breakfast platters — great portions and nicely put together. We also had a yogurt parfait, and it was surprisingly delicious — super fresh and well balanced. The lattes were very good too, smooth and well-made, and paired perfectly with our meal. Overall, it was a yummy and enjoyable brunch experience, and we’d be happy to come back again.
Bee’s is a great place for brunch/lunch. We found the service to be very good, the crew makes sure you are well served. The food ordering experience was great and the staff was helpful. Between the two sandwiches we got, I really liked the Mediterranean avocado toast. The Italian veggie had fresh ingredients but the bread was dry making it difficult to eat. Loved the Labor Day special frappe. It was a white chocolate pistachio drink that was made to perfection. Amongst the bakery items we tried, we liked the coffee cake the most. Will go again.
So cute! Only note is we arrived about 11:30am& were told we received the last waffle! Which is great for us but for a place that serves breakfast all day, I was a bit confused. Waffle was good though! Food was not only classic but elevated, I would go again. A variety of seating and some couches! We got 2 plates amd a waffle to share, plus drinks total was about $60.
This place is so cute and quaint, I loved it! The breakfast options are very simple, but I love the simplicity! And I'm not a coffee/tea drinker, but they have many drinks to choose from. The staff is very friendly!
Cute cafe with old school charm Had the almond danish Orange scone Bees breakfast burrito with bacon The pastry was good, fresh, and had the right amount of sweetness. The burrito was good, and I had it in Yosemite 2 hours later, still held up in form. It's not big enough for sharing if you're really hungry.

First time to visit, I do miss okas but the new atmosphere present at Bees is fantastic. Couches for talking and sharing drinks and tables for a more normal dining experience. Has a very European feel and a welcoming experience as we shared a couch with a couple other ladies and enjoy meeting new.people while trying new food. My daughter had the nuggets and fruit which she enjoyed a lot. I had a salad and half sandwich the beef and cheddar. All the food tasted fantastic and the lemonade I had was terrific and very lemony. My daughter's tea was very good also. We visited when it was a little busy so the noise level was not as quiet as some.other reviews stated but conversation was not difficult though a bit distracting with so many conversations within earshot. The only drawback fore.os the price which for the quantity of food we got was very high. Neither of us got full on the food we ordered but at a 30$ price tag it felt like we should have been more satisfied. Sadly we will not be able to afford to visit as often as we might like since there are other local options that are cheaper and provide a larger portion that makes me.feel better about spending money that is not so easy to come by. I would say though that for lighter eaters, and those used to starbucks type pricing Bees is an amazing alternative with a wide variety of food options!

Came here because of the reviews but I was disappointed by the food and service. We waited about 15-20 min in line to order and over 40min for our food. They seem unorganized as the food did not come out together. They brought out two plates first, later three more, and a while later the last plate. My husband ordered the fried chicken breast with sausage gravy. He requested the gravy on the side. The menu described it as, "seasoned chicken breast" but instead he got a chicken tender (picture below). A chicken tender is small and NOT the same as a chicken breast. I ordered the chicken croissant sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was ok, the fries were good. I had a weird interaction with a waitress. When they brought our first two plates, they did not bring any silverware. I got up to get some, walked to the front and waited for someone to help but nobody acknowledged me. I finally got the attention of a waitress and asked for silverware. She refused to give me any and instead said they would bring it to us with our food. She walked away as I was still talking to her, explaining that they brought our food but no silverware. I went back to the table, moments later they brought three more plates and again no silverware. I had to asked for silverware a second time. Eating a sandwich with silverware is a perfectly acceptable practice, particularly if it's messy or difficult to handle with your hands. I say this because the waitress who refused to give me silverware was attentive with the other guest sitting near us, they were given silverware. I was disappointed with the service because the night before we went to Smokehouse 41 and the staff was super nice and attentive with ALL their customers. Everyone there was easy going and friendly.
