We celebrated our wedding and it was a divine experience; everything exceeded our expectations! The location was beautiful and very well-kept, the staff were welcoming, professional, and proactive, the menu was original, and every dish was a wonderful journey of taste! Truly excellent! Finally, we were given a wonderful room for the night!

I don't usually have time to write reviews, and I don't dare pass judgment on matters outside my area of ​​expertise, but this time I had to. I was traveling for work and by pure chance I came across this establishment. The room was very clean. There's a beautifully kept garden that can be admired from a lovely terrace. I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant; the food was excellent and authentically local, as were the wines I sampled, including the amaro they produce according to their own recipe. Above all, I appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness that went far beyond what was expected.

My review is for the restaurant. I came here 16 years ago for my wedding, and yesterday for my 50th birthday I had the pleasure of savoring excellent, tasty, and, in my opinion, sophisticated cuisine. Impeccable and courteous service, flawless. A birthday cake so delicious that even renowned pastry shops can't make it. Everything was unforgettable and perfect. Location included.

My family has been celebrating major events at ITALIA for years now. My wife and I had our ceremony and ring blessing lunch there, our wedding anniversary, and we're planning at least two more celebrations there. The grounds and location are beautiful and well-maintained, the food is exquisite, and the welcome is elegant but not too formal (familiar and friendly). We always love it. The staff really know their stuff and often organize wonderful events. I always compliment them all, and we always give them carte blanche... Well done!

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends for lunch on August 15th. It's certainly not a cheap menu, but the location is worth considering. It's a shame that with temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, and despite having been guaranteed air conditioning when we booked, we were forced to take a decent sauna that we hadn't requested, which obviously detracted from the quality of the lunch.

A truly negative experience. Even though I called a week in advance to reserve a table for four people for Ferragosto, upon arrival, the staff denied I had called to make a reservation and that my name wasn't listed. However, I showed the caller ID from my phone's call history and pointed out that when I call the number they entered on Google, they answer as "Hotel Italia." Now, I don't know if they entered the wrong number, but you don't send customers home, especially if the error or mix-up isn't my fault!!! I tried calling back several times to clarify, but they never answered. This is simply not the way to behave; it's truly a low blow. I've celebrated here several times with over 30 people. From now on, they've lost all the customers I've invited, including me.
