The pizzas are delicious and tasty, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don't accept card payments (cash only). They also don't offer home delivery service, nor do they answer calls from other locations other than the local one (only WhatsApp), and the prices aren't entirely clear. It's a shame because the food quality is good, but the service is poor.

The service has changed, the taste has changed. My family and I used to love the pizzas. Because of the pandemic, we stopped eating them for a year, and now that we're back, they're not the same. We hope they're delicious again.

The young man at the counter was incredibly rude and hostile towards the customer. I won't be ordering from there again. I hope they improve their customer service because they're losing us, their long-time customers.

Terrible service when ordering through the app. I ordered a special pizza that cost almost $400. They sent me a pure salami pizza (which cost $109). When I requested a refund, the restaurant denied it, justifying the pizza as being wrong and with no customer service.

Terrible customer service. They don't have change for a 500-peso bill, they didn't have French fries. What's the point of opening if they don't deliver? The place is awful, they don't have air conditioning, the ceiling is about to collapse. It's terrible, really terrible. And the staff are rude and kick customers out. This is my first and last visit.
