After a very long line at the Mont Blanc Tunnel, we finally arrived in Cogne, having left Paris this morning. At 10 pm, tired and hungry, we luckily found this place still open. The pizza was a delightful surprise: thin, crispy, and truly excellent. The staff, especially (perhaps the owner), was super friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back and recommend it without hesitation!

A wonderful welcome to this small restaurant in Cogne. The pizzas are excellent, and the trout is delicious. The prices are very reasonable. A great place to stay in this small town. The owners speak French and produce the trout sold in all the restaurants.

Very good, we chose this place for two dinners on consecutive days. Typical dishes from the Aosta Valley tradition. Reservations are required by calling outside of opening hours. It's advisable to be patient, take your time, and enjoy the wait.

Welcoming place and friendly staff. Excellent pizza, very light and easy to digest, and a wide menu with something for everyone. Excellent draft beer, so those who prefer wine won't be disappointed. Congratulations!

Excellent food and generous portions, a casual yet very charming and well-kept restaurant. The owner is kind and helpful, as is the entire staff!!! Even though the restaurant was packed, the service was impeccable and fast! Very good value for money... Try it again and again!!!

Nel centro abitato di Cogne Ao, un locale rustico tipico arredamento da montagna. La cucina tipica valdostana non fa pizzeria a pranzo. Noi optiamo per il tagliere misto salumi e formaggi della valle e la mitica polenta valdostana detta anche concia accompagnato dal famoso Donnaz vino rosso valdostano. Tutto ottimo, il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, il servizio adeguato e cordiale. Per il posteggio meglio usufruire di quello esterno al paese collegato da una scalinata.

Pizza buona, posto particolare, ci si serve da soli, e si aspetta che suoni il timer per ritirare la pizza.

Siamo stati in questo semplice ma accogliente locale dopo una mattinata di sci tra amici, bambini e adulti. Nella sua semplicità ha tutto quello che serve per gustarsi un pranzo tranquillo...pizza, abbastanza scelte nel menù alla carta, cortesia del personale. Personalmente ho gustato un "semplice" piatto di spezzatino con polenta. Ben fatto e abbondante il giusto. Abbiamo gustato anche il menù completo di antipasti, primo, secondo e dolce e devo dire che non abbiamo trovato niente di sgradevole. Locale molto consigliato.

The pizza is good, very good, worth it... Fast and efficient service. We've always been treated well. It's best to book a table so you don't risk missing out. Good value for money (Marisa and Mimmo, the owners, are really nice people, very friendly, worth getting to know...)

A good family restaurant ! The pizzas are great. I recommend the Gorgonzola with bacon !!! One of the best I've had recently ! Price-wise it is also pretty good, and staff is very friendly.

The place is as bit hidden or hard to find, and may look a bit dodgy from outside, but it's actually a gem! The staff is friendly and funny, pizzas are delicious. On top of that, the various options are not expensive at all!

Se non fossimo stati respinti dal fetore delle sigarette, il proprietario ci ha sicuramente fatto perdere l'appetito per la pizza gridandoci che sono chiusi (non rispettando i loro orari di apertura). Il proprietario sembra intenzionato a non servire i clienti. Una maleducazione rara che nessuno dovrebbe provare soprattutto in vacanza... 😏

Siamo stati in questo locale l'estate scorsa a fine agosto, lo abbiamo scelto perché in anni precedenti ci siamo trovati bene, per cui abbiamo prenotato il pranzo per il nostro gruppo di 14 persone. Non ho fatto bella figura con gli amici, perché tanti piatti non erano disponibili in quando prossimi alla chiusura di fine stagione, il servizio un po arrangiato, il titolare abbastanza scontroso. La prenotazione é stata fatta, ma loro comunque non si sono organizzati per dare il servizio dovuto, capisco che nel breve avrebbero chiuso per fine stagione, ma avrebbero dovuto avvisare che non ci sarebbe stata la disponibilità di tutto quanto previsto in menù, perché era disponibile veramente poco. Peccato perché le volte precedenti é stato piacevole, però dopo questa giornata cercheremo altrove.

Dated restaurant, inattentive service, €2 cover charge for paper placemats, cutlery (if you find them at the table, otherwise you have to ask), and glasses upon request. Mediocre pizza, thin and crispy. High prices.

Horrible owner and terrible quality food. We left halfway through our meal. There are many nicer spots in the town for dinner.
