The service was very good, the staff was very friendly, and the food tasted good. The only thing I didn't like was the dessert, which was a charcoal cookie; the cookie was too hard. Other than that, everything was very good.

We absolutely loved this place; the service and food were excellent. My husband ordered a hamburger, and I ordered boneless wings. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back! We were lucky enough to be celebrating their anniversary and having a raffle with gifts for their customers. We won a delicious orange agua fresca. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

Incredible experience at Santo Carbón with family and friends! We visited Santo Carbón in Cabo San Lucas with my family and some friends, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The place has a modern yet relaxed vibe, ideal for both a family meal and a good time with friends. The burgers were spectacular: juicy, with fresh ingredients, and very well prepared. We also tried the ribeye, and it simply melted in your mouth. We paired the meal with some exotic drinks that were as delicious as they were original, perfect for the Cabo heat. A special thanks to bartender Victor, who not only prepared excellent cocktails but also served us with an incredible attitude. The servers were also attentive at all times, very professional, and always with a smile. We will definitely return. Highly recommended if you're in Cabo and want good food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere!

This is my second visit to Santo Carbono, and this time we ordered a 3-cheese and carnivore pizza. The pizza dough was fresh and very flavorful. We also ordered the chef's burger, which was incredibly fresh, and it was very well seasoned. For drinks, we ordered a tamarind margarita, clericot, mineral water lemonade, and natural orange juice. My recommendation would be the clericot. It's worth noting that, like the food, the clericot fruit was fresh and paired well with the clericot. It was a birthday, and they offered us a complimentary carrot bread dessert, which was exquisite. The waiters were attentive from the moment we entered, and since we were the first diners, the service was also very fast.

It's become one of my favorite places to eat. The wing sauces are great, I love the dressings, and the cuts of meat are cooked exactly how you order them. And the burgers are simply delicious. Plus, the place is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

Caters to locals in a high tourist area. Great food, drinks and service at particularly good prices for the area.,Menus only in Spanish because locals are the audience but English is spoken and you will be fine. Well worth the visit, particularly if you are feeling good price gouged in Cabo.
