Absolutely delicious! For me, this is the best restaurant in College Station. Excellent taste, service, and atmosphere. Each dish is unique and generously sized! My husband and I almost always share one because it’s too much for me. I highly recommend the yuca as an appetizer and the Arroz Chaufa, but honestly, everything is incredibly delicious!

This restaurant deserves way more love that it gets. Plenty of parking. Delicious food. Friendly staff. It’s a small restaurant that offers flavorful and exciting dishes from Peru with a Texan touch. The owner is super sweet. She approached the table to introduce herself. Beautifully decorated and very clean. I’d definitely be back!

Pros: delicious food, great flavors, filling, large portions, great value, great service, cool art display on the walls Cons: not many tables/it's a little cramped inside. This is legitimately worth going out of your way to eat! Is this the best restaurant in College Station? Quite possibly. Yes, it's fusion, but the Peruvian flavors shine through and it's soooo good 🤤 If you're in the area I highly recommend trying this place!

So delicious!! We ordered the tequenos, the tallarin a la huancaina, and the ceviche de mariscos. It was all fantastic and I really love the tallarin a la huancaina! It's like a more seasoned spicy alfredo/mac and cheese. They also have an awesome selection of homemade ice cream using different South American fruits! We tried the lucuma ice cream and WOW WOW WOW!!!! I might have to inquire about buying a whole tub of that ice cream somehow lol. I highly recommend this place and I'll certainly be back, especially for more of that lucuma ice cream YUM.

So my girl's daughter is doing a project on where she was born for school and for lunch we stopped in and tried this place. Delicious food. Great service, yeah definitely, you want a change of pace from the everyday norm. Try this place, can't go wrong.

The food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the family friendly atmosphere was great! I highly recommend this place! - Update March 2022: again, the food was delicious and the service matched it. One of my favorite places in town.

The food was ok. It was really expensive while only providing decent quality. For example, the fries were good but they weren't in any way above average. They had a little ice cream station with fun flavors (kiwi, tamarind, nutella, etc) which was pretty cute. The waitress was also generally nice, but a bit clumsy, not to the point where it became an issue at all though. Also the vegetarian options weren't really good at all. The only explicit vegetarian option was a veggie burger. I didn't ask for any accommodations though, so they might be very willing to modify dishes upon asking.

A great little Peruvian restaurant. This was my first time trying Peruvian cuisine and it was quite good! Not what I expected, but not disappointing either. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick! The portions were smaller than I expected for the price, but was flavorful nonetheless. It’s a very straightforward restaurant and a good place to have a quiet lunch. Something to try at some point to be sure!

The flavors get 5 stars!! However, we had a party of 7 on a Wednesday night, but we only ordered 5 entrees, and it took well over 10 minutes from the first plates served to the last plate, which was only a burrito. The steak meat was way overdone, but the flavor and the sauces were sooo good! Also they have homemade ice cream with fresh fruits & coconut - I just think they need to work on the serving times. I say definitely go, but maybe with just 1 friend 😉

Fusion Peru offers a solid dining experience with some clear highlights and a few areas that could be improved. The food had good flavor and presentation, and you can tell care goes into the dishes. Some items really stood out, while others felt more average than expected. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. Service was friendly, though at times it felt a bit slow or inconsistent, especially during busier moments. Pricing is on the higher side, and while the quality is there, it didn’t fully match the price point across the board. Overall, it’s a decent spot worth trying, but with some room for improvement to make it a standout experience.

Be weary of this business! I ordered online on a Wednesday as they are listed to be open and processed my payment for my order. I received a text confirming my online order, but when I arrived, they were closed. I called several times over the next few days, but they do not answer the phone. I left voicemails providing my order information and requested a refund for the meal they charged me for and never provided, but they have done nothing to address this. They have left me with no other option than to dispute the charge as they fail to rectify the situation after several attempts to contact them. I would be skeptical ordering from a place that conducts business like this.
