The drive thru was fast, accurate and friendly. The food was fresh and the way I ordered it. The manager there in the day time M-F is on point. He's really nice, engaging and he's always accurate. Any time he helps me with my order I know it's going to be right and he always brightens up my day with how friendly he is.

I went with coupons and apparently didn't read them correctly but the girl honored them anyway. The store was super busy but all staff kept their composure. Now the customers in the drive thru were rude and rushing. My son ordered inside and said the inside customers were being rude to the staff. This location was quick. Food was hot.

This location has a bad wrap based on the past reviews, however I decided to give it a try and give them the benefit of the doubt as I’d want someone to do to me if I was rated low. The food was absolutely wonderful. Hot and fresh. Made just how I ordered it. Fresh never frozen most certainly. The staff were sweet and got it out to me very fast. I mobile ordered as soon as I walked in the door and had my food 3 minutes later. I highly recommend you give it a shot for lunch. As to the night shift, I have no clue.

I don’t go here a lot. But over the last couple years, they have really done a fantastic job on their food and speed of service. Drive thru attendant was pleasant, drinks ready when I paid and they brought the hot food out to the car less than a minute after I pulled into a parking spot!! The fries are always hot and the Dave’s single I got tonight looks like the photo on the menu. Same high quality I’ve gotten over that time span as well. They do a really great job.

I don't order food from here but I'd imagine it's not that great. I only go to Wendy's for the dessert. So for that, I will rate it 5 stars! My family and I all thoroughly enjoyed our ice creams. I got the small blizzard and had zero complaints. We should be back for dessert on another spontaneous night!

Quick, friendly service. Ordered a bacon burger because I wanted bacon on my burger. Got home and opened the bag, pulled out my sandwich. Took a big bite. No bacon. Opened the sandwich and looked for bacon. No bacon. This was the first time I had been to a Wendy's in College Station, TX. I may go again but not soon.

Been here a few times. Overall not bad. It's fast food, so my expectations are never very high. A couple of times my food has been a bit cold or, like in this case, the burger party seemed like it may have been sitting out for a while before being served. However, like I said, overall it isn't bad. Decent food for not very much money.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean seating area. The staff works hard to take care of customers and it shows. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was summer with lots of kids and it wasn't exactly family friendly shows on the television. Also the floors were clean but sticky :/

it's alright. not complaining about food or price. but the workers aren't so nice. a girl with purple or red braids got an attitude with me just because i got confused about what i wanted. and it's not like i constantly got confused, it happened once. the last time i came i heard some workers that seemingly didn't like each other. two of them were very nice to me though. i like this place, but that worker needs to work on her attitude, especially when dealing with a customer. oh, and that same worker gave me a cup that had a little dry soda on the inside and outside..

Food was delicious and the order was correct (and thats a huge a deal in fast food.) This location was severely understaffed. They were as fast as they could be. And thats the only reason it didnt get 5 stars. Store was clean, food was very good, staff was helpful and accurate. Help them out management!! Hire a couple more people.....

I ordered the spicy nuggets and they were spicy so that's good, but the chicken nugget flavor wasn't there and they were dry. It was just spicy. The customer service was outstanding, but the nuggets weren't as good as they usually are.

I love Wendy's but today's experience was below par. Service was slow. They made a mistake and over charged an item. I think the staff needs better training. And finally, you won't believe this but the food does not look like the advertised photos. Really. Not as badly different as taco belle

The only person in line with my daughter. It took 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged and then waited another 5 for our order to be taken. 8 minutes later our order was presented to us. Sooo 23 minutes to get waited on and served...hmmm?? Your opinion matter. Got Breakfast there earlier and it took less than 5 minutes to order and be served.

I usually like Wendy's, but this location is incapable of making any deviations from the menu. Don't want mayo, too bad. Ask for onions? Nope! You're lucky if you get the right dipping sauce for your nuggets. Only exception... the drinks. Somehow they get the most complex freestyle order right, but mess up adding onion to a cheeseburger.

Service was slow only ONE cashier during lunch hour. Food came out in timely manner but only after waiting 15 min to place order. Still cashier was friendly and courteous but was still learning not good for rush hour. Burger was good but my chili was sour it was going bad and I had to throw it out. To bad I was in a shuttle or I would have liked a refund on my large chili.

While living here in the BCS area for many years, this Wendy's location has gone through many different managers and has had its ups and downs in quality and service; however, I've had really good experiences at this location for the past couple of years. Kudos to you and your hardworking crew who have renewed my faith in Wendy's!

They were closing (fairly early really-caught me by surprise). They locked me inside - without saying anything - definitely not cool !! Fries were cold, frosty was halfway melted, burger warm, but not really fresh. I asked for ketchup and lady working the counter said it was in the bag. Two packets - C'mon... Really? Not impressed at all The other "Customers" were one of the workers family (locked in with me). Noticed that the price they paid for four kids and one adult was ridiculously low ($4)

We were in drive thru when they turned the lights off and the employee kept going back and forth. Then the chicken nuggets were nasty. The fries were barely seasoned. Ugh I never liked Wendy's

The food was served fast and fresh.....however the kitchen staff were very loud and talking about basketball teams. Enjoying a quiet lunch was very difficult because of one noisy worker. Worst location in town.

I normally love Wendy's, but this location was a let down. When we entered, the floor was sticky and there was trash on the ground. My wife got a double meat burger, but it was very bland tasting and the fries were not hot. I got chicken nuggets and they were hit, but again, bland.

Food was good, the problem was the toddler that was all over the ordering counter, leaving footprint's and whatever else on it, should have got my food to go, but i love the rest of the atmosphere of the renovated place. Questionable food safety was definetly observed by the employee's of this establishment of the time of this posting.

Make sure and triple check your orders. Not only are we always missing items we have yet to have our order correct. On the bright side the staff is very friendly. Overall very slow and orders will most likely be messed up.

The food was done right, but customer service was the worst I've ever seen. I was standing at the counter waiting to ask the employee for our cups for our meals because he forgot them the first time (understandable from time to time) but I stood there for 5+ minutes watching him look at me and walk past me and take an order purposely that was behind me to avoid me. My first and only visit was on 6/27/18 around 9:30 PM. I don't want to blast that employee's name but that's what shift he worked. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's unless you have a very small order

I’ve always liked going to Wendy’s, but I don’t appreciate that the employees agreed to close at 10:00 when they are scheduled to close at 11:00. I am a reasonable person, so when I pull up to the drive through window @10:30 and they don’t have a reason for why they decided to close early, I think it’s obvious that everyone is just ready to go home. Missing out on business and satisfied customers—two things your bosses might want later. If you want to close @10:00, then at least change your advertised hours on the internet and your store so your customers don’t feel cheated. Thanks!

I have been to this Wendy's quite a bit, especially since the burgers at Wendy's are some of the better ones at fast food joints and Frostys are my favorite fast food dessert. However, this particular restaurant has become very frustrating in recent times. Several times when I have tried to eat here after long nights of studying, they would be closed as early as 90 minutes before their posted closing time. Last time I went I was the only one there , but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food to arrive due to the oblivious servers chatting up a storm. This, of course, was my last time to eat at this Wendy's.

I ordered 2 meals, the burgers had nothing on them. The fries were cold and my drinks were filled halfway. The service was atrocious. Normally I will call the store back, except no one gave me a receipt. The manager Fernando, I believe, is probably the worst manager ever. Very rude to me, will not be returning to this location.

Bacon egg and cheese in croissant wasnt good. I'm not sure if that was even a croissant. I wanted a bacon, egg and cheese on croissant. It had swiss cheese not American. I had the mint ice cream cup. I was very disappointed. No chunks of mint cookies. It was $2.69 for that little bitty cup. It wasnt cookies it was minty chocolate with dust of mint girl scout cookies. Just the dust of cookies in a chocolate frosty in a little cup for $2.69. You will be disappointed. This was the Wendy's on southwest parkway in college station, tx

Came up to College Station for Santas Wonderland, needed some food for lunch. Something quick. Seemed fine, fries were good, hot and crisp. Got to the hotel 3 miles away and ate our sandwiches. Safe to say, it was old and chewy. Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It was spicy, maybe chicken, no part about it was crispy, and was stale. I can confidently say I have put fast food in the fridge and heated it up the next day with more freshness than this. I hope we don't get sick is my primary concern. Service was fine, nothing bad or great about it. Food was just pretty awful.

Food was adequate, hot fresh but remarkably slow for any restaurant muck less a fast food location. Exterior and interior both give strong vibes of a business going out of business. Drink station(Freestyle) had limited choices across the board including only 2 sugar free options. Including my family of 3 only 2 other customers entered the restaurant in the 30+ minutes we were there at 6pm on a Friday night.

I've been here 5 times and everytime it takes them 20 minutes to give me my order of literally 1 burger and 1 fries. 20 minutes! There is no one else there but me! They are very slow, the people making the food should not be working here but instead be cared for in a mental facility. You can tell they are "special" and making 1 burger takes them 20 minutes. Get youre food elsewhere it's sad how our only Wendys is this.

Every time I try to go to this Wendy’s between 10pm or 1030pm they always tell me they are closed. I just wonder if corporate knows that one of there stores closes almost a hour early every other night. Cause my son loves the nuggets from here and I’m sure many other people kids do to. Just posting a review to let you know to not go there at these times cause you will be disappointed you try tell a 5 year old they can get there nuggets when you know the store is not supposed to close until 11pm Could not be my business cause we would have a problem. Especially when I have a set time of hours of operation and you know at the end of the night and opening and lunch time is when you profit the most.. at any fast food establishment... IM JUST SAYING Looks like it’s a happy meal tonight

I was greeted by a surprised employer when I walked into the dining room. She told me that only their drive-through is opened at noon, and then locked the door after asking me to leave. It was a ridiculous waste of time because there was no signage anywhere stating that the hours of operation were completely different between their walk-in and carry-out.

One of the worst fast food experiences of my life. Never get the order right and employees are rude to the customers. One time I heard an employee arguing with a customer in the drive through about how they were not serving food 10 minutes before they were closed. Go to another Wendy’s.

I have been to this restraunt 5 times and only got served twice. And it took five tries to get my order right the first time. Something needs to change with this store they tell me they cant serve me without a manager present well why isnt the manager here managing doing his job? And then not two days later i come by again after work and they tell me i cant use my card here and dont give a reason. Tldr just go to dairy queen or jack in a crack dont bother with this haven for incompetence

I got a single with cheese and it was horrible.....cold, dried out and the cheese was not even melted. I was travelling so I went through the drive-thru and was down the road a couple miles when I dug in to eat. I have never had a bad experience at Wendy's.... I was very upset. The time of day was lunch at 12:29 pm. That is usually a very good time to get great food and good service. This was Wednesday January 22, 2020. They didn't deserve one star except the kid working was super nice!!

never having the sauce i ask to be included aside, having to wait 5-10 minutes for my order to be taken when there are 1-2 cars in the drive thru and no one inside is ridiculous, also the woman at the drive thru for months has not had a mask on or even anywhere near her face. Abysmal service if you could even call it that. Have worked in food service and I understand and empathize with many issues but it seems this is just a lack of any work ethic at all. Just want some nuggets?

Go to McDonald's no here! Today 5/10/23 at 5:30pm the "manager" took my order drive thru and I asked her about boneless or wings without bone everyone understand that right? it's a nugget... well, this lady was SO UPSET AND RUUUUUDE and SCREAMED "WE DON'T SELL WINGS YOU DON'T GET IT? the order before me asked for nuggets and she got them. I reported them to corporate! I just tried to go through the drive thru. Pull up and the girl ignores me for 5 min. Finally she has me start my order, mid sentence she cuts me off for another 5 min. Get up to the window and the price is wrong. The price on the drive thru board hasn't been updated in weeks, but they won't honor the price they advertise! She argued with me. I asked to speak to the shift manager. She argued with me too. They refused to honor their price but won't change the board to reflect the actual price!

We went through the drive through and lady was gossiping as she was taking our order. She kept screaming and laughing so we had to repeat our order multiple times. Wasn't a problem until we got to the window and she continued to gossip. We tried to hand her the money and she slammed the window in ou4 face and turned her back towards us to talk to the other employee. Horrible customer service.

I walked in with a coupon from hooked and The employee tacking our order had to go get the manager, no big deal!! She came walking to us from the dining area very fast telling us that the coupon was no good and corporate was going to be taking care of it!!! Very embarrassing!!! She went on repeating her self and instructing me on what i could not order!! I went to the restroom to wash my hands, The toliet paper " very big " roll was sitting on the floor, not good!! I love Wendys and will continue to go eat at a different location!! And to end a bad lunch date with my mom, The manager was talking on a headset "very loud" Telling someone not to give her name out!!! Definitely needs a secret shopper!! Thanks

WENDYS IN COLLEGE STATION...I don't know what happened to this place!!!3 years ago it was great with very sweet help and food was ALWAYS hot I would see the ladies walking home after their shift and wish those ladies were back!!!!..Now you can hardly understand what they are saying and the food is Awful!!!NEVER HOT EVER!!I KNOW FOOD AND MY FAMILY OWNS RESTAURANTS and that food was cooked at least 4 or 5 hours before I received it..I wouldn't feed it to my dog!!!Called local district manager and she said she would take care of it...Right.. Then said I could go to the one in Bryan..Wow...I don't live in Bryan and the reason NO ONE ANSWERS the phone at the College Station one is they don't want to deal with the complaints so the poor people at the one in Bryan have to deal with all that..

Worst Wendy's ever! You go to a brand like Wendy's to get the same quality everywhere. The Chili was made with white navy beans. It had absolutely no hamburger and the sauce tasted like water. They gave a " chili" packet to add the flavor. The iced tea was hot .i had to ask for a separate cup of ice. RUN

I ordered doordash and got an iced coffee instead of a classic chocolate frosty! Didn't even drink it because it was already late at night and can't have caffeine due to pregnancy anyways. Then my husband ordered Dave's single burger and half way eating the burger there was this long hair! So disgusting!!! Obviously they're not wearing a hair net!!!

Just ate here and the food wasn’t all that. Young girl just came in to work and first thing I heard she was cussing up a storm. This place needs to run by new management. I had to wait a minute to get a refill on my drink. I will not come back to this location again. Recommend not eating here

I never use this feature. But this is EASILY the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in the entire country. Ordered online and was CHARGED for the order. I show up and they give me a receipt that says payment failed despite the fact that I was charged for the order. I talk to the lady at the front and she was extremely unhelpful and was trying to shoo me away like I’m some pest. Saying, “you can only get a refund from the app.” Which I know for a fact is not true. I’ve contacted Wendy’s support and they weren’t helpful either. Multiple times I’ve been told that somebody will reach out to me about my refund and nothing ever happens. If I could rate this place lower I would. Seriously the worst establishment I’ve ever been to, they will steal your money and time with no return.

I think this is the worst Wendys, When asked if I could get fresh nuggets I was told they had been very slow and that they wasn’t cooking anything fresh. I just want to know how are they fresh if it’s been slow all day. I just went somewhere else because I refused to eat stale nuggets.

Worker didn’t give me my card back and when I called 4 times and finally got an answer the only response I got was a “I don’t have your card I’m positive I gave it back to you” but it was not in the receipt I was given. Yall are so stingy. I went and ordered 12 nuggets and fries and asked THROUGH THE SPEAKER for 5 sweet and sours, no problem. Get to the window and get my food to find zero sauces. I asked if I could have the 5 I requested and she said she isn’t allowed to give out more than 2. I then asked if I could pay for them considered I ordered 12 nuggets and fries and don’t want to eat them dry and she said she isn’t allowed to. I’m not broke, I’ll pay for my sauces but to not even allow that? Seems yall are stingy trying to save money in the dumbest place imaginable. I’ll keep going to McDonald’s and chick-fil-a, they load me up 🤌🏼 .88oz of sauce smh. People are always nice but I asked for extra sauce cause last time I got NONE so sauce seems to be a precious item at this location.

Charged me full price for a burger when it was a deal for 1 cent. Refused to take the burger back or refund my money. Lady at the drive thru claimed to be the manager, then cussed me out and told me to leave. I will never go to a Wendy’s again.

Made an online order and when we got there around 11pm and everything was closed. Why are we able to make an online order after “closing hours”? After waiting at the window for 10 minutes the lady came to yell at us saying there are closed. We explained we made an online order and already paid and she got more angry and annoyed and kept yelling. The app and online says they close at midnight. The lady went on and on how she’s worked there for 15 years and they have always closed at 11pm. Okay well get this time issue situated because it’s happening to a lot of people and they don’t care to fix this issue. We shouldn’t be able to order if the place is “closed”

Don't come here! They're incredibly slow and the staff needs training (if anyone actually works here). I have visited 3 times recently. First time, I sat at the drive through for 10 minutes and nobody said anything. I left and as I drove by I could see people clearly inside. It was about 7PM. The next time I came by someone did acknowledge me, but they immediately told me to wait. I did so for about 10 minutes again and then left. Third time I came by I had to wait not quite as long and was eventually helped. The person cut off my order mid-way through and then I had to wait again so they could correct it. When I finally got my order after arriving 15 minutes ago, my order was wrong. This is the single worst Wendy's in existence. Do not go here.

The staff seemed to be burden by us eating inside. The fries were cold and not salted. We went to try the new honey spicy chicken sandwich and it was very disappointing. It was sticky everywhere you tried to touch it, I mean yes honey but omg it was very sticky. The spice was an odd flavor whatever they spiced it with was gross. The only thing I enjoyed about it was the crunchy things on it and I'm not sure what it was I will not be returning. Wendy's once was really good but I don't think I will be giving any further business to Wendy's.

I have been to this location multiple times and had to leave without my Uber Eats order. Online, this location says hours are until midnight. I've arrived 11-11:30 PM with all thr lights off and a line waiting in the drive thru. This doesn't make sense. If the hours have changed, update them so OUR customers won't be stuck out!

Every single table in that store was dirty. The floor was filthy and sticky. Our shoes stuck to the floor and made a noise when we walked. They were out of trays, when only 1 table had two trays on it.when we got our order, the fries were cold. The soft drink machine was filthy and just plain nasty. We will never go to that store again.

Placed a mobile order, got told to pull up, waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES before I got fed up and went inside to find out THEY HAD ALREADY HAD MY FOOD DONE AND IT WAS JUST SITTING THERE. Not even once did they bother to come out or ask me anything, they just helped about 4-5 other vehicles before I got fed up of waiting. How do you not even, for a single time, go and see why I am pulled up and not moving? Do you think I was just sitting a little past the window where you pay just for fun? For almost 30 minutes? Absolutely ridiculous that I had to even go inside to find that my food has been done long ago. IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY INSIDE, THERE WAS 2 CUSTOMERS INSIDE WHO WEREN'T EVEN ORDERING. Three different people had to be talked to before one of the workers, who seemed to be the youngest out of the group, came up and asked me and found that my order was just sitting there before apologizing to me. Like, seriously? Good on the person who bothered to like tried to do something versus the others in the back who seemed like they didn't want to do anything at all. I've gone to this location multiple times in the past before and never had an issue. It has always been quick and fast, but today was just something else.

The drive through lady gets upset Everytime we go to order in the night hours between 10 and 11. She has a bad attitude and gave my money back in change, and dropped it, didn't even apologize or gave me the correct change. She works on Thursdays evenings. She was there last night. Ordered breakfast off the 2 for $3 menu and got the seasoned potatoes and because it wasn't lunch time they refused to give us ketchup with our "fries"! Biscuits were SUPER dry and old 🤢 Also the bathroom smelled TERRIBLE like urine and only one employee spoke English. Usually visit this Wendy's when in town for my PT at lunch time but will NOT go back here because of the service this time.

I went to the location and waited 5 minutes at the drive thru window and no one ever took my ordered. I pulled around to the window and the worker informed me that the speaker was not working so I gave her my order right there. She then closes the window and makes a call. When she opens it back she said she could not take my order and closed the window back.

Ac is broken has been for over 6 months. And when you go through the drive through they hand you your frostys then pull you up for 10 minutes to wait on your food so they all melt. So annoying!

Disappointed by the “Meal of Misfortune” – and not in a fun way We were so excited to try the new Wendy’s x Wednesday “Meal of Misfortune” — the promos made it look like such a cool, creepy, and fun experience. Unfortunately, we ended up being the actual misfortunate ones. Our order didn’t come with any of the special Wednesday-themed items shown in the promo — no spooky packaging, no collectible items, just the “mystery dips.” The bag was ripped when we received it, and to make things worse, our food was cold and tasted stale. We had to ask multiple employees about the themed spoons for the Dark Cherry Frosty, and no one had any idea what we were talking about. It honestly felt like we got a regular order thrown together without care. If you’re going to market a special, limited-time collab like this, it should actually resemble what’s being advertised — especially when people are coming specifically for the themed experience. Very disappointing, and not at all what we expected.

Wendy’s needs to teach their cashiers better manners. We asked for the new Fuego meal and the cashier stated the fries weren’t available. We attempted to ask questions in order to find substitutions but he wouldn’t answer so we left.

Food is okay. Owner should really fix this place. Wendy's is a great place and this one is like the employees don't speak English at all. Ignore you completely. And stare at you while your waiting at counter. Then the employees are laughing not even working. Had me so confused. I love Wendy's please fix this store. Even my kids noticed.

Seems like every time I come by here the lady at drive thru is always in a rush or has an attitude?? which I don’t quite understand considering theres never much business and im the only car there. Theres no reason to raise your voice and sigh SO LOUDLY while im deciding my order???? ANYWAYS…to make this 1000% better I was eating my fries that feel at the bottom of the bag and quickly spit them out when I saw a roach in the corner of it….
