I went to lunch with some friends a few days ago, and it wasn't a bad experience. They have a parking lot 🅿️ with plenty of spaces, and the establishment isn't the largest I've seen in the franchise, but it's a decent size. On the other hand, we received quite acceptable service from the staff who were there at the time. The restroom seems surprising, but, as I'm used to seeing other establishments in this franchise, it was pretty well maintained, as far as I remember. As for the food, what can I say? I understand. I mean, it's what we all know about the product; they all offer the same thing in the franchise. In my case, I ordered two burgers, and they were actually good. We also ordered several Maxibon ice creams 🍦, and aside from the fact that it's more creamy than Maxibon, the part that wasn't creamy wasn't bad, to be honest. The ice cream itself is good, and so is the cream. The thing is, we all know it's cream with some topping, not ice cream per se. The truth is, if it's on your way or nearby and you feel like eating something, I think it's a good option to consider. It's true that a few years ago, I went to pick up a car on a weekend, and it took a while to pick up everything, but the order itself wasn't missing anything. I don't know if it's a bad option these days on a weekend or holiday, but if everything goes as smoothly as it did for us a few days ago, it's viable.

Burger in a great location with plenty of parking, and the facilities are well-equipped and spacious. The service was quick and very friendly. The vending machine was a bit slow and not all the machines were working. They had a high chair for children. As for the food quality, everything was fine, just like in the other restaurants.

Self service is efficient enough. Cleaning and sanitizing needs more effort especially during this pandemic. Unfortunately, teenagers are messy and aren't cleaning after themselves making it tough to maintain high standards. They had food fights regularly and just leave. Duo bacon cheeseburger was edible but nothing spectacular like the promotions advertise. Chili cheese bites however, I could live off - like jalapeño poppers! The side order chicken sandwich was also amazing - fresh lettuce; tomatoes; dressing and crunchy chicken patty with perfectly toasted buns! Wasn't expecting a chicken sandwich to be so great from Burger King. Lesson: advertisement works to get you in the door, but this product not so great, disappointed.

Clean and standard service

Tuvimos suerte de coger este restaurante abierto a última hora. El trato de los funcionarios con nosotros fue excelente y es de agradecer. Ahora bien... hay algunos problemas que son perdonables, como la falta de ingredientes o la ausencia de todos los extras que pedimos. Los aros de cebolla estaban crudos por dentro y el helado biene muy bajo. Otros problemas más graves fueron ver un grillo entrar en la máquina de helados y la plaga de hormigas permanente en la máquina de refrescos.

Había un cumpleaños muy ruidoso y molesto pero yo tmb he celebrado ahí mis cumpleaños pero no pasa nada pero fui un sábado mi prima y yo hicimos lo de que te dan un eladito en tarrina pequeño por poner una reseña a mi prima le pidió eso al gerente y se lo dio pero yo se lo pedí a una chica bajita y rellenita y me dijo que los findes de semana no lo hacian de mala manera

La carne de la hamburguesa quemada, la espera para comer ahí, fue más de 18 minutos, al finalizar compré un helado, y se les olvidó por completo que me debían un helado, que no me lo entregaron con la orden, como había seleccionado, en si bueno trato, pero es falta personal y el cocinero no sabe cuándo se pasan de cocción la carne, quemada. Otras veces he ido y mejor, pero lamentable que les falte personal, y no sepan de procedimientos correctos, creo. Gracias.

Van Dos veces que voy por autoking, la primera le faltó el zumo y el el postre a la cajita feliz y tuvimos que volver desde casa a por ellos y justo ahora 28/02/2026 a las 23:58 abrimos el pedido y otro desastre, pedimos CBK y nos pusieron otras más baratas y sin lechuga

Las veces que he ido a comprar comida por el King auto han hecho que me ponga más adelante de la ventanilla para atender a más gente, y a los detrás sí que le dan su pedido en ventanilla. Hoy he esperado 15 m, mientras los coches de atrás me han pitado por qué no podían pasar… y encima no me han dado mi pedido completo. En mi pedido he comprado 3 patatas y al llegar a casa veo que no me lo han puesto. Estoy bastante molesta

Pido por glovo la comida hace mas de 40 minutos y me indican que es el propio burguer king el que hace la entrega. 40 minutos despues me llega la comida fria y las patatas tiesas. Servicio pesimo. Y encima me cobran 3 euros por hacer ellos la entrega, VERGONZOSO

Muy mala experiencia. 38 minutos esperando el pedido, y cuando lo habríamos en casa, una hamburguesa estaba mal etiquetada y faltaban complementos. Supongo que el personal no tenía mucha experiencia, pero desde luego hoy, 3 de Febrero, estábamos todos los clientes bastante mosqueados con el servicio

He hecho un pedido a domicilio y una hora después me llaman de que no tienen forma de acercarmelo a casa ya que a las 23:30 se quedaron sin motero. Mi pedido fue hecho a las 23:41 (siendo fin de semana y que se supone que el local cierra a las 00:30). Había llamado dos veces al local y nadie contestó (llamada hecha a las 00:20 ya que estaba tardando y por seguridad). Me llamaron a las 00:40 dándome dicha información y por ende nos hemos quedado sin la cena. Gracias por el servicio tan nefasto.

El pedido a domicilio pesimo 40 min para unos chili que llegaron frios y a la basura y un batido mal hecho y ya hecho puré. 14.50€ todo un lujo el servicio y la calidad.

Simplemente horrible, habíamos estado casi 2 años sin comer en este establecimiento(aunque si en otros de otras localidades), por que siempre lo preparan mal, pensábamos que habría mejorado algo al cerrar el de Tres Cantos, pero sigue igual de mal, ayer fue sin lugar a dudas el peor con creces y tengo fotos para demostrarlo, las patatas carbonizadas, las que pedimos con queso y bacon, el queso y el bacon no estaban por ningún lado, la bebida no tenían sprite, las hamburguesas los ingredientes iban colocados como si los hubiera puesto un niño de 3 años, ( y seguro que lo hubiese hecho mejor), el trato del personal de lo peor que he visto en esta cadena. No os lo recomiendo ni loca iros a otro si tenéis la opción.

El día 20 de diciembre en el turno de la noche, la chica al parecer la encargada tenía un mal día y lo quería pagar con los clientes. Me atendió tarde y la comida no me llevaron a la mesa ni me llamaron que fuera por ella aposta.

The worst burger place in Spain. When they don't get the order wrong, they're missing things, and when they're not missing things, they make the burger without sauce or the fries without salt. What a shame about this place.

The other day I came with some friends for dinner, and they kept me waiting an hour for a Whopper meal because they said they couldn't find the pager when they hadn't even gone outside to the tables. I went back and they have very poor organization in general, not to mention the lack of hygiene. They handle the food without gloves, and neither the men nor the women put hair clips in their hair. This is a disgrace. When you don't pay by card, they tell you to enter the pager 99, and if you do, you won't get the food because they're looking for a pager that doesn't exist.

The ordering machine didn't work and we told the cashiers,but they didn't do anything about it,and when other clients came in to order directly from the cashiers they said that ordering from the machine is better and faster So,in conclusion, the didn't care at all about our complaints and ignored them.
