Our order was To Go! We were waiting in the car for our text message to "come inside, the food is ready." We waited past the time given for the food to be ready! He went in and the food was waiting for pick-up! The text message came as we were almost home!

Easy in to the parking lot with plenty of parking available. It was busy on this Sunday at 2pm. The staff was very attentive to my 4 companions and me through out our meal. We ordered a wide variety of items from the menu. All of our food was well prepared. Everyone gave a big thumbs UP on the taste, freshness and quantity of their food. We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the very pleasant wait staff!

Visited after the region was hit by a lot of snow, while checking out the area as I am relocating. This location was clean, not overly packed (still in the midst of a pandemic), and the servers were friendly. As someone who doesn’t frequently dine in during these times, it honestly felt nice to feel a little normalcy. The food here was great. It was hot, tasty, and presentable. The manager (?) was gracious as there was a small issue, but was taken care of in a very timely manner. From working in a kitchen, it’s something I understands happens, and it won’t stop me from coming back.

We had a Waitress Marcq who was incredible!!!!! This afternoon, coming in with a family of 7 and 5 kids you fear the courtesy you will have extended especially as a minority family for fear of seeming like a burden. She showed stellar service with a smile, patient, fast, efficient, 1000% hands down hit the mark of exceptional above and beyond service. I would say I’m a Chili’s fanatic, so I may be a little biased… but this Chili’s location was really up to snuff. Mainly because our waitress, Amber, was a ROCKSTAR!! Glad to see they’re doing well. Hanging in there when a bunch of chains are going down. Had the chips and salsa to start. My wife had the smash burger and a salad, I had the double bacon ranch burger. Both were very good. I couldn’t finish mine and I have to tell you it’s the best deal for a good burger anywhere around. The three for me deal is a drink, burger fries or a salad for $12. Can’t beat it for a quick dinner. The one thing I find is that the chilis are consistent if anything. The one in Clifton Park and the one on Wolf road taste the same and the level of service is good.

I've seen the ads on TV, but there no outlets of this chain near us, so when passed this one and it was lunchtime, we jumped in. The decor is very utilitarian with metal chairs and tables and a dark floor. Not the most pleasant dining environment. Our waitress was great. Enthusiastic, full of smiles and knowledgeable. We ordered one of their 3 way specials and a bowl. Lots of food for the price! Everything was very well seasoned although we thought they way oversalted the fries.

Amazing waitstaff. Extremely impressed with her professionalism and poise. Chili's is , well, Chili's. Classic American and Tex-Mex food. Interior was clean, and food was hot. Chips were the highlight. Light and crispy. Food was mediocre but got the job done. You at least know what you're mostly getting when you go to a Chili's.

It was a miss while I went there every week or two. My meal was pre cooked and set there for a while. Steak was overcooked and fires were softened. The trick is Not to go too early and pick the busy time

I love Chili's. Always have. This visit was disappointing. 1st off as always the service was spot on. Servers are so polite and friendly. Food is hot and fast. My food was perfect. I had the fajitas. My daughters though was.... bad. She got the grill cheese. It literally 2 pieces of toast with 2 pieces of over cooked cheese on them. The appetizer we got ( a dip with chips) tasted like chef boyardee. Now the mens room was clean and well kept but my wife said the womans room was a disaster. Not only was it dirty but there was broken tiles and the toilet paper was empty. We will return... like I said I do like Chili's ... but I hope these things get addressed.

You can smell the sizzle before you see the server. Is this a casual dining legend or just an excuse for unlimited chips? I went to Chili's to find out. The first thing that stood out was the incredible speed and fantastic customer service. The staff was quick, attentive, and really hit a home run on the service front. Appetizers: The Highs and Lows Per typical with chain restaurants, you have to start with the chips and salsa. (Pro-tip: Download the Chili's app and join the free rewards program for complimentary chips and salsa!) The chips are truly insane—fantastic, with a crispness that's out of this world! They’re so light and airy, finding a stale one is nearly impossible. 10/10 on the chips. The salsa, however, could use some work. The flavors are very mild, with nothing really popping, and it's honestly a little too watery. I prefer a salsa with more zing and less runniness. 5/10. This is where the timing got a little iffy. I ordered mozzarella sticks (3 honey chipotle and 3 Nashville hot) alongside our entrees. We received the entrees first, and I finished my entire meal before the appetizers arrived. For a foodie who needs that content, this was a major letdown and definitely takes a couple of points off the experience. When the mozzarella sticks finally landed, the Honey Chipotle was entirely too sweet for my taste (5/10). But the Nashville Hot flavor was insanely delicious. Every bite was spicy, crispy, and salty, balanced perfectly with the accompanying ranch—a definite 8/10. Drinks and Entrees The seasonal drinks, the Witches Brew and the Arctic Drift, were both delicious but a bit too busy for my simple palate. As expected with most seasonal offerings, there was a lot going on. The Brew gets a 6/10 and the Drift gets a 7/10. For the main course, I ordered the Old Timer with Cheese burger, your basic bacon cheeseburger. It was good, not great, just good. Chili's, please consider a secret burger sauce and season the meat a little more! Also, the 'bottomings' (toppings on the bottom) are not my preferred style. 6/10. My friend's Triple Dipper fared better. The Southwestern Eggrolls were delicious 9/10. The two sliders were just "meh" 6/10. And you can never go wrong with the Chicken Tenders 8.5/10. Final Verdict Food: 7/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Service: 9/10 Overall 7 Averaging a respectable 3 out of 5 stars 🌟. Where every bite tells the story!

So I put in online order for delivery from Chili's. Clifton park. Goes through. 5 minutes later says it's cancelled. Call the restaurant. They gave no idea. "Put it in again". So I try again. Different store. Delivery address somehow gets changed to somewhere in Troy. Call the restaurant. They say call door dash. No idea how to do that. Call restaurant again and tell them I want to cancel. Don't want to send $70 in food someplace random. He tells me in good. 10 minutes later get notification that driver is headed to store. Um no. So I called him and told him it was cancelled. Called the store again. Finally put in a pickup order in Clifton park. But my God lol. All for a burger and some chicken

I came to Chili's with two things a wonderful dinner companion and a voracious appetite. I started my meal with a couple of appetizers. I had 8 bone in chicken wings with Chipotle honey barbecue sauce and a beef queso with chips. The wings were plump and juicy and very tasty and I even overlooked the fact that they were served with ranch dressing instead of blue cheese. The queso was rather thin and watery with very little beef in it, but it too was very tasty and satisfying. My dinner companion and I ordered our entrees and then the disaster began. We ordered two full racks of their texas-sized baby back ribs one with the house barbecue sauce and the other with your afore mentioned Chipotle honey barbecue sauce. The meals came with an ear of roasted corn on the cob and steak fries to which we added an order of onion rings and a Blue Moon beer and a cola. The ribs were desiccated and flavorless they also looked like they'd been boiled and then baked to within an inch of their lives. The color of the ribs underneath the smattering of barbecue sauce was actually a grayish black and quite unappetizing. The ears of corn were cooked perfectly and was very sweet but, they decided to coat the corn with queso cheese(or some kind of weird white substance) and cilantro. These added flavorings gave the great tasting corn a pungent and unappealing flavor. Sometimes, keeping things basic is best. I have to say the best part of my Chili's experience was our waiter Josh. Our waiter Josh was an affable in highly skilled server that took our order from memory and got everything absolutely 100% correct. That's really impressive. When we tried to pay our check, the kiosk system they use to process our coupon did not work properly and it would not print out our receipt or allow us to log a review of our disastrous meal. In the end, Chili's is a big disappointment and it's highly unlikely we will ever patronize this establishment again.

Came here with an open mind, I wanted to give a casual dining chain another chance. HUGE mistake. Simple order: 1 drink and 1 burger. The drink was honestly the most VILE, DEPLORABLE, DISGUSTING drink I've ever had the misfortune of trying. For anyone with bartending experience: fill a glass with sweetened lime juice and add 2 oz sour mix. This wasn't a drink, it was a challenge. I pushed the drink far away, a signal to any bartender that the drink is bad. About 5 minutes later, I was asked how things were, I said not good, and asked for some water (from a server, not the "bartender"). He smiled, said "great", and started walking away. I said cancel my order, cancel everything, and ran outside to get some water to wash that unbelievably sour "drink" out of my mouth. How to improve: Bartender: taste your drinks with a tasting straw per Standard Operating Procedure as a bartender. Please do your job or quit. It's not hard, I was a bartender once. It's too easy though, so this whole situation is absolutely avoidable. If you don't know how to make a drink, stay near the customer and wait for them to take a sip. If it's pure sweetened lime juice, and you don't know how to pour, ask the customer if it's ok. Please improve or quit, if pouring drinks is too hard, there is a taco bell next door.

My expectations were already low but somehow I was terribly disappointed.The margaritas were the worst I've ever had;watered-down and super sugary with an overwhelming taste of artificial sweetness that was repugnant. I ordered a special sauce burger which I thought was a safe bet,boy was I wrong.The burger was literally dripping grease and rubbery with a total lack of any flavor.Ive never seen such a skimpy amount of fries that accompanied the burger,it's as if they only gave a third of the normal portion. The service was by far the worst part,members of my party were looking directly at our waitress and were explicitly ignored.We waited an eternity to try to pay our bill and were just ignored.Myself and other members of my party were outraged,we are definitely not Karen's but the service here was by far some of the worst of my life. Overall this place failed at every single point,expectations were properly calibrated for a chain restaurant but this place failed terribly and I will never be returning and will spread the word far and wide of the ineptitude of this establishment.

I should have known what my experience would be once I walked through the door and saw how disgusting the restaurant looked, including the people that worked there. While waiting in the take-out area, you could clearly see into the kitchen, which was an absolute disaster (counters were filthy, food all over the floor, people not wearing masks/gloves, etc). I even saw an employee grabbing fries from some place off the counter, put it in her hand and eat from it. Red flags everywhere but unfortunately there were no other food options open that "late" in this "city" (it was 9pm, but everything was already closed). I get its towards the end of the night, but...ok, so got the food, got to my hotel hoping that my salad was safe. Nope - my salad should have been green, that's basic, but it was not and all wet and wilted. I get that no one probably orders salad at this place but there is no excuse for me getting what I got. The lettuce was brown and slimy, the avocado was brown and spotted with mold everywhere, there were no other vegetables included and ultimately it was completely not edible (pictures attached!). So I obviously didn't eat any of it and that went straight into the trash. Also ordered sliders, which was never in the bag. Instead was a few chicken pieces in a plastic box and a small container or random rice. I have no idea what that was supposed to be. So that was a waste too. At the end of the day, we were starving and had no dinner to eat, but maybe that was a blessing in disgusting disguise because no human being should eat at this establishment. I didn't have the time or I would have brought the food back the next day and demanded a refund. I was totally robbed and almost poisoned.

Below is a $14.00 shrimp ceasar salad.... couldn't even give me a full handful of lettuce, which 1/3 of it was brown and had an aweful taste to it...had to throw half of it out, I couldn't eat it. Staff was not at all thrilled that i was there, could not have cared less in assisting me, too bored to even make eye contact. This is now the second out of three times, first time at least had fresh lettuce..... it's close to work, they have salads, and I can walk there on my lunch break, only reason why I even bother but this place is garbage.

You're forced to use their "ziosk" for payment and the servers refuse to do it on their end. This system always messes up rewards or deals and you end up paying way more than the correct disclosed amount in your tab.

Waiter had very strange behavior. Manager was also extremely rude with a red face and seemed delighted to speak to us like children. Gladly left to receive better service at the Glenmont location.

i ordered my crispy chicken 6 cc cmbo dinner today at 6:30 pm, expecting delivery between 7 pm and 7:13 pm, which was acceptable. However, the delivery time was repeatedly changed, resulting in a 45-minute delay until 8 pm. Unfortunately, when I received the food, it was a horrible experience - the French fries were cold, and the chicken was salty and cold. Only the mac and cheese was acceptable. I advise against ordering food from this establishment. I throw the all food anf i ended up making dinner my self i waste my money around $30doller and time

I recently visited Chili’s and had a very disappointing experience. I requested a simple add-on for my quesadilla, and the manager, Eddy, handled the situation extremely poorly. Instead of offering any kind of real explanation or alternative, he told me, “we not doing it” and “we don’t do that here,” which felt rude and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expected at least a respectful explanation or effort to accommodate a reasonable request. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Chili’s is usually a place I enjoy, but this experience has made me think twice about coming back.
