The sub I ordered was very tasty. It was a Philly steak sandwich with the sweet onion teriyaki sauce on it. The service was good. It was quick. The atmosphere was very quiet. I wish the prices had not gone up so much. I miss the $5 footlong.
Pretty good except the sandwich artist put two handfuls of lettuce on my sandwich when I only wanted onions and peppers then started hitting himself in the head after realizing his mistake. Also the dude next to me had onion breath.
The sub was great however management needs to speak to land owner or whoever takes care of the property. The front of the store is a complete mess including the parking lot. The grass isn't cut, bushes or whatever they are need cut and the parking lot entrance is full of massive potholes. It is not presentable at all.
Quick and easy. Unfortunately they do not carry spicy mustard. They said that not many people like it and it is carried at the manager's discretion. One interesting thing is that they have a drive-thru.
The fountain drink machine is all mixed up... Try to get Dr. Pepper, Root Beer comes out 🤣
This location needs a makeover, driveway and new speaker system. Associates are friendly. Their subs are made well, fresh and presented well on the bun. Drive thru is inconvenient when you can't hear to order and have to go inside the store....I'd visit more often if the drive thru worked.
They aren't paying their staff enough money to make sandwiches AND provide excellent customer service. Great sub. Zero personality. First, I tried going through the drive-thru. This didn't work because the worker couldn't understand a word I was saying. I thanked her and said I'll just come in. When I came inside, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment of the issue. This made me think the miscommunication was done purposely because I was placing a new order, not picking up an order. If I hadn't been pressed for time, I would have left without buying anything.
I’m not really sure how this location is so well-rated. I’ve been 5 times, and two of those they were closed when they should have been open. Once with no signage of any kind saying they were closed. The three times I have eaten there, I’ve had to wait a surprisingly long amount of time for a subway. I always have to say my order several times, and this last time I think I had to repeat my entire order upwards of four times. I’m generally a really patient and understanding person. I only review if it’s really good or really bad. Unfortunately, this one is the latter. I still will go every now and then, because the food when it finally gets to me is fine. The wait, service, and difficulty ordering (the speaker is very old and hard to hear) is just subpar. Hoping for improvements in the future, though!
Food was ok. Could've been a little friendlier but they weren't rude so that was about as much as you can ask for from a fast food place these days. The restroom on the other hand was disgusting 🤢. I walked right back out.
My bread for both subs was toasted to beyond & back hard as a rock. It’s insane. I’ve had my tongue pierced for three years. The Ball has never fell off I literally ate the ball trying to eat this sub 💀
Im curious as to why 2 weeks ago the business confirmed they are open 24 hours but i just drove over there. Its 11:09pm and they are closed.
Couldn’t understand the worker. When we asked for them to repeat what we ordered they had an attitude. When making our subs they kept pointing through the drive thru window and were talking shit. The old owners were way better will never come here again.
We typically love subway however, there were gnats flying around the food, hair/fuzz IN the food. Tried calling the store and they NEVER answer the phones. This location needs to be shut down
The worst sub ever … super nasty
The first guy taking my order did not listen to anything I was saying I had to repeat myself 3 times for every order. The guy behind me talked softer than my normal tone of voice and he didn't have to repeat himself at all. When I left I thought this was due to gender more than anything the guy didn't want to deal with a woman so he kept tuning me out. The guy putting the vegetables on was nice though... I will never go here again it's not my first bad experience at this location... also the three sandwiches I got had nearly no meat on them.
Ordered Doorfash twice from this location. Was told by the employee they don’t have the order. Dasher left waiting for 20 mins by the employees. When calling to rectify the situation was hung up on. Would not recommend
The quality has gone downhill. The chicken taste like cheap microwave crap, and they always skimp out on the toppings - like I’ll ask for jalapeño peppers and they’ll just give me three like that’s good enough for a foot long. These people don’t know how to make a proper sandwich. They’re so cheap and obviously cut corners while raising the price. I refuse to come here anymore.
More like ZERO STARS!!! I went here for my boyfriends lunch on 1/10/2025 and asked for an Italian sub. The guy said what meat do you want? I said the meat that comes on an Italian sub. He didn't understand what to was saying so he gave the phone to a female. She seemed like she knew what comes on an Italian sub. Until I got to work and my boyfriend opened it up and seen that they literally put two salami and two pepperoni on each side, no ham, loaded with pounds of lettuce, and the bread was hard and old. I do not understand why this location is still open. They don't know what comes on a known sandwich. Read my paragraph below from last year. I went here this time because I gave them the benefit of doubt that they got their ish together but I was wrong. 🚩🚩DO NOT EAT HERE! 🚩🚩I went there yesterday Monday 1/15/2024 to get me and my sister lunch. After eating their food I got sick. (FOOD POISONING) Today I called and asked for a manager. The guy said he wasnt in. So I let him know what happened to me and that they may want to throw out their food and get fresh food out. The guy acted like he couldn't hear me by saying hello.. hello and hung up on me. I called right back he let it ring. So I left a little nice message. 🚩🚩!!!!DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!🚩🚩 I HAD THE ONE ON BRICE AND TUSSING OVER THE WEEKEND ON SUNDAY AND DIDN'T GET SICK AT ALL.
Went at 8:20 (store closes at 9) and the doors were unlocked. I walked in and 2 girls were in the back chatting and told me they were closed. Very rude. Won’t go back. Plus the building is creepy and looks like it’s straight out of the backrooms.
Food was good but customer service doesn’t exist.. no point in the drive thru if no one is servicing it. Seat in the drive thru for 5 mins watching the workers talk to each other. Paid me no attention
Ordered online 3 sandwiches order number #3AB7A WITH UBER All 3 sandwiches where missing the ham an no cheese called them an just said we had the right store got the number off the reciept so I said I'll check the app an yup was the correct store now they won't answer the phone
Shouldn’t even be given a 1 star.. no manager at the store.. ordered through the app they accepted it than cancelled it.. they took $60 worth of food and the bank won’t even help because they stated I did the transaction. They wouldnt even let me pick up the food since they took my money.. I definitely won’t be getting from this location ever again.. nonetheless I called before hand a girl answered very soft spoken and hangs up on me after I told her what’s wrong she said no that didn’t happen. But I got the notification that it did also no food at that. Tried calling the store 7 to 10 times and no answer. Very unprofessional. Don’t order here they will steal your money and say not their problem.
