The line was long, the wait at the Window was long,as well. There were conflicts with placing my order because they were out of most of the non Beef options, Fish, which was my original choice was out, Particular Chicken choices were limited and Shakes were not available either! My default order was more expensive than my original reason for going on a later than 10p! I understand late night desperation for a particular item and defaulting to an order I put in the trash. This store could stand an Upgrade to attract all those highway Customers with it being close to outerbelt and only in competition is way more expensive, but they will at least fall under the Auspice of Cooked to Order. And after all of that, my fries were cold and It left the rest of the meal irreconcilable! I will not speak to all Rally’s locations, but my experience here fell flat. The young person was polite and transactional, which met my expectations for late night shifts at a chain restaurant, unfortunately.

over priced. Wings are tiny and are 2.00 a wing. Manager is a dock and didn't care 10 wings cost me 20.00. They tasted like (profanity removed). Never

Slowest service ever. Sat in line for 30 minutes without receiving food and could not leave. Confused my order twice. And still delivered it wrong after 3 repeats. Never again

Food is hot, service is fast, staff is nice. Can feed two people for $10. Can't do that anywhere else. 😉 Editing this 4/14 See photo. This is gross. What happened? This used to be a great Rally's. This was supposed to be a bacon rallyburger with cheese. It's a cold hockey puck on stale bread with not melted cheese slapped on it.

Very bad experience today at the drive-thru. The employee working the shift asked me to move my car twice, saying my order was not ready, even though it was a very small order. Meanwhile, a customer who arrived after me received their order before I did. Then I was told to go back around the drive-thru again, even though there was no one behind me. When I finally received my food, it was handed to me in a very disrespectful way, and I was told “just go from here.” All I wanted was to make sure my order was correct. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning. She was very rude tonight

Literally, ordered over an hour before closing, and asked for extra cheese, but got cold fries, and cold food, and guess what's the best part, they didn't givee any receipt, Jan 12, 2026 at 11:43 pm. Horrible experience!!!

Originally tried to order with AL this was unsuccessful, then an employee got in the speaker & we had to give our order again. I requested rally burgers with cheese. She advissed they no longer sold rally burgers. WHAT RALLY'S no longer sells their own burger. CRAZY. She offer me another burger I said that's fine as longer they are made like a Rally burger WITH CHEESE. We get home & our burgers have no CHEESE, the burger was so dry had to add more ketchup to the mayo, mustard, & ketchup already on the burger that looked like it had been made a lunch time serving it for dinner. I bun was also dry as the Sierra dessert. This Rally's out of all of the Rally's I would give a D for all efforts as I am a RALLY'S lover & Rally's in the HOOD on Mound Street is GRADE B compared to this locate btwn Whitehall & Reynoldsburg. And LAST but not least their was a sign on the speaker they were not serving any drinks!!! So not only was my burger DRY I had no drink to wash it down good thing I wanted til I got home to eat.

Husband and I ordered a late night dinner from this place, we ordered a regular rally Burger with everything on it he has a double cheeseburger a certain way he had two chili dogs and a fish sandwich. The food is trash!! Burgers are very very thin White Castle burgers are thicker than these burgers. My burger only had ketchup and I order everything on the burger. Too bad it's not let me upload these photos so I can show how thin these burgers are!! 👎

Literally hate the A.I. drive thru. Rallys is the last place that needs this. Couldn't understand what i was saying. Then can't even see what you ordered. Then i definitely asked the dude if the sandwich said no mayo worth it, he proceeds to say yes it says no mayo. Idk why I would ever trust any persons words, but i should've known to check in the drive thru because sure enough, got home and the sandwich is slathered with mayo...... I don't even know what to say. I just threw the sandwich away. Waste of $3+.

They got both my sandwiches wrong and forgot my mozzarella sticks. I called to try to rectify it and they set down the phone and walked away. I tried to call back and it wouldn’t go through. All 3 items were messed up or missing. Terrible service.

Waited in drive thru 30 minutes only to get sandwich and plaster with ketchup and onions which I asked without and fries are greased drenched only good thing was drink and apple pie threw. Food away eek

Went to get food at 10:30 PM on my way home from work. Was rudely told they were "only accepting online orders". They aren't even available on Ubereats. Lazy lady at the speaker was just sitting doing nothing as I drove past. Is this what you pay your employees to do management? I used to love this Rally's but clearly nobody cares about maintaining a standard at this location anymore.

We have given this location many chances, and each time they let us down. The wait time is always excessive, the food is never fresh, and the employees lack basic customer service skills. Today we decided to place an order on DoorDash…the order was reassigned to 3 different drivers due to the wait time- then Rally’s cancelled the entire order. This location is a joke. Never again!

This location has got to be the worst! Ordered through DoorDash and after waiting 50 minutes the order was cancelled. Even when you go in person it takes forever just to get a burger and fries. I have no idea how this location is still even open.

I ordered the smokey bbq buford. Asked for no pickels and no tomatoes. I received a burger with pickels and tomatoes and without bbq sauce. It was also cold.
