I went to Hyde Park with my wife to celebrate my birthday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was classy and perfect for a special occasion. I started with the Caesar salad and crab cake, both were fresh and full of flavor. For my entrée, I had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts, and everything was cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and absolutely delicious. Our waiter and waitress were both outstanding, attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Hyde Park truly knows how to make a dinner feel special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience, and I’ll definitely be back for another celebration!
I want to share a huge thank you to Hyde Park Downtown Columbus — specifically Molly in management — for the incredible customer service we received after I reached out about a disappointing experience during my birthday dinner. They immediately contacted me, talked through what happened, sent a gift card, and welcomed us back. When we returned, the service was outstanding — champagne when we sat down, a complimentary appetizer, and a team of managers and servers who made sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing as always, and this visit reminded us why we’ve celebrated so many special moments there. It’s rare to see a business take feedback so seriously and go above and beyond to make things right. We truly appreciate it!
Dined there last month, and had tried other Hyde Park locations (Old Henderson & Frantz Road) -- seems like a flagship for Columbus. We were ably served by Jonny and Bethany, and the ambience was very enjoyable. Food was excellent, and I had steak with asparagus while my wife had sea bass and the lovely, rich scalloped potatoes. Rombauer Cab was our wine selection, and dessert was carried out to be enjoyed when space was available. Nice set-ups for private dining; outside seating was available with patio heaters!!
Stunning absolutely gorgeous inside! It felt like I was inside a castle perfect place for dates or anniversary! So romantic.😍😌💖 Food was perfect so yummy! I had the New York Strip, 4 Cheese Mac N Cheese! & for desert had the Red Velvet Cake! I highly recommend! It felt like I wasn't in Ohio felt more like I was at Paris lol.
On 10/8/2025 we celebrated part of our anniversary by dining at Hyde downtown Columbus. This was the best meal I've ever had, and I've had a ton of them over the years at many varied restaurants here in Columbus and across the US, and some international travel too. At Hyde, we had the lobster bisque soup, ribeye steaks with bordelaise sauce, caesar salad, lobster mac and cheese, garlic whipped potatoes. We almost never do desserts, but our waiter insisted we try the Flaming Butter Cake and a dessert that I don't see on the menu which mimics S'mores, and we did try/eat both, they were unbelievably good. This meal/experience was expensive for sure, but well worth it to celebrate our anniversary. It was truly the best meal I've ever had. Service was top-notch. Atmosphere was great too.
the most sweetest people and delicious food! it’s absolutely beautiful inside and they made us feel so welcomed. the personalized touches they did to help celebrate our anniversary was above and beyond and left us feeling so touched and thankful ❤️
We recently hosted our son and his fiancée’s engagement party at Hyde Park, and it could not have been more perfect. The restaurant provided a private room with personalized menus, beautifully folded heart-shaped napkins, and an atmosphere that felt truly special. The food was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the attention to detail at the table was outstanding. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make the night memorable. A huge thank-you to Paul, Erin, Molly, the GM, and Matt for helping us celebrate such an important occasion. Hyde Park made this milestone unforgettable, and we are so grateful!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Molly, who is an amazing general manager— I mean she really makes her guests feel special and is so personable. I can see why her wait staff (Bitna and Paul) go above and beyond. Thank you to all of them for making our first experience a great one. We will definitely be back.
We always go out and enjoy a nice meal for special occasions. We had not been to HP since they demolished the one at Crosswoods, so it was time for a visit. Set a reservation for my wife's birthday. We were seated and where was given a nice card from the restaurant. She got a bottle of wine and I had the black cherry Old Fashioned. Upon receiving my drink I see my nemesis... soda ice in a cocktail. This seems to be a trend and needs to stop. No cocktail, at a respectable place, should be using ice chips...especially at these prices. I did mention it to my server and, shockingly, they DO have ice spheres, but you need to ask for them... color me perplexed. My next drink was great and we ordered. Wife had a filet Kosar and I did the A5 Wagyu filet, my first time trying. Both steaks came out perfect and tasted delicious. If you've never had A5 Wagyu... at least try it once. The sides are always solid...we had the au grauten potatoes and Brussels sprouts. We ordered carrot cake to go, but they brought us this cute little S'mores dessert cup. Service was top notch...as expected in an establishment as this.
It is hard to find a place to check all the boxes, Hyde Park just did. This was trully great, steak was fenomenal and service was outstanding. Caleb was very knowledgeable and knew how to impress. this place will not disappoint. 5 stars all day!!!
Dinner 🍽️ Lobster Bisque + Shrimp Mac & Cheese. Atmosphere is perfect and suitable for all. The level of service and the food ( chefs 👨🍳 kiss )
Had a really good experience. Was my first time and was impressed. Everything was delicious. Will definitely make this a place I return to.
Outstanding from start to finish! Convenient to make a reservation for 4 people online, and was even able to change the time a bit when we figured out we’d be running slightly late (drove up from Erie to see Wu-Tang @ Nationwide Arena). Our servers were kind and accommodating, answered all our questions, were prompt and had great attention to detail (refilling waters, clearing plates/silverware ect). All of our food was spectacular- cooked perfectly and insanely delicious (starters: ahi and crab cake, entrees steaks and chicken with some some sides) drink-wise I tried the cherry Old Fashioned (wow) and a glass of red wine- 10/10! Everything was just so good. Already planning to come back soon! Beautiful restaurant, clean, cool and comfortable- all around wonderful experience. Thank you!
Went out for our anniversary last night and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We had phenomenal service from the wait staff, all our food came out perfect, and they went above and beyond to give us a great experience. We will be going back for our next anniversary dinner.
We had the most pleasant experience here at Hyde Park in Downtown Columbus. Our server, Elijah, was phenomenal — his kindness and perfect service made our time as great as it was. I got the 12oz filet mignon, and my fiancée got the 14oz NY strip. The filet was the best quality, best tasting of any steakhouse I’ve been to. We ordered the rich, flavorful millionaire’s potatoes and the five-cheese macaroni & cheese as our sides. They were great and we had plenty left over to take home. Finally, we finished with the red velvet cake to share. The slice was MASSIVE and tasted out-of-this-world. We’re excited for the next time we visit Hyde Park!
My wife spotted Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse down from Ruth chris Steakhouse, and she wanted to give them a try. We are so glad we did! Excellent service! Amazing atmosphere and delicious food! We shared the 26 0z Ryan day dry aged ribeye. Delicious! 😋 We also shared the cheesy potatoes... Delicious! 😋 And we shared a salad 🥗 absolutely tasty 😋. 5 STARS 🌟 Frist time in Columbus, Ohio, and we struck gold dining at Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse! Thank you! Chris and Wendy from Michigan.
stopped in here twice over the weekend and ate at the bar both times. the steaks were excellent and the place had an old-school steakhouse vibe. sides were also very good, especially the wild mushrooms. drinks were solid pours. we would come back again if staying downtown Columbus.
The food was exceptional. Great ambience. We came as an extra celebration for our anniversary. I only ordered appetizers: the crab-cake, the wedge salad, brussel sprouts, and the lobster bisque. Overall, it was one of the best meals I had during my visit in Columbus. When the waiter found out that it was our anniversary, he went out of his way to make it extra special. He brought rose petals and a candle to the table and offered a complementary dessert. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and I look forward to a return visit.
Wonderful atmosphere and menu. The drinks were all made perfectly, with plenty of options for anyone's tastes on the menu. We loved all our meals, and the steak was fantastic. I absolutely loved the lump crab as it was plentiful and sweet. Well worth a visit when in the area.
We had a reservation for our anniversary and had a fabulous evening! The food was great, our table was decorated with rose petals, and the service was excellent! Thanks for a memorable anniversary celebration!
Very friendly and attentive staff as soon as you come in the door. The wedge salad was surprisingly large and had a generous amount of toppings. The steak was cooked just right and the crab and asparagus topping was very flavorful. The flour less chocolate cake was incredibly rich, definitely recommend splitting that.
One of the best dining experiences I have had, mostly driven by our server Bitna (excuse the spelling!). She was warm, welcoming and absolutely fantastically on point on everything. You need to give her a raise outside of tips - she is fantastic. She connected with us, learned our kids names and was on top of everything. The food is also fantastic. We had a few apps and several sides and a few steaks and everything was delicious. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 young kids, so not the easiest to handle, but everything was just really good. Worth the money for sure.
We had an absolutly amazing experience here for our anniversary! All the staff were beyond helpful. The decor and ambience are so classy without making you feel like you have to be dressed fancy. The food was exquisite. I had a pear martini, recommended by the waiter and it was great, definitely give it a try. The lobster bisque is excellent. The steak was amazing of course and the whipped garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were excellent sides. We had the bananas foster for dessert which is lit tableside, so fun and delicious! Highly recommend this place especially for a special occasion.
Great service and accommodations, food is great, we ordered the following: Crab cake Surf and turf Filet mignon Mac and chess Millionaires potatoes Everything was amazing, the Mac and chess was a bit bland and could use more salt and pepper. Service was amazing and very attentive. Mock-tails was really good, live music was amazing, the vibe was great with very talented musicians and singer. Definitely recommend trying this place out.
10 out of 10. The service was wonderful from the staff at the host desk when we first walked in to our waitress interacting with our table. We really had a great time. The food was great. Our seating was amazing! We celebrated a birthday they brought out desert for the birthday boy. The service was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.
Servers were absolutely incredible! Matt and Brind (sp?) were our servers. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and cocktail choices. I don’t drink alcohol but I was able to get a delicious strawberry mock tail. The food was delicious in every way!!! The double chopped salad was perfection!! I’d go back just for that double chopped salad! We also got the oysters on the half shell (fantastic!). We had 5 cheese Mac, potatoes Gruyère gratin, and roasted brussel sprouts as our sides, all incredible! My husband had the special which was a 40 day aged ribeye soaked in woodford reserve and I had the chicken Milanese. Both delicious! We ended our dinner with the chocolate tort which was incredibly rich but so very delicious! Definitely recommend and would go back! Total was $256 for the two of us but we did order a lot of food. Worth every penny!!
Wasn't sure what to expect but the place was crowded w prom, soccer, normal patrons. Could've dressed up or down and would've been fine. The food was delicious and the wagyu was perfect. The added couple little touches to help me celebrate mothers day for my wife. Will definitely return
We went here for my fiancé’s birthday and it was incredible. They wished him happy birthday and left a card on the table signed by management. Our server Jerrod was absolutely wonderful and extremely informative about the menu. Overall it’s the perfect place to go for any kind of celebration.
This place was so good last year for restaurant week, so we came back for the special Sunday 2-course dinner. It did not disappoint. Delicious lobster bisque and I had the salmon was a large portion and absolutely delicious! The filet was very tender. Finished the meal with the espresso martini. Perfect!
I couldn't have been more pleased with everything about Hyde Park. The service was impeccable - such warm, engaging staff. The atmosphere is warm and intimate and the food is beautifully presented. This place will be on our radar for future occasions. It was a very enjoyable experience.
Very good steak house in Columbus - while everyones this place as a steak house - I want to call attention to their other dishes Their Caesar salad is delicious without being bathed in either cheese or dressing. Bravo Their Chilean sea bass is divine - the lime dressing adds just the perfect zest to this amazing fish that is often overlooked The tuba tar tar is decent - but it does not hold a candle to the first two items The bread and sodas from glass bottles round out a solid dining experience For thise visiting town this is a great place to grab a table by the bar and get some work done (mostly reading documentation as the tables aren't big enough to pop out a computer) It can get loud around 8 pm but it gets quiet around 9 again All in all one of the finer places in this magnificent city
I was looking for somewhere quiet, and Reddit suggested Hyde Park on Old Henderson. I don't typically eat at steakhouses because steak is so easy to do well at home, but it was the most perfect dining experience, and that's what I was really looking for. I happened to be dining early, and they've got a 2-course menu before 6, which is nice if you're not wanting family sized sides. Everything was perfect - the pacing, service, food, atmosphere etc. I can't think of anything that I'd want to be done differently. Definitely order the carrot cake for dessert. It'll feed a party of 4, but you're going to want leftovers.
Our annual girls birthday night out was perfection thanks to the incredible experience we had at Hyde Park. From the moment we walked in and they asked how many gluten-free menus we needed, I was in heaven. Love the attention to detail. We told the servers we were celebrating our birthdays and the chef sent a special Birthday Appetizer for each of us. Mine was gluten-free and vegetarian- a tough ask, but done SO WELL! The sauces and dressings were all flavorful. Our salads and main course were all delicious (Wedge salads, HP burger, and porterhouse steak). Garlic mashed potatoes were absolute heaven! I love that they did candles for our desserts, too! Our server, Paul, was exquisite. He was kind & attentive, despite it being a busy Friday night! We will DEFINITELY be back!
My family and I had a wonderful dining experience yesterday evening. We called a few minutes ahead, and our table was ready almost immediately. Our server, Rhiannon, was so helpful. She made sure our allergies were notated, and even remembered each of our names. I brought my 6 month child with us as well, and I was pleased that she was just as welcome as an adult! We had a fun, relaxing, dining experience!
This has to be hands down the nicest Hyde Park we have had reservations for dinner. Two bars, plenty of private party rooms, a fireplace and high end decor throughout. Our waitress was attentive and kind. We will be back!
My husband took me here to celebrate my 53rd birthday. I loved the service and the atmosphere but my meal left me a little disheartened. Don't get me wrong .. there were aspects of the meal that were amazing and then there was not. We started with their wedge salad and crab cake. The salad was amazing!! The hubby ate the crab cake because it was too dry for my liking. He ordered a filet and I got the New York strip. His steak was great .. mine not so much. The steak was a bit chewy and lacked flavor outside of the peppercorn sauce. The sides .. left me speechless. We had spinach gratin and lobster mac&cheese. There was also bread service with a variety of different breads. The staff was great!! They all worked together as a team and made sure that we had everything we needed. They wanted to replace my meal but I declined as I was getting full. I didn't want to have to take it home to enjoy it. They did treat us to dessert which was very kind of them and it was awesome!! We would go back ... it was worth the drive.
Good food and impeccable service!! It was my first time in Columbus, and they have recommended this place for steak. Katie was amazing, super professional, and friendly. My oysters were good from Boston and super fast delivered to me. My porterhouse was a bit overcooked on the sides but medium rare in the middle. Katie was so nice that I didn't want to let her know, but overall, it was a great experience. Probably next time, I try some of their Japanese steak. This time, I was hungry, so that it why I ordered the porterhouse. The driks are very good, but they need some better ice, especially for $20, and the old-fashioned I spend around $190 for me, my stake fries, and 2 drinks with tips included
Kind of let down on a few of the dinner items. Just warm French onion soup, pan-seared sea scallops served burnt, on a off night some things weren't too polished.
Happy Hour: Good overall experience. More than enough bar snack and cocktail options for happy hour and good service at the bar. My off-menu cocktail (lemon-drop martini) wasn’t great. Ordered menu cocktails and they were much better. Tuna wontons needed more flavor. Beef sliders were good. Shrimp cocktail was ok but better at the Ruth Chris across the street.
Went for my friend's 30th birthday dinner. Great customer service, Thank you Sydney and Caleb if I remember correctly! Had 2 glasses of a delicious red wine I cannot remember. But it was a middle grade Cabernet at about $18 a glass. Ordered the fried calamari, was not a fan. They tossed it in a sweet chili sauce which made it soggy. For dinner I ordered off the early nights menu. I had twin filets with the steak griffin sauce which came w/mashed potatoes and fried onions. I also ordered a Caesar salad with anchovies. All very good. I tasted my friend's corn and it was delicious. Overall I would return. But I was not overly impressed. I would definitely recommend going during happy hour or on Sundays where the early nights menu is offered all day.
I gave them 4 stars based on the overall experience. A lot of their food is overly salty and I love salt so that should tell you something. We had the lobster bisque and crab cake as an appetizer. Crab cakes were perfect but the bisque was full of lobster and salt. Pretzel bread was amazing. For our entree we had the tomahawk steak, onion strings, garlic mashed potatoes, and the potatoes were almost inedible because the amount of salt. But the grand finale was the red velvet cake. Lord have mercy. I will definitely be back just for the cake.
I've heard so much about Hyde Park, and I finally got a chance to check it out. It was a Sunday evening, and I decided to valet park my car for $10. We made reservations, and I was seated after the table was ready, and I wanted for my friend. The servers were great. They brought our drinks, and we reviewed the menu and the specials. So, I wanted an appetizer, but most of the We seafood and my friend does not like seafood. So I would recommend making some changes here. I really wanted to try some of the appetizers, but I prefer to share. We ordered our entrees. He got the Tomahawk Ribeye Steak, but I don't eat red meat, so I had the Chilean bass in the citrus sauce. Personally, I was not impressed. I did like the Brussel sprouts, which I got the bacon sauce on the side. I was hoping for more flavor on the fish, but it was ok. This is a steakhouse where you can get Japanese Wagyu. So, I expected as much. I also ordered a dessert, and it was also ok. The espresso wasn't bad. It's probably one of the better ones I've had in fine dining. The atmosphere is wonderful. I loved the different spaces they had for seating, such as the bar, the both, and the fireplace. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. Overall, it was a wonderful evening in a wonderful place with wonderful staff...just the food....
Me and my family go here decently often for birthdays and other events, and we do that for good reason: the food is fire. The atmosphere was nice and quiet as well. The service, however, wasn’t as good as it normally is. It took a while for us to get served and get our drinks, although it didn’t look like it was the servers fault; he had lots of tables to cover. I am a filet mignon guy, and it was gas here. Obviously, it was pretty expensive, but the food is good comparatively with the price. I’ll throw some photos up for y’all. Overall great food, service just wasn’t great today.
We finally got around to trying this place. The ambiance is great. Dark and romantic. Our server was fantastic. Our appetizers were so delicious. Our steaks, what the place is known for, what we were so excited to try, just meh. Cooked perfectly, just no flavor. So disappointing. Dessert was yummy. If we return, we'll sit at the bar for drinks and appetizers. Those were definitely worth the trip.
If you want to try this restaurant, have plenty of time to spare! Otherwise, you might regret that you went. I visited Hyde Park in downtown Columbus on a Saturday with a party of 10 to celebrate my birthday. I was really excited to visit as the restaurant was a suggestion of a friend. The atmosphere was nice, the drinks were satisfying, the food got mixed reviews, and the service was slow!!! When my party was seated at 6:30 p.m. three different servers introduced themselves to us and said they would be waiting on our table. To me, this set an expectation that all three servers would work together to provide our table highly attentive service, which didn’t end up being the case. While we were quickly given a drink menu, we had to ask for our drink orders to be taken. There was also a delay in having our entrée orders placed. Due to this, I ended up having my appetizer at the same time as my entrée, which isn’t typical in my experience going to other high-end restaurants. After waiting on our entrées for several minutes, we followed up with Craig, who I assume is one of the managers, as we wanted to know when our entrées would be received. The food came out soon after Craig went into the kitchen. To the restaurant’s credit, the food was hot when it was brought out, I just couldn’t understand why it took someone going into the kitchen for us to finally get our food or why we hadn’t at least gotten word if there was a delay in the kitchen. A selling point of choosing to go to Hyde Park was the flaming butter cake. I love dessert and this one looked appealing. However, choosing to have dessert (for my birthday) proved to be a sacrifice. I had adjusted the time of my dinner reservation to be a little earlier, having no doubts that with the high-quality service I expected to receive, there would be no issue in having a full course meal for a party of my size in 2 and a half hours, then leaving to attend a concert 2 miles away that I was really looking forward to! To make a long story a little shorter, receiving our checks also took more time than expected. We finally left the restaurant around 9:30 p.m. (3 hours after arriving). By the time my friends and I got to the festival where the concert was taking place, the artist was performing their last song! This was a huge disappointment, especially on my birthday weekend, as much of the time we spent waiting for service at the restaurant, could have been spent at the concert! Sadly, I don’t anticipate visiting Hyde Park again in the near future or recommending it to others. Time is a commodity that isn’t easily replaced. The slow service at the restaurant affected my ability to have an experience that I have been waiting on for many years. If the expectation of time for a party of 10 is 3 hours, I really wish that would have been expressed as I was booking the reservation or as we were seated! I hope the restaurant will truly take this review into consideration for the sake of future customers. P.S. The server who primarily assisted us, named Scott worked to remedy a few issues for us throughout dinner and was friendly, so he should get credit for that. He likely just needed more support to wait a group of that size. ***Update: The manager, named Craig, reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience and extended me a token of appreciation as a customer as the experience wasn’t what I hoped for.
I would say all the apps and side were so good! I got calamari and salmon caesar salad. When I first saw my calamari I was like, oh! This is not what I expect, but after my first bite....ummm yummy. Too bad my salad wasn't that good, the salmon wasn't good at all, I only ate veggies. My husband got his steak (of course) and sides, turned out his sides were a lot better than the steak, he requested medium rare but it came medium and some part was cooked. With his 2 glasses of wine we spent around $250, with the very slow service and just okay food, I don't think I like it that much, maybe get calamari for to go? :D
Overall, this place was pretty average. The food was average. Nothing was really exceptional or stuck out although everything was decent. The service I felt was below average and not what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, which is quite disappointing. I would not recommend this place nor would I return as there are plenty of other better options in the area.
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here recently and enjoyed some high quality and delicious food and drinks. From wagyu beef carpaccio, smoked old fashion, to bone in steak, 4 cheese Mac & cheese, and more were all super delicious and cooked to the perfection . Classy interior with a gentle ambiance. But…I wouldn’t say, personally, that I had a good time, & here is why: Service wise, Our server did everything he supposed to m. He brought out a complementary birthday dessert for our daughter when it was time, in addition to the banana frost we ordered . but he also has been doing things that were so subtle, he probably didn’t even realize it, that made me feel very uncomfortable. 1st, as i was checking out the Rare Spirit drinks menu, he said something like this “ these are very expensive drinks, why don’t you look at the ones on the other menu” and closed the rare menu then pulled the bigger menu in front of me. 🤨 2nd, After he brought my smoked old-fashioned to the table, without saying anything, he walked right off to bring things to another table, then he came back around and said to me “YOU could’ve taken the drink out by yourself”, as a travel food blogger, based on my experience the waiter always take the drink out of the smoke box for the customer, especially for a high-end steakhouse like this. This was a first to me. 🤦🏻♀️ 3rd, when he was making the Irish Coffee, he was rushing to put out the fire on the sugar cube by using anything he could find on the table without considering if it was sanitary or not 😔… seriously, what was the rush. 4th, this waiter never had a smile on his face and has been rushing the whole he was serving us, despite we were the very first customers for that day, there was no other table when we first arrived. There were no small talks like most the high-end restaurant waiters will do. I certainly understand it’s not required, but it is a unwritten etiquette. @WineDinenVacay do recommend this restaurant to all steak lovers & foodies, at the same time….Highly recommend management to conduct staff retraining on appropriate service etiquettes in settings like this.
WE SAW A RAT IN THE RESTAURANT, INFORMED MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS JUST CONTINUED AS NORMAL!!!! I told my husband that we should celebrate our anniversary here because I wanted us to have a great evening with quality food and service. Our occasion was acknowledged with rose petals and a card, nice touch. While we had great service, it was a tad slow. However, it's Friday night, people probably put off their Valentines Day celebration so I can understand. The crab cake appetizer was excellent and more than enough for my husband and I. He ordered the Japanese steak ($165) and enjoyed it immensely! My lamb was a bit salty, lobster mac & cheese could have used a little more flavor, however, both paired nicely together. Finale, the carrot case was amazing!!! It was not overly sweet, and with the vanilla bean icecream, it was divine. As I was enjoying dessert, I saw a RAT in the restaurant!!!! My husband thought I was seeing things until a lady at the other table saw it too. I told our sever, who stated she would tell the manager. The manager was calm and very apologetic. He stated that "an exterminator would be called and that the rat just wanted to get out from the cold." Is it safe to assume that this has happened before? I have dined at numerous establishments in and around Columbus, and I have NEVER seen a rat before! I do understand that certain things are probably beyond their control, but paying $400+ (including tip) for service, I DON'T EXPECT TO SEE ANY RODENTS!!!! Completely ruined my experience.
Not a very good experience this time. Took over an hour for our food to come out. 3 of the 4 steaks were ordered medium, came out rare. Augratin Potatoes and Brussel sprouts were undercooked. Got dessert to go since we were there for 2 hours already. Took another 15 minutes to get that. Our server was great he kept apologizing for all the delays. To top it off it took 20+ minutes to get the car from the valet. Not up to par for a 600.00 meal.
