Mothers Day was wonderful 😌, excellent parking spot, great food, and an awesome dinning partner (my beautiful daughter). Lots of food choices, appetiters we received we're potato skins with Cheese and sour cream 👍🏽 (excluded 🥓 bacon by choice), mozzarella sticks with dipping sauce and nachos with avocado 🥑 (very fresh made that day) so delicious 🤤😋. My takeout was home made 🍟 Fries with a cheese burger 🍔 with pickles and a special sauce. Everything was so tasteful. I give them 👍🏽👍🏽 Two Thumbs Up and the manager was so accommodating, nice to see. Keep up the great work. Mother's Day 🌹❤️ 🍷 glasses were given to each mom.😘♥️

Had an incorrect order mishap involving a delivery placed through a 3rd party. The third party was unable/unwilling to assist with the mishap but I luckily was able to get ahold DJ, the restaurant manager. DJ not took the time to take my call (less than 20min to close), he also had the order remade - even allowing me to pickup the order after close! An added bonus was the quality of and how incredible the food tasted once I got home. Thank you so much… maybe y’all should change to name to DJ’s Brewhouse!

Vanessa was an incredible server. She was thorough with orders and very accommodating. Everything came out in a reasonable time frame and she was putting in the effort to fill both the time in between food and any empty drinks at the table

This was our first time at BJ's and we went to the Easton location. We put our name in for the Wait List and were seated promptly. Our server Shoo Shoo came over immediately and took our drink orders. Shoo Shoo was very efficient and we would be happy to have her again. The manager, Doug, was very personable and did a great job ensuring our needs were met so we could have a very enjoyable meal. My husband is GF and absolutely loved his brisket burger with bacon and the Pizookie for dessert. Our meals came out quickly, prepared to order and everything was the proper temperature. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean as well. We will definitely return.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our server, Jaden. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. I casually mentioned that I was craving chicken tenders even though they were not on the menu, and Jaden immediately let me know they actually had them available. I was so happy to get exactly what I wanted, and it really showed how attentive and accommodating she was. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and checked in at all the right moments. Even while busy, she stayed upbeat and professional. Jaden truly elevated our dining experience, and we would happily ask for her again.

Alana is, hands down, the best server we have ever had anywhere. Sounds dramatic but it’s true. We have 2 small daughters and she treated them with so much patience and kindness! We absolutely love her and This is our go-to family dinner spot, so we are so pleased to have such wonderful service! We had a great Friday night at BJs! Thank you!! We’ll be back very soon!

Olivia was a great server, she handled my section and others very well. Food was great, the sampler was a great starter, had a bit of everything. The slow roasted tri tip sirlon was absolutely amazing, I got med well but I really could of got med rare and been good. The pizookie was great good and theres so many flavors. I came in a group of three so the trio was perfect

Had a great experience at BJ’s. Infinity was our server and she was amazing. Super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out right without us ever having to ask. She kept the vibe fun but still professional, which really made the night better. Food and drinks were on point, but the service is what stood out. Definitely ask for Infinity if you’re dining here.

“Our dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. The food was beautifully prepared and served promptly, but the service truly elevated the evening. Our server, Shauna lovingly known as Shu Shu was outstanding. Her grace, attentiveness, and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. We look forward to returning and would be delighted to be served by her again.”

This was my first time eating from BJ's. I did take out, curbside pick up. I wasn't expecting a lot, but I was surprised that the Mac & Cheese bites were good. Burger & fries were regular. The kids meal was normal.

Stopped in here on a Saturday evening. We were told it would be about a 30 minutes wait but were seated after about a minute. The service was slow but they were busy. The prime rib was good and the cookies were what you would expect. My girlfriend ordered an expresso martini and claims it was the worst one she ever drank.

Our party of 8 received great service. I enjoyed the Santa Fe Southwest salad. Lots of items to choose from in the "book like" menu. Split a Pazookie for desert. My most recent visit I enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich. My only disappointment, my team sat there 40 minutes after we finished our meals to visit and not once was anyone offered a refill. Not sure why...

This place is quality. I thoroughly how well the cocktails were crafted. They tasted very good too. They have a good selection of soups , sandwiches , and salads and you can mix and match. Such a good idea. Our server was a doll and very helpful during our experience. The establishment was also nice clean , and comfortable.

BJ’s used to be one of my favorite places to dine! They had the best pizza and wings! Now it’s mid!! The pizza barely has cheese even when you pay for extra! It’s so dry the toppings don’t stay on! The wings are soggy and seem undercooked. The service was okay but nothing memorable! I tried their nachos and those were not good at all! I’m not sure what happened but I wish they would go back to being good!

OUT N' ABOUT

Upon our entrance i was disappointed that the hostess Angela, acted as if she couldn't accommodate my wheelchair. She stared at us for 2 minutes then I asked if there was a problem about moving us into the back where my wheelchair would be out of the aisle and away from the front door. Then she continued to stare at us, then called another person over and said "they dont wana sit here." Well golly, didnt she see my large wheelchair? Which would have been in the aisle, blocking the servers from walking, and blocking people from getting to the end of the aisle. I was glad they had a ramp entrance, but no assist on entering the actual door. So thank goodness I had help. I was really ready to leave at that point and go over to J Alexander's. I really felt like that was kind of rude. Im not sure if she's ever helped anyone in a wheelchair before, but it shouldn't have been a problem to move our table. I had to ask several times if we could sit in the back, which was out of other people's way. Our waitress Laura was nice and attentive. But the hole experience of what happened upon our arrival will make me think twice before coming here again. It was totally unnecessary and off putting. Thanks Angela, you made us not want to ever come back.

I ordered take out online and I got the steakhouse wedge and that was literally the worst piece of steak I’ve ever had. It was chewy and uncutable. I’m not even a steak person but this was the saddest excuse for a steak. I give 2 stars because the pizookie was decent.

M

The atmosphere is extremely cold, kept falling asleep attempting to stay warm. The drinks were expensive and was NOT tasty at all. Worst margaritas ever! The mozzarella sticks was very tasty. However, my burger was dry. Will go back to taste deserts. Will keep you updated.

Well, you know the meal was bad when you're searching for a piece of gum as soon as you walk out the door.... It was one of those times when I second-guessed my gut instinct. Always listen to your gut! As soon as I walked in, the smell hit me. It was like old lady perfume in a slaughterhouse... so, like a dead grandma, I guess. The place smelled like a dead grandma. Now, before you say, "That's a mighty bold claim," let me overshare a bit. It's an unfortunate truth that suicide is common in my family. On one side of my family, I don't know of any relatives or ancestors who died of natural causes. So, when I say I know what a house with a dead old lady in it smells like, I do, and that restaurant smelled like a house with a dead old lady in it. I had plenty of time to walk out. The hostess never acknowledged me. She was on the phone for a minute before hanging up, immediately turning her back to me, and walking away. I almost walked out, but I thought maybe I was overreacting. I do have a sensitive nose. Another hostess appeared after a minute, and she seated me near the bar. The waitress appeared soon after, and I ordered immediately. I had forgotten my glasses, but I had looked at the menu on the Google reviews before I came. I knew what I wanted before I got there: the ribeye, medium rare, with steamed broccoli and a baked potato. The steak in the picture had looked so good, and I really wanted a steak. That's why I gave BJ's the benefit of the doubt. Waiting for my food, I admired the colorful display of alcohol bottles stacked to the ceiling behind the bar. They had a pretty good selection, by the looks of it. If you don't have a sensitive nose, it might be a good place to go for drinks. The food came out quickly, and it was plated up beautifully. The steak looked delicious -- just like the picture -- and the plate was hot. The baked potato had obviously been baked sometime in the distant past, refrigerated, and microwaved for a few seconds before they brought it out to me. The potato was served pre-opened, and it wasn't quite full. Maybe they scoop out a little from the baked potatoes to make the mashed potatoes, or maybe they just pulled this one off of a previous customer's plate. The seasoned potato skin was thick and stiff and very chewy, and the insides were too cold to melt the butter or sour cream. The broccoli was plain but good -- tender and crisp. The delicious-looking steak was juicy and cooked perfectly medium rare. I was excited to try it. My first bite of steak was overly seasoned. It was really, really salty. It was so salty my tongue was burning after my second bite. Despite the burn of salt, the flavor of the meat was distinct underneath. The flavor reminded me of a beef liver that hadn't been cleaned properly. The beef had that congealed liver taste. It was bad beef. Bad and salty beef. I couldn't finish anything on my plate. The flavors and the smell was all wrong. To pay, you have to scan the QR code on the table and fill out your credit card information yourself. Again, I had forgotten my glasses, so that was a bit of a struggle. Back at the hotel, I chewed some gum, showered off the smell of my dead aunt, and sat down to write this review while the experience was still fresh in my mind.. fresher than either the potato or the beef.

My wife and I visited on Friday for a little Halloween night out — we don’t eat out often, so we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. When we arrived, there were plenty of open tables, but we still had to wait to be seated, which was odd. My wife ordered the special Halloween drink with the eyeballs, but it came missing the mint topping. Then, when it came time to order dinner, we were told they were out of the steak she wanted, and when we asked if a different steak could be substituted, our server said no. She ended up getting the Alfredo instead. We decided to end on a sweet note, but when we ordered dessert, we were told they were out of the chocolate drizzle — and when it finally came, they were also out of the orange ice cream. It was a bit frustrating since it was a Friday night and seemed like multiple items weren’t available. The food we did get was actually very good, but the little things added up — like the silverware having water spots that made it look dirty. Overall, it just didn’t match the experience we were hoping for, especially for a weekend dinner. I’m hoping management sees this and can make things right

Not even gonna go into all the awful things that happened during my visit. We waited almost an hour after or reservation, and another 20 at the table before our drink order was taken (We had a group of 12. 6 of us didn't like our food) My steak was low quality and awful. They thankfully comped my steak and offered me a burger to take home since I didn't get ro eat while I was there. I get home, open the food box AND THE BACON IS LITERALLY RAW. I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone. Which is a shamen cause the appetizers are good. Do better... Picture attached.

Rude server, younger girl with straight, long, dirty blonde/ginger hair, who rushed us and didn’t return a smile the entire time. She wouldn’t return for twenty minutes at a time and gave us our desserts that had clearly been sitting in the kitchen for a while. She rudely threw the receipts on the table and snappily remarked “Here, these are all the same,” without making eye contact and never returned to the table. This all came unwarranted, as our table was friendly, had simple orders, and are all understanding of the restaurant industry. This server experience made it an extremely unfriendly atmosphere.

Looks can be very deceiving. This stakes presentation is amazing. although when you cut into the stake, it is raw. It is cold and is seared just on the outside. Our stakes were supposed to be medium well. The chips for the spinach artichoke dip were burnt or baked twice. I'm not quite sure what was going on there. The service was OK in the young lady, Amy tried to get an attitude with me. Because I was unhappy with the food, not to mention. We ordered an appetizer, and it came out after the dinner came out. Who does that. I always thought it was a custom that you get the appetizer prior to your entry. In fact, I have worked in the food business for 10 years. Never once did. I take someone's food out before the freaking entree. Our bill ended up being $13. that was for the drink that my boyfriend had. We did not eat the food. anyone reading this can know that we do not order the food. Eat the food, then complain about the food. That's not how we do it. Baby says the beer was good.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience here was a flat-out embarrassment to what customer service is supposed to be, and Vanessa — the hostess — was the main reason. The restaurant was practically a ghost town when we walked in. Maybe 4–5 tables seated. Yet Vanessa acted like we were inconveniencing her by simply showing up. We asked for a booth, and despite an entire row of empty booths staring us in the face, she told us none were available. Not “reserved,” not “cleaning them,” just a flat “no.” Then, after giving us attitude, she suddenly changed her tune with a dismissive “I guess you can sit here,” as if she was doing us a favor by seating customers in an empty restaurant. Once we sat down, the service somehow got worse. We waited well over 10 minutes without a single person acknowledging we even existed. No menus, no drinks, nothing — just sitting there while Vanessa stood around doing absolutely nothing helpful. We finally had to flag down another employee to save the situation, who thankfully took our entire order because no one else bothered. Then here comes Vanessa again, suddenly asking what we want to drink — AFTER our full order had already been taken by someone competent. We told her that another server handled everything. Instead of apologizing or stepping aside, she demanded to know our order again, clearly not listening, and then walked off irritated like we were the problem. To put it bluntly: Vanessa has no business working in customer service. The attitude, the laziness, the lack of basic professionalism — all unacceptable. If this is the standard BJ’s is okay with, it explains the empty dining room. I won’t be back. And if you value your time, patience, or basic respect, you might want to skip this place too.

I ordered three Pizookies from BJ's Brew House, and what I got was a total letdown. They served me kid-sized Pizookies instead of the regular portions I expected. Honestly, the Pizookies were tiny, and I felt completely ripped off. The portion sizes were ridiculously small, and it was a waste of money. I'm so disappointed with the quality and the value. The staff didn't even seem to care when I brought it up. I definitely won't be ordering from there again. It's a shame because I usually enjoy BJ's, but this experience was awful. I'm giving them a big thumbs down.

I ordered the new cinnamon roll pizookie dessert for takeout and there was no icing on the cinnamon rolls or in a container in the bag. I called and spoke with the manager and they promised to email a gift card and I never received it. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The cinnamon roll pizookie was ruined without the icing!!! I am very upset I was lied to about the gift card as well!!! This is unacceptable!!

First time going to bj restaurant and was for my sister birthday. It was packed and busy with a line so we thought this place would be good since alot of people was trying to get a seat. Immediately placed on a dirty table with and dirty fork on floor. Ok we let it slide. Server was really nice though. For tried ordering certain things and they say their out even other other tables had them. Finally got our food and sat there with no utensils, napkins , condiments nothing. After finally getting utensils saw the well done steak ordered was raw inside. Immediately took it back. The server brought this steak back twice. The steak was still red! At this point we gave up. Ordered jambalaya also and that was the most tasteless mush with raw green peppers I ever tasted. The strawberry pizzokie we ordered to go. We went home and only saw that we a sugar cookie. No whip cream, ice cream, strawberry nothing. Never again

The BJ's my Tuttle Crossing Mall, they would not seat us because they needed to clean a table after seating a bunch of other people I asked why they skipping us, the hostess got an attitude, I asked for the Manager, she came over and told us they did not have enough servers to seat us But yet they sat other people who came in after us. I will tell everyone to not go there. I wish I could give minus 5 stars

I booked a large party table for Saturday for my Birthday. I’d called a day ahead and was given the reservation time of 7:30pm. Come Saturday morning, I receive a text asking me to confirm my party amount for 7:30pm. I confirmed. When me and my friends arrive at 7:30pm, we’re told there is going to be a bit of a wait. A bit turned into an hour. Then when we were sat, they wanted three of our party to sit at a separate table. We obviously didn’t want this so all of us squeezed into the table that was given to us. By the time our orders were taken it was 8:50pm. I ordered a strawberry lemon drop. When it came out it looked like a normal one so I clarified that it was strawberry. I was told that the bartenders are new and they probably didn’t know how to make the drink I ordered, so I was just given a regular lemon drop. By 9:30pm, we still hadn’t gotten our food. My group was meant to be at a different place at this point in the night. When we finally did get our food, burgers/sandwiches were brought out without the fries, which would come right before we received the checks. We ate as quickly as we could so we could leave. Because of the time change one of my friends couldn’t attend the next event in the night. And what did we get to compensate us for all of this? Just some free appetizers. If you can’t accommodate a large party at one table, then you should tell them that when they’re making the reservation. If you think the wait is going to be an hour or more, then tell us when we arrive so we can go somewhere else. This experience soured my bday. Thanks BJ’s.

Top 3 worst dining experiences of my life honestly- we made a reservation for my best friends birthday and it was terrible- not only did nobody really keep us updated with timing (we were seated an hour after our RESERVATION time and then it took a whole other hour before we were ever even able to place our orders.) At one point the manager came out to apologize and give us appetizers on the house (the appetizers that came out way after the food after being told the kitchen would be working on it.) several birthday plans of their night were pushed to the side/people were then unable to go to due to the lack of efficiency and general good service. Disappointed is an understatement- don’t take reservations that you can not accommodate just to make a buck. If you’re reading this and want to try this restaurant out- just don’t! Save your time, and your dime! Truly terrible experience- staff needs way more training on how to communicate including management. Shame on the establishment for ruining my best friends birthday due to lack of attention, accountability, and quality service. I would rather go literally anywhere else, my first and last time dining in such a poorly managed, bad serviced restaurant. For our reservation to be for 7:30 and to not even be seated until 9:00 speaks volumes- save your money, save your time and never dine in at this sorry, sorry excuse for a restaurant! Honestly I’m not sure if I could be more dissatisfied with the service, management, or the wait time.

Coming from Detroit to here to see my friend and we sat at bar . There is only 1 bartender and she says this is her second day as a bartender. A white couple sat down the bartender immediately took their order while the 3 black women I am included had been sitting at bar for 10 minutes. I spoke with manager he says oh she probably didn't see you and its her second day and I said thats not my problem cusotmer service is everything. The manager said he would help us and he took our order and only fix my friends drink he didn't make mine he told the bartender to make it. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN FROM NOTHING LIKE THE BJS IN AUBURN HILLS MICHIGAN.

We were seated fine, the staff were very welcoming, but as the sat down, and for the duration of our experience, we didn’t get and silverware or napkins. We had to ask for everything after we got our food, and our table was full of cups and plates, that were only taken away when we asked for the check. I know that the server was probably busy with other tables, but every other table had silverware and napkins when they were first seated. The food was amazing as always.

Came to have lunch with my family of 5 adults. Host seemed very unhappy to have to greet us or anyone. She acted like she was put out to have to do her job and rudely told us it would be “10 minutes,” in a style that made it sound like instead she was saying 2 hours. It didn’t seem that busy and we were happy to wait 10 minutes. I wish I had been timing it but it was closer to at least a 20 minute wait, but that was still fine and we were patient and giving the benefit of the doubt. She eventually sat us in a booth that was actually very nice, but that we could see had been empty (as well as the one next to it) for the entire time we were waiting. We sat and looked at menus for probably a good 15 minutes. In that time, no one ever came by and waited on us or acknowledged our presence there. One waitress who was serving the table next to us on the other side walked very slowly and without any sense of urgency or care by our table at least 4 times, never once making any eye contact with us. The entire staff seemed actively disengaged. It was bizarre and we all felt it. We finally decided we’d had enough and should eat elsewhere. On the way out, no one even noticed or seemed to care that we were leaving. I wanted to say something to someone, but no one was around. What a terrible experience. We gladly spent a lot of money at another establishment. Silver lining is that we will be talking and likely laughing by about how bad this was for years to come I’m sure. “Remember that time we went to BJ’s and how awful it was….” So hey, you made an impact, just probably not the impact you intended.

Wouldn’t know how food tastes. Never got served. Waited for thirty minutes never talked to a server. The lady at the front seated us. And when went to leave. People who arrived after us were being waited on.

First time with some friends of mine; we came for dinner and drinks. Service was terrible. Not once were we checked in on, never got a water refill, never asked if everything was okay. The worst part was the drinks. We ordered drinks first thing and didn't get them until we were done with our meal. We were told that they were waiting on the bartender....but we kept looking over at the bar and the bartender was either talking with people sitting at the bar or was on their phone. So if it truly was the bartender's fault, I feel like it's on the server to make sure drinks are expedited at a decent rate. Never have I been somewhere that serves drinks after food unless it's jam packed out the door, which wasn't the case tonight at BJs. Even then, I feel 99% of places make a push on drinks so they get out to the table with appetizers at the very latest. Furthermore, our waitress was training a new hire tonight, but she was the one continuously re-asking what we ordered. The trainee seemed to be the one on top of things tonight
