I ordered the monthly family special, i repeated that I wanted regular, NOT Spicy. And I still got an order of spicy that my 2 year old can’t eat. I asked for extra sides and was greeted unprofessionally. Once I received my order, I realized there were no napkins or spoons. The sweet tea is extremely watered down

Used to be really good here. But something changed. Now when you order strips the oil that comes off of them is brown. And you can taste it. It is gross. Mac and cheese was cold. Restaurant is not as clean as it used to be.

This is one of the worst places ever! Not only do they actually not care about their performance, they don’t care that they are ripping you off. Order was horrible! I ordered two of the four piece boxes. Both were supposed to have two sides (did not discover thy were incorrect until I got home). Well that didn’t happen! Then I also ordered poppers. This order is over 3.00 and I was handed a brown paper back with three tiny little poppers in it. I walked back in (after going through drive through), and demanded my money back for them. It should be illegal that I hand you a paper bag with three tiny little peppers in it and you hand me almost 3.50 back!! I’m super sick of the lack of customer service in our country. In every single section of this country! It’s disgusting. Do your job correctly or leave. There are people who need a job that would actually value it! Shame on y’all!

Tonight was the absolute worst experience I have ever had... ever. I eat here all the time and I love it, But what happened tonight makes me so upset.. We had to order our food 3x to get it right... oh wait it was still wrong.. I'm not sure what what going on, but the lady didn't mess up just my family's order she messed up everyone's order in the dining area. The sweet tea was out I gave her my cup and told her it was out she went to the back to get some sweet tea and gave me unsweet =/ . We waited at least 30 min for our meal, what we payed for our dinner tonight was NOT worth it.. I feel sorry for the guys who were trying to fix her mess ups.. I'm probably not going to go back for a while.. sorry

For one monster service people are rude and how are you gonna sell two cheese sticks for $2.79 and a family order is 579 for six that is ridiculous. I will not go back there again.

This has got to be one of the worst stores that I have ever gone to. First we went inside to eat and the manager was helping an individual in front of us for over 6 minutes going back and forth over prices of things. In that 6 minutes he also stopped to take a phone and never once even thought to get another team member to help with other customers. After waiting another 3 minutes and still not getting served or even acknowledged a line had formed so I gave up and went to the drive through. At this point there were a few cars in front of me and they were all taken care of. Then when it came to me I was told to wait. After another 5 minutes of just waiting at the order station the team member finally took my order. After this I waited another 7 minutes before finally giving up and leaving the restaurant. Please look into the manager working on 3/15/25 at 3:30 pm cst at this location because they do not deserve that position.

Absolutely horrible service! Even had the manager implied I was lying about how the chicken tenders smelled and tasted burnt, like the oil needed to be changed. I would definitely not recommend going here! I have never had a manager treat me that way to my face when I asked for a refund. Why would I want you to replace the food for all I know you use the same oil for everything! DONT GO TO CHICKEN EXPRESS IN COMMERCE EVER!!!

I have been in Commerce since 2017 and today had to be the worst customer service that I have ever experience. I went through the drive-through line to get some corn fritters and fries. Something that I would thought was easy and simple. After I pull up to the window, the young lady has me a bag which is corn fritters and tells me to have a good day…. No fries… I then waited for my fries just for me to receive some that’s cold. I didn’t call the restaurant to speak to a manager because I have a meeting now requires me to leave town. Chris the manager demands that I come back in order for him to do anything for me along with laughing at the fact that I received. So I turned around to return my order and while doing so he gives me a refund and drops the change. Long story short I took my refund money and I went right to McDonald’s.

I feel like some people need to learn their customer service skills and stop being rude to people at this location. Certain a general manager or district manager needs to be in this location because I went here and the lady catrina this lady was very rude. I don't know what made her feel this way on a Monday but my car declined twice because I had to transfer money and I guess it made her mad and she brought my card back and slammed it down on the counter and told me really loud your car declined again. Then she walked away. She don't have customer service. She does not have good community service with anybody. When I asked her how much the mac and cheese was for the family size, she said I don't know. It's like 5 something or something I don't know. How do you not know and you work here again? The customer service from this lady was poor.

Dirty and served me a 7 piece meal. 6 pieces were literally burned crispy. Then denied responsibility saying didn't know who boxed it. Won't be back. 😡😡😡😡

If I could give this a 0 i would.. I went to go get my husband something to eat since hes working night shift tonite n the chicken was cold the fries tasted like they were out all day n there was a fly in the tea.. I will never eat here again..

The chicken was small a cross between popcornchicken and strips, cold as in not even lukewarm and the mash potatoes grainy. I enjoy chicken express but this location is definitely not one to go to.
