This place is great and has great costumer service. One employee that id like to point out is Stacy. She is a remarkable worker at Jamba Juice, consistently exceeding expectations in her role. Her dedication to customer service is exemplary, always greeting customers with a warm smile and ensuring their orders are not only fulfilled promptly but also customized to their satisfaction. Stacy's efficiency in handling peak hours is impressive; she maintains a calm demeanor even during busy periods, ensuring that the workflow remains smooth and customers are served efficiently. Stacy's performance at Jamba Juice is excellent. Her combination of excellent customer service skills, teamwork, reliability, and dedication to maintaining high standards makes her a valuable member of the team.

Great place for a fruit smoothie or a natural juice. The employees here are fast and will make changes to your order to make it perfect, like adding something extra to your order or substituting an item. They accept Android and Apple pay through your phone as payment and you can order ahead using their app so that your drink is ready ahead of time.

My Wife and I get our juices here at least 5 times a week. They have the best selection! The staffs are super friendly which is another reason why we always come back. Totally recommend!

The question I would like to ask is why there was only one employee in the Jamba store to serve for all shopping guys during the black Friday season at outlet mall. I can tell that the man(I am not sure about his name, his apron shows Mike) has tried his best to serve every customer, but there was only him. No matter how long the line was, his just has two hands and no any backup. All three stars are because of him. I think he definitely deserves to get extra bonus. And the manager needs to update the shift more reasonable.

Please stock up your menu... iv come 2 times in 2 weeks only to be turned away for fresh orange juice. Nice place and good parking

Rude customer service never coming back

I get Jaamba once or twice a week and this was the worst experience I ever had. 26th of February, the people rude, my smoothie was not blended, they did not have all the ingredients, I ordered before a large family that had six smoothies I had 2 and I got my smoothies sayer them. It was horrible.

I am not surprised to see that before me people have reported about the rude behavior and just like the other posts, maybe the owner will apologize and do nothing to make any changes. I was there on Saturday. Waited for more than 20 minutes. Before me others got their orders. The associates asked us ti wait outside while they used a bad radio to communicate the readiness of the order. We couldn't understand anything. I was very thirsty and after 20 minutes they asked me to wait more. I said, I would like to cancel my order and they should say sorry for overall giving a bad service. The girl, who seemed to be the senior of them all - said she is not obligated to say sorry. Well, how about that as a courtesy? You guys charge a premium price for a glass of juice and the service is this! I am never visiting your shop again, probably never going to another Jamba. Remember - Bigger businesses than yours have fallen. You are nothing. Wait and watch. All I wanted was a courteous 'sorry' with a smile after acknowledging customers' inconvenience on a hot afternoon

To top it off, the girl that made my drink, had her air pods on and the other girl that took my order gotten my order drink wrong😡 no wonder she didn’t hear me well.
