The question I would like to ask is why there was only one employee in the Jamba store to serve for all shopping guys during the black Friday season at outlet mall. I can tell that the man(I am not sure about his name, his apron shows Mike) has tried his best to serve every customer, but there was only him. No matter how long the line was, his just has two hands and no any backup. All three stars are because of him. I think he definitely deserves to get extra bonus. And the manager needs to update the shift more reasonable.

They charge extra to make a smoothie thick. The reasoning is "because we use more fruits." Why not dial back on the liquid and change the ratio by removing ingredients? Another establishment that has fallen into the fee creep. They weren't doing this last year. They don't, or rather haven't began, doing this at other jamaba locations and recently not at robeks or juice it up.

Rude customer service never coming back

My reason for one star is how I clearly ask for a pb banana protein with soy and I gotten my order drink wrong twice and within the second drink of the same one, I had no other choice but to accept and not kept telling them that they got it wrong again because I didn’t wanted to be sound rude. To top it off, the girl that made my drink, had her air pods on and the other girl that took my order gotten my order drink wrong😡 no wonder she didn’t hear me well.

The truth is that it is sad to enter businesses like this because the place is really empty they have two people working and they do not want to assist you, they say that the order will last more than 15 or 20 minutes because they are very busy

I was surprised they accepted EBT I SEE WHY I USED MY CARD THIS WAS THE ONLY STORE I USED IT AT IN CALIFORNIA I GOT HOME ALL MY BENEFITS WAS STOLEN DONT USE YOUR CARD HERE THEY GOT MY INFO AND MADE A CARD AND USED IN 2 stores and I was nowhere NEAR CALI WHEN THEY WAS USED

Slow and rude service. There were only 2 to 3 customers in the store and I was told they couldn't take my order when I was already in line for 5 minutes. When I challenged them and the girl said "Do you want to go to the back and see how many blenders we have to wash?" Then the guy at the cash registered explained they could take my order but it would take 5-15 minutes. Definitely a poor first time experience and would never return to the store. Not sure how they survive at a busy outlet.

I am not surprised to see that before me people have reported about the rude behavior and just like the other posts, maybe the owner will apologize and do nothing to make any changes. I was there on Saturday. Waited for more than 20 minutes. Before me others got their orders. The associates asked us ti wait outside while they used a bad radio to communicate the readiness of the order. We couldn't understand anything. I was very thirsty and after 20 minutes they asked me to wait more. I said, I would like to cancel my order and they should say sorry for overall giving a bad service. The girl, who seemed to be the senior of them all - said she is not obligated to say sorry. Well, how about that as a courtesy? You guys charge a premium price for a glass of juice and the service is this! I am never visiting your shop again, probably never going to another Jamba. Remember - Bigger businesses than yours have fallen. You are nothing. Wait and watch. All I wanted was a courteous 'sorry' with a smile after acknowledging customers' inconvenience on a hot afternoon

I get Jaamba once or twice a week and this was the worst experience I ever had. 26th of February, the people rude, my smoothie was not blended, they did not have all the ingredients, I ordered before a large family that had six smoothies I had 2 and I got my smoothies sayer them. It was horrible.

This place is either understaffed or struggling to manage orders. Half the items on the menu are unavailable, including juices and shots. The person serving orders was incredibly rude, did not bother to call out name or attach the bill to the smoothie. Waited over 20 minutes for one small smoothie. With no juices, rude staff, incredibly long wait times and no waiting area, I would definitely not recommend. There's a faster yogurt right next door. Parking is closeby and is easy access.
