As food is a personal experience and I enjoy TBell, take it with a grain of salt. But the fact is the place was extremely clean.

I've been going to this local Taco Bell restaurant for the the better in over 15 years. This place provides a very high-quality level of fast food and delicious tacos. Also this place has been recently renovated making it much more up to date. The inside chairs the restroom and even the exterior having an outside eating area, this place is fascinating. It's popular with the kids near the local high school it's now one of my personal favorite restaurants to go when I want a quick bite. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell

The employees were so friendly and the staff looked like they worked well together. Place was clean. Restrooms were clean as well. Usually taco bell has some restaurants where your food is sloppy. This time I felt like my tacos were in order. Food was presentable.

I've only used the drive thru. Order food and go home and eat. Food is delicious, especially the Mexican Pizza, a family favorite! Service is quick (depending on how many vehicles are ahead of you).

I had a very pleasant experience when eating here. Naturally only people who hate and people who love this place will write here. There was a small issue when ordering but it was handled swiftly, quickly, and nicely. If anything would require a second thought to eat here. Don’t really like Taco Bell but I went to this location for the firs time and a nice gentleman by the name of Jesus was taking my order at the drive thru! Thank you Jesus for being so polite and the food was amazing ! It was fresh! Will come back again and try it out!

Just wanted to go on record to point out that I received excellent service today at your drive-through about 20 minutes ago. I was impressed by the professional and very polite service I recieved from the individual servicing the drive through this morning. According to my receipt his name is Israel. What impressed me enough to write this review was the possitive attitude this server demonstriated. An altitude you see very little of these days. Attention, management of this location and the corporate office!!! Please note that this individual is a great example of an employee with excellent customer serviec skills. As a student in hospitality management I comend you on your level of service if the other employees at this location deliver the same level of service. 👍

Staff always has nice service and give us exactly what we ordered- sauces and all! Drive thru lines can get long. The parking lot isn’t connected to the Chevron. Tip: enter from the Collegian and it’s easier to enter the drive thru line- eso when it’s busy!

This particular location here in Monterey Park has always been good. I've had an issue with the staff or the service. They're quite friendly and quick compared to the one located on Limonite, JV.

It is a hit or miss with the food and sometimes the employees. I almost always do mobile orders to pick up in order to simplify my food. The employees are very friendly and easy to cheer up with a simple joke. I pick up from here once or twice a week, so I am hoping my review is fairly accurate and up to date.

The guy in the front, he does an amazing job in customer service. He has the patience for everything. He is so kind. I honestly haven't seen a person like him in customer service. The food is amazing and sometimes it gets really busy because of the college being right across the street. But other than that, the food is always hot and good! They also do a quick job and the place is spotless!

I really enjoy the chalupas from Taco Bell. The only thing I noticed is that one of the chalupas felt soft, and the other chalupa felt a bit hard. It was ok, though. I still enjoyed it. I appreciate the service here 🙏. The orange juice was good too.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to! Very friendly workers and the service was amazing. I even saw the drive thru attendant check our bag twice to make sure everything was in it. They even threw in an extra chalupa that I didn’t order. Will definitely be back!

The new $1 Grande burritos are a joke. The pictures on the menu doesn't even come close to the reality; I never seen something so lopsided from presentation to reality. If I was the lawyer or had money, I would sue them for misrepresentation of advertisement; misleading customers.

It's okay as a last meal option. Definitely not worth the price though. That's just my personal opinion.

Taco Bell is your typical fast food imitation Mexican food restaurant. The price is relatively inexpensive and the portions liberally reasonable. However, this place is for people who enjoy Mexican food that is not Mexican food. It is fusion Mexican American fast food that is popular on Super Bowl Sunday...and on a budget college kids. Still, my guilty pleasure comfort food.

Good and cheap eats. The Supreme Box is $7.99 not too bad, because it comes with a drink, chalupa, taco and burrito supreme. Place is small, but usually clean and your order is to be placed on the kiosk. Restrooms locked, but available to customers. Plenty of parking, fast drive thru.

Not too busy. Right by ELAC. Good place for a quick bite. The 7.99 box meal is a lot of food and beverage for a little money. Great value.

Always use the drive through. Food is usually pretty hot but people working there seem like they are just hanging out while you wait.

Ordered here through Uber eats it was fast service but there was a hair in one of my tacos. Not a great finish to great service.

What is there to say? Taco Bell is Taco Bell. I come here if I just want a quick cheap snack. The dollar menu has quite a variety and is actually a good buy. This location is always very busy being right across the street from ELAC.

Americanize Mexican food. Had there 5 layer beef burrito. Everything in it was so over processed you could NOt tell what's in the burrito. Everything was mixed into a cream like paste. I think I'll stick to the chicken here.

Food was great, put in an order in store and then watched them forget about me. They were standing in the back doing nothing. Went up to let them know I was still waiting on my order and they worked with no urgency to help me. Definitely frustrating.

This is like the 3rd time my nacho chips tasted like burnt oil or dirty oil. I love the cinnamon twist but last time the same thing happened. The flavored of the dirty oil just ruins my food experienced. CHANGE YOUR OIL OFTEN!

My first time comeing into this taco bell with my husband workers were slow not very friendly when ordering 2 food boxes I payed 23 dollars and when I sat down with my food there was no napkins I told the worker I would like hot sauce and gave me only 2 was not enough to put on our food I told worker can u spare it wow and walked away and i told my husband we are never comeing in here very poor service only thing I can say positive on the place is very nice clean u need friendly Co workers not rude.

The male cashier was rude and unprofessional, however the supervisor or manager stepped in and did some damage control, unfortunately it was to late. I will not be returning for a month(s) depending if the other restaurants fail to.

When the bill comes to nearly $15/person, the bar is set high. Taco Bell fell short of expectations firstly with the order experience. I had to return back to the counter multiple times. First noticed that a special drink was missing, then noticed that a cup was missing from the sodas ordered. I mentioned it to the staff and it was as if numbers were a challenge. By that time I had already lost confidence. My wife noticed my the extra guacamole was missing from my son's taco. I brought that up to the counter and after digging deep, I noticed that the guacamole was there, very little of it. The staff offered to remake the taco and I accepted. The value of $1.20 for what could be called guacamole and the menial portion - sad. Taco Bell's advertising campaign is effective. It is what drove my son to constantly ask to one day visit. That sad day is now behind us.

This location always has the fountain drink area off because they assume everyone refills for free..it bothers them even when I ask for the bathroom code they make you wait until they go and open it for you.

Ordered online for a drive thru pick up. The service was so slow. I was the 3rd car in line and waited 10 minutes to get to the window, and another 5 minutes once I got to the window. The food was sloppily thrown together. I ordered chips and queso, I received a tablespoon of questions. I had chicken chalupas, they were an unappealing mess.

Missing items, can't get my money back, the tacobell apps doesn't help at all. The guy that gave me the food just gave me the order after I said pick up, but I didn't give him my name, what in the world.

The guy who took our order has absolutely terrible customer service skills! He mumbled our order back to us with a bad attitude..he just looked like he hated life working there. The. Whole we were eating...he would constantly walk to where we were eating and would act as if he was moving things around on the tables he JUST cleaned and checked 3 times. Like dude..relax....nothing has been moved cuz nobody has even touched the tables...and every time he would "fix" a table..he'd oddly shifted his body to look at me every time. it was very very odd. Made me feel very uncomfortable and never will I go back to that location again. Also while waiting for our food (which took like waaaay longer than expected like about 15 mins or longer)..I noticed the cars in the drive thru has been sitting there for about the same amount of time or even longer since I sat down. That place needs a brand new staff that's friendly and fast.

The service here is bad. We went in and were not welcomed. We tried to order through the kiosk but had an issue..i tried to talk to someone and they just walked past me and ignored me. The service is very slow took 20 minutes to get some nacho fries. They had this one really nice lady but everything else was horrible. The lights went out and they didn’t even ask how I was but the first thing they told me was to get out.

Terrible Taco Bell, I would not recommend going to the drive thru , the woman taking my order was insanely rude, she forgot the hot sauce I specifically ordered and then kept saying “anything else that’s on the menu?” Didn’t ask if I wanted a combo or something and then they kept rushing me, with everything I ordered she kept repeating after “anything else that’s on the menu?” All because I ordered one thing they didn’t have on the menu and then said they didn’t have it.

I tasted it and it had a strange taste then on further examination the meat was disgusting and the look churned my stomach. Lastly the drinks, I ordered a lemonade which was watered down so much it tasted like water with lemon. And the orange juice, which is in it's own prepackaged bottle, had a bitter taste and tasted like the food. All in all horrible experience, I dont even know how a prepackaged bottle gets the taste of the food but there it is for you.

Disappointed in their quality of food lately. And service is a little slower. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with extra spicy ranch and I didn't get any extra sauce. On top of that, they charged me for extra for the sauce. Unacceptable. I got 10 hard shell tacos and there were barely any meat inside too. :(

This taco bell location is terrible. I have never once received food that was hot or made how I ask. What is so hard about no onions???? Everytime I get fiesta potatoes, they are hard as rocks. The burritos are always cold. I'm not sure why this location is so bad. It sucks because it's the only taco bell in my area.

I hate the taco bell in Monterey Park the lettuce taste weird, also I hate the fact that they obligate you to use the touch screen order when you don't want to especially when I'm telling them that I need a receipt they get disturbed when I tell them I don't want to use the touch screen. Today at taco bell 1214 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, CA 91754 at 11:00am I was disgusted with the way an employee was being so rude to a homeless woman who was just buying some food and drinks. no one was at the counters when I got there so I just ordered virtually, I assumed the staff was busy so am I, whatever right? but when a homeless lady requested service at the counter a fully grown male employee started talking down to her, told her to do everything herself and it's not his "responsibility" to give her cups of water, like he doesn't work in customer service... It's no excuse for treating ANY customer regardless of their circumstances with disrespect. I'm never going back there. Don't be fooled by the online photos everything single table and seat is filled with taco droppings 🤷‍♀️

So I go in and place an order, I'm waiting for a cashier to take the money... I guess nowadays they have to look up the word CASHIER. since 3 employees just turn to look at me and didn't bother to take the money. Yes I ordered through the screen and under cash or credit card.. I chose cash, guess that's something neither one of them knows what it is cause again, they just looked at me. I had to wait for someone who was finishing her lunch to have anyone approach me. At this point even my order had gone away. So I did what that order did, walked out. Technology might expedite things, but human stupidity is just the same or worse. Don't pay in cash if you don't want to stand there and have no one assist you with finalizing the order.

I went in for 3 crunchy tacos. When i arrived home i notice this were rancid! I drove back to the location to get a refund. They told me they couldn't do a refund until i started asking for the management. Is not a refund if your food is rancid! They were able to process a refund, still emphasizing this was an exception. I've been a customer of this location for years now and i notice this place hasn't really been competent for a couple months now. Im definitely never coming back here again.

Went to the drive thru to grab a quick bite. The cashier at the drive thru named Christian first greeted me asking whenever I’m ready to order. I said ok, 1 minute please. Not even 30 seconds or a min went by and he kept on asking to me to order when I’m ready repeatedly making me feel rushed so I just literally ordered whatever I saw pop up on their menu screen. They gave our drive through order away. We waited in the drive through gave our order get to the window and the man quoted a completely different order. I told him that was incorrect and we had a different order, he asked if my name was George I told him no. He then tried to get me to repeat my order which I did and the total came out to a completely different total. Tried to order inside there was no one at the cashier and the kiosk didn’t have bean and cheese burritos on it which was part of our original order. I this point we had spent 30 minutes and had no food or order he admitted he lost our order but couldn’t explain how. We just gave up and left.

i had originally had problems with the AI not getting my order right, once the employee actually took over they STILL messed up my order and forgot 2 of my tacos and the cheesy fiesta potatoes and when i came back and showed them the receipt and told them they were still missing tacos all they had was an attitude and only gave me the potatoes, when they handed it to me they said nothing at all and just stared at me like i was dumb?? then slammed the window. goodluck ordering from here clearly they don’t know what customer service is😒

The workers here hate people, service and hospitality, except for Hector that is why there's at least a star in this review. The other times they have left me waiting for my food on the window to just never open it when I already paid. Just asked twice through sign language (went to the drive through twice to make sure I wasn't crazy and they never opened the window) but to no avail. Is just not worth it.

No wifi, weak service/food. Google maps tricked me into coming back and it still sucks. Apparently they didn't want students or travelers to study while eating so despite overpaying for mediocrity and the familiar franchise name they don't actually run professionally.
