Honey Baked Ham

Great products....pretty expensive, but quality offered justifies cost. Very friendly staff who really know how to handle crowds of shoppers with great efficiency. Large crowds of holiday shoppers can get in and out quickly.

I have been shopping at HoneyBaked Ham for over 25 years. Even when lines go out the door and around the corner, their employees are friendly, helpful and move quickly. This ham is worth waiting for.

The Ham was worth EVERY bit this LONG line. The line took approximately 2and a half hours to buy my " Pre-Oredered" Ham. But while in line with NOTHING to do, I was looking at their Website and it said that they could of had your Ham delivered to your home for $14. I WILL be doing that NEXT year becuz it's NOT like I'm hand picking which ham I get anyways ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It's All wrapped up. So I will be ordering mine on line and having it delivered by UPS Next Day wrapped in ice !!

Grabbed a Ham for Christmas. WOW reminded me and my mom of the old days as a kid eating our family dinners. Now that we are older we haven’t spent much time and this food is to talk about. I talk about the HAM and when it’s practical to get another. lol I just don’t have enough company for a common thing. For big families this is great 4 or more. Highly recommended

There was a very short line that had 2 other people in it. I was in and out of that store in 5 minutes. I also talked to a friend who had her Honey Baked Ham shipped directly to her home. I will be doing that next year.

It's Honey Baked ! We got a ham, very easy to order online, pick up line was long but I did not read the sign..pre paid orders go to another line, an employee was very helpful and walking up and down the line saying pre paid go to the other side.. well I went and it was so fast.. I will be pre ordering & paying every year! Ham was absolutely delicious, so good it was one of the very first items to go at the dinner table. Not cheap but worth it for those of us who lack time and want perfection.

Also, this was the first time I tried the Mac and cheese, and I wasn't thrilled at how gritty it was, I'll just stick with making my own. I will still go back for another ham at Christmas time. It's been amazing every other visit (at least 10 times prior to this one).

A friend of mine introduced me to Honey Baked Ham yesterday. The sandwiches and sides were excellent. To be fair, the restaurant itself could definitely use more seating. There were only a couple of tables. We went at an off-time so we were able to grab a table, but I imagine during normal lunch hours there’s little chance of finding a place to sit and eat. I recommend planning on taking your food to go.

First time for Thanksgiving. Turkey was the best. Sides which I paid 30.00 for stuffing, gravy and mashed potatoes for were total liquid and because no date on them I had no choice but to toss. They looked totally gross! Save money and prepare your own sides!

This is a good place to drop a hundred or so if you can afford their hams and maybe 1 side for that price (they taste great if you can afford it) to me? Its not even worth it during the holidays. I get just as good of a ham at Sam's club for under 20 and make my own sides. Taste just as good and you save your money for gifts at the holiday. There is absolutely no reason to spend that kind of money. I have money, I just don't see blowing that much on a ham. I see people out the door and around the block near Christmas. I did it once. That's all it took for me to learn a fast lesson.

After travel to this location twice only to find out they were out of what I wanted I called ahead and spoke with Angel. She said they only had one left and wouldn’t hold it even after I offered to give her my credit card and pay in advance. Very poor customer service. Also if you sell a product you should keep it in stock!

So you have to wait around for them to cut by the slice because they are no longer selling whole hams. So if you want 8lbs you can’t by the 8lb ham you have to wait for them to slice it. Why in the world would you not let someone just buy the ham and do the slicing themselves? Dumb business model and horrible customer experience. Need management badly!

This particular location, is a bit smaller than that of others in neighboring cities. I may have come on an "off" day, but I had ordered a full family feast with a good selection of various sides, and even added a extra couple sides for variety. When I arrived to pick up my order, the HBH Co only had 2 selections of sides in the entire store. It was explained to me that Thanksgiving had hit them hard, but my order was picked up 2 weeks after Thanksgiving! Somehow, I don't think the Management ordered correctly to give the customer(s) what they ordered, or if the restaurant is running this lean to save money, they are actually losing business this way, as it turns people off to not have what they order.

The website was 5 years old, unfortunately, so I stood in a long line for nothing. Please somebody update the on line website for the concord store, prime rib is NOT $22!

I can't believe we just rushed here so we could make it before they close @ 6p.m. and we were turned away because they decided to cloae shop already. I called before hand to make sure of the closing time. We arrived 5 minutes before 6 pm, the doors were already locked, which means they closed probably 10 minutes before, and a lady yells across the way that they shut down all the registers. Another guy behind us arrived at 5:58 pm and was turned away too. Great job Concord store, you guys suck!

Love honey baked ham but the manager a older lady was really rude. And acted like we were Bothering her. Some of us didnt even eat there. And i didn't get what i order.

Poor customer service. I made a reservation online for oven-baked turkey a few days ago and arrived at the shop to pick it up yesterday. The staff said they didn't have the product I reserved and recommended another product. If you can't ensure the consumer will receive the product, what's the point of making the reservation? The staff advised me to make another online reservation after stating they MIGHT have it tomorrow. Won’t buy in this store again!

We have had Honey Baked Hams for the last 15 years and they have been great a 5 Star. This year our $80 ham was dry no honey or sauce on the ham? It was baked and someone forgot to add the honey. Friends who joined us said the same thing happened to them at Xmas. They ordered 4 to take to Idaho because their family cannot get them. Total waste of money. The family asked why do you think they are so good? So disappointed! I called and was told the manager would call. No call. My friend said good luck she called 3 times the manager would not call back. So done with Concord Honey Baked Hams👎👎

I placed an order last week and I forgot to pick it up the lady that I spoked said NO! You have to order it again. They didn’t tell me about that after I place an order. They don’t give a consideration to people. I have an emergency that time. She’s telling me to order it again then come back Wednesday for the long period of line like crazy. They didn’t know that the customer is always right. I hope it happen you too to have an emergency situation that way you know how it feels. There’s a KARMA you know that people. ???????!!!!!!!!!! You’re not gonna be good anymore. To all customers be aware of ordering next year thanksgiving dinner they’re not considering people to be happy. What is meaning of thanksgiving I think you don’t understand that. Sorry to tell you this I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a meal for my family on Easter and it was supposed to show up on Friday before Easter it did not. I sent them a few emails about this and finally got a response from their customer service department saying that there was an error in their system and that they would send the meal out on Saturday or possibly Sunday. Before I got this email, I had made other plans but decided to cancel them since they assured me that the meal would in fact be sent out. It is now past noon on Sunday, I reach out again asking for tracking information on the order they assured me that I would get and they respond with an email saying they are sorry but that the order would not be delivered. They didn't give me any warning they just didn't send it out while I was waiting. Now we are scrambling trying to come up with something else to eat for dinner on Easter. This could not have been a worse experience. They assured me they would come through until the very last second and didn't even notify me there was a problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone and actively advise people not to shop here.

We ordered our ham and it was supposed to be delivered Thursday and it has not arrived. We have been calling the store and 800 number with no help. As many as 389 people are waiting to speak to someone. Our only hope is to drive back to the store and see if we can pickup our ham! I’ve tried sending emails to no avail. All I want is to know where is my $65 order!

At honey baked ham, the ham is delicious but the service is terrible. Clerk #1 told us we couldn’t modify our order without her having to use the override button, and implied it was not possible to “unscan the ham” in her words. She also stated “that’s why I asked YOU how much you want at the beginning” implying that us customers were wrong. We wanted to get a larger ham, but she was not willing to budge. She said that we had to buy that one because she already scanned it. Also, there was only one person in front of us but the 2 clerks were so slow that we had to wait around 10 minutes.

Did not have the products advertised at the Concord store available even though I ordered everything ahead of time. Lines were extremely long. Not a pleasant experience. The mashed potatoes leaked water from the container on my drive home. The potatoes are like soup. Maybe I should do a vichyssoise instead.

Really disappointed ☹️ I ordered the "large family gathering" meal for drive up pick-up and received a mini ham and not the large 8.5 to 9.5 ham as advertised...... I didn't notice it until I opened the bag at home on Christmas day.....I have tried to resolve the issue via Email, text and phone but get no help. It's about a $29.00 difference if you look at the menu...... and it kind of screwed up dinner for the family not having enough meat 😕.

This store needs to either get their act together, or close the doors. They are not worth the one star that I must give them. They should pay me for shopping here. Recommendation next time just give the refund don’t try to place blame because just like in my case it was your cashiers error not mine however I chose just to get my refund and walk out.
