Make sure they know you are waiting on them if you sit in the general seating outside the restaurant if you want them to serve you. It is a common area full of tables. They are usually fast, friendly, and the food is good. When I order pho I usually get my meal within minutes.

Really my absolute favorite Pho place! I usually get a number one and spring rolls. All absolutely delicious. Service is amazing as well, we have become regulars and the staff is super nice, truly a hidden Pho gem!

This place is wonderful. The food is tasty and they give more than other Vietnamese restaurants in the surrounding areas. Not only that, but the price is pretty economic. I will definitely come back.

I come here everytime I’m craving pho. I always get the number 19 medium or large depending on how hungry I am with no vegetables and the soup is so good and flavorful and has great customer service

Very good beef pho and meat/vermicelli plates. The price is good for quality and portion is large! Some miscommunication with over the phone ordering but very pleased with the food

Friendly staff with great authentic Vietnamese food. Very generous portions of the Pho. I come here about 2 times a week. Very fair pricing too. Would definitely recommend.

I saw a meal my coworker was about to start eating, I asked where she went because it looked so good. She indicated she went to a Vietnamese place in seafood city,got #37 BBQ chicken with rice. I decided to give it a try... yummy !! Excellent service,I barely stepped in and was being approached by a gentleman with a menu. I told him thank you,but I want #37. It was ready about 3 mins later. Nice and warm...I recommend

The broth was really greasy, taste was good. I would think 3 times before drinking their water though, I had a cup of water and had a really weird taste. Just one zip and I stopped drinking it. Idk what that was about. Spring rolls were good, the service is ok.

This branch offers fewer servings than the Railroad branch, especially the BBQ beef. The customer service is truly poor 👎. One staff member actually shouted at us when I ordered an avocado shake, "No avocado shake!" and gave us a glaring look, treating us like a nuisance. Then I asked if they had a mocha shake, she shouted again, "No mocha shake! Maybe later, come back later." There's no way we'd order again after being treated like that! 😂 We are never eating here again.

Does the Manager know that sometimes this place takes “Cash Payment” only? We were here last week and was told that they only accept cash when I tried to pay with my debit card. I had to go to the store to get cash back only to find out they don’t give cash back. My husband had to go to an outside ATM to get CASH back, but then the lady told me “It’s ok- you can pay with card.”. What the heck? This is sooo suspicious and inconvenient. The payment machine was hiding on the left side of the register and clearly next to it was a sign of cardS they accept for payment.. Management needs to check their employees on this issue. 🤔

Good food, Really good.But the lady serving/ taking orders/ cooking could be nicer, but looks like she is doing everything there and this is why she has short nerves. Understaffed place that makes you feel on the edge and not comfortable.

Good food. But place is very unprofessional looking. They brought their son in the restaurant. Very loud while playing games and even had his bare feet propped up on a chair while talking about farts with his friends. None of the adults that run the restaurant are stopping his behavior.

I finally got the attention of one woman, and asked her what flavors they had. After looking at the menu, I waited... and waited. Two female employees kept passing by me without acknowledging me waiting. Once I was able to pay for my boba, they finally gave it to me, and I have to say this is probably the worst quality boba I've ever had the displeasure of drinking. The boba balls tasted firm, like they were previously frozen, and I had strange crushed white pieces in my drink. It tasted like they threw a handful of melon flavored powder, ice, a little bit of plastic, and water in a cup and sent it out. Such a bummer.
