This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the area. My go-to is the B-cup. No indoor seating, but the plaza has so much seating, you likely won't have any trouble finding a place to sit. They also have lots of fun and unique Asian soft drinks

I live an hour or so away from Concord and am always looking for an excuse to come down here so I can get myself a B cup from KO Cups!! One of my favorite food stops to go to! Beef is so flavorful and the vegetables taste fresh. Their sauces are AMAZING. Staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I came to this restaurant for lunch. The food was very delicious and to die for. The people that work there were so nice and my food didn’t took long to make. I been here twice already and looking forward to eating there again. I love their mango soda. You wouldn’t be disappointed coming here.

Visited KO Cups back in March 2023. Had the K-cup and sampled a few of their sauces. The food was delicious and customer service was great! Great place for a quick Korean bite to eat. Will come back if in the area again!

I always get my kids the fries and fried egg. They love all the sauces and it's a special snack to get while we wait in the Popbar line. You get a ton of fries and an egg for 7.00! All the sauces are delicious.

Tried the veggie Bibimbap with kimchi, japchae noodles added, and gochujang sauce and it was soooo good!! The egg was a tad overcooked I think but still tasty. Next time I will definitely try the spicy pork as that's usually my favorite, was just feeling like veggies today. Service was great, the girl instantly asked if I had been there before and proceeded to reccomend popular items and her own favorite (love that! I hate it when places say "everything is good" because that doesnt help me decide lol) even showing me where to grab sauces for my bowl. Love this spot, I will definitely be back! Its true theres no indoor seating but personally I love all of the ample outdoor seating, and there's plenty of shade for a hot day.

I enjoyed the positive customer service and the food was great with good portions. There are lots of outdoor seating to stay and enjoy the food. I have picky eaters and they loved it. If you are a spicy connoisseur they got you covered.

BEEF BULGOGI First time? Get a "B-cup" with no lettuce. Add small amounts of teriyaki sauce or doubachang to rice/meat

In May 2024, I enjoyed the KO Cups in Concord, CA. The seats were comfortable and safe. The parking lot was easy as usual. The restaurant is next to the playground. The Wi-Fi was not fast enough so I could watch videos and browse the internet in the Korean Restaurant.

Its a small little shop with no indoor dining but it's inside the Veranda shopping center which is phenomenal and has several small shops like this and offers several area to eat outside including a grass (that high end fake grass) where you can have a picnic. The staff was nice and helpful and the items we purchased were delivered quickly and responsibly priced.

Since it is a small shop, they do not have room for indoor dining, while outdoor has a lot of seating, which shares by all the business in the area. I ordered S-cup(korean pork with rice), and K-cup+egg(like popcorn chicken with rice). I cannot say they are the best, but good enough. Kinda disappointed due to the size, but around $10 buck, what can you ask for more in these days (inflation is crazy high). They tasted good, nothing surprised. If you are a person eat a lot, then one cup may not enough for you. They may have different size? They have two little utilities stations inside, so you can add sources, napkin, utensils, etc. Staff was friendly. Serving was fast.

It’s a good price and decent flavor, I got the Bibimbap with spicy pork. It suffers from poor ingredients with tons of sweet gochujang sauce over mushy rice. They did make my order quick and friendly. Still, I would not go back for Bibimbap.

Not really exciting but clean and healthy. Convenience and simplicity to order your meal.

Ive been here a few times and things were fine, however my order was given to the wrong person and was returned back and they just gave it to me after the person had already opened their food. Then when I asked for a new one they said that they made a fresh one when I watched the cook just add chicken to the bowl. Lied straight to me. Will not be coming back.
