5 stars because....it is a donut shop!! Awesome large factory shop with the production line visible behind a glass wall. Kinda fun to watch all that goodness slide down the line for production and sale. Great service even when we dropped in and purchased 12 dozen for a group event. Staff was super helpful and wonderful.
This place hands down has the best donuts. Usually, when there's a chain or superstore, it's not nearly as good in quality compared to mom and pop shops. Not with Krispy Kreme. The doughnuts here are quality, and will always be quality. I'd definitely recommend anyone come here for a good snack, but don't go too often if you want to be healthy! 5 stars.
I love this Krispy Kreme because it's a favorite of mine and my daughter's whenever I have to pick her up in Concord to go to Oakland since I don't think there's a KK location near us in Oakland.
When I'm in a mood for some sinful delights, this is my go-to destination. Quality pastries that never fail, and always take you on pleasure trip!! If you haven't been, you don't know what you are missing!!
They were really busy, so it was a bit of a wait. However, you can't really go wrong with Krispy Kreme donuts. Worth the wait.
One of the few Krispy Kreme's left in the bay area. Has a drive through as well. Service is typical. Donut selection is good. Seasonal pumpkin spice cake donuts are now available and the first friday of every month is chocolate glazed day.
Fresh, hot donuts. I couldn't resist that bright red sign, you know the Neon Hot Donut sign. I was even more impressed with the coffee. I knew the donuts were yummy, but the coffee was a welcome jolt of caffeine to my weary traveler blues.
I was surprised at the number of offerings they have now. Haven't been in a Krispy Kreme in a long time and pretty surprising. Wonderful as always.
How can anyone ever say no to Krispy Kreme donut especially when it is still warm. The staff has always been friendly, quick and efficient. Drive-thru is great to have. The place is very clean and so is the restrooms. Always a great place to go with my kids for a snack.
The donuts are made in-house (at least the standard glazed donuts), so they are always warm, soft, and delicious. Beyond that, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make our short time there fun for our kids. For example, we were eating while there were no other customers while one employee was inflating balloons to put up in the restaurant, and he went out of his way to inflate one extra and bring it to our 2-year-old son, which totally made his whole day. As long as we will be staying nearby when we come into California to visit family, we will make it a point to get freshly-made donuts and friendly smiles at the Krispy Kreme in Concord!
Still my favorite donut. This location closed down for a few years, and we are all very happy to see it back. They have a really great selection of filled donuts, if you're looking to spice it up. The original glaze is still best in my opinion, especially since you get to see how they are made through the glass windows!
This chain of Krispy Kreme is the best chain out there. The customer service here is phenomenal and they also give out fresh warm glaze donuts whenever there is a fresh batch! Delicious! The folks at this location truly made our day. Huge shout out to the staff here!
I've been coming to this Krispy Kreme since I was a kid, and it never disappoints! The donuts are always fresh, delicious, and the best part—they’re the cheapest around. The memories and the sweet treats keep me coming back. Highly recommend!
I was here for my birthday dozen donuts. The hot donut light was on and I was very excited because there was not a single person in the parking lot. I didn't notice that there were a few people inside, but not too many that there was too long of a line. Myself and the two other girls who were in the restaurant at the time. We're also given a free cake donuts, which were absolutely delicious. A lot of people entered in right as I was exiting, but all in all I was inside of this Krispy Kreme for maybe a max of 5 minutes.
The new donut dots and holiday donut flavors are 10/10
I went in here yesterday! The staff was happy and so polite! My son has special needs and it takes him a while to order! They were so patient and were all smiles! Spoke to him with such kindness. And we loved the donuts! He ordered a dozen!
I came here for the hot glazed donuts which were delicious, however, I also ordered the "strawberry power berry" donut from the "Pacman" series with raspberry filling. Every donut was delicious and tasty. The service was quick and easy I will definitely return in near future. Update today I tried Hogwart's Hufflepuff donut.
Call ahead to see if they still had some Harry Potter donuts. Big Harry Potter fans in this house and im glad I was able to get them on release date
Krispy Kreme is a definitely 5 stars donut shop!! The fresh hot glazed originals are my personal favorite. But they have a wide variety of flavored doughnuts as well according to the season. Also it’s so fun to watch how all that freshly backed doughnuts slide down the line and got covered in glaze. It’s a great large factory shop with the production line visible behind a glass wall. Great service, staff is always super helpful and friendly. They are located behind the Veranda mall and got a lots of parking space.
Service here is nice and fast. You get your donuts in no less than a minute or two. The inside was well decorated and had a nice view of the donuts being made, a great way for kids to be entertained! I think there are also two handicap parking spots. Overall, a great place to pick up sweet treats or enjoy them inside.
We drove thirty minutes to try the new Kit Kat donuts. The service was fast and the store was clean, making the trip worth it.
I've been wanting to go here for a very long time and try there donuts because I've never had them yet. So I went to go and try their new Oreo & Chips Ahoy donut and just Chips Ahoy donut. They were so delicious and looked very good🍩🥰😍😋 I would definitely go back there again!

KRISPY KREME IS THE BEST! So addictive. The Cheesecake(Filled) Donuts are the best of the best. Sooooo gooood!! Omg I cant get enough.

Service was ok and there wasn't much variety to chose from..
Long line but did not take too long. Recces donuts were the reason for visit. Classic good taste but barely any filling. Chocolate lovers tons of filling way more Recces flavor. For sure the way to go. Coffee was a little watery but still enjoyable
Love their donuts. The chocolate milk purchased was cold as it should be, in the refrigerated section. The expiration date was several days ahead. However, it tasted like it was starting to turn. No issue obtaining a refund.
Great place. If you can get here early enough and beat the rush you can get in relatively quickly. Great donuts of course, I get them occasionally for the office. This is one of the better locations. If it gets crowded, though, you might be waiting a whlie. But yeah, good donuts.
I have a love/hate relationship with this chain. I love the melt in your mouth, hot and delicious sugar bombs. I hate it because they are addicting and horrible for you at the same time. This particular store is tucked away where you can clearly see it from the freeway but it takes a little maneuvering to get to it. When the donuts aren't hot, then they are ordinary. If the sign isn't on, keep it pushing.
Went here on sunday afternoon with the family. The Donuts were fresh and delicious like always. It was empty business was slow. To me the store looked dark needed more lighting inside and we were hoping the baking equipment was working so we could watch it.
Love the hot tester donut..! It's difficult once you get the free one you have to buy more. The best deal is to get a dozen and give them away so that you don't eat to many. They are super good hot😋
We love Krispy Kreme donuts. many different flavors, hot glazed donuts, production line on display, plenty of parking, paper hats for keep sake. The one thing i don't like is recent display of price gouging. if assorted dozen costs 15$ why is there no available cups of ice water available for the kids, only $2 bottled water that can't really be shared. This is something new since we came in yesterday. Be sure to sign up for their Rewards app and emails for promos such as free donuts on your birthday, holidays, discounts such buy one dozen get 2nd dozen, free donuts on national donuts days and other promos.
I've been in a few times and it seems they prioritize the drive thru over customers in the dining room. Coffee is good and not too hot. Donuts made fresh on site.
Always tasty donuts. Service was good. And place was a nice location area
Doughnuts were being made fresh none free for the kiddos, we didn't ask but none were offered. They had a sale this weekend to etc a second dozen assorted for $5 more so we got that because we researched prior to coming, there was no mention of it in the store. The employee was goofy but nice enough, again no free doughnut for the customers or kids when hot. Not how I remember it.
Went in for National Coffee Day to get a free glazed donut and a medium coffee. Service was quick. Coffee was good, donut was sweet. Place was clean. There is outdoor dining area and a drive thru.
Food and drink were good, 4 Halloween donuts and iced coffee. However, their "latte machine wasn't working well", so I couldn't order any of the lattes. I was able to get a deal, though, with what I ordered and through their Loyalty Pgm.- 1 free donut!
Not sure why this place has such an overall low rating, I found it kinda cool for the type of place it is. Spacious inside and very authentic from the outside, place offers the verity of sweet temptations, filled with cream and crispy. Pleasant and fast service and great scenery on the donut production conveyor (see pictures). For those doughnut lovers – this is some thing to try.

Service was fast, probably due to the time visited. As usual, the aroma of fresh doughnuts always makes you buy more than needed.
I came in on a tuesday with 10 minutes left before the lobby closed, and I got the chocolate truffle donut: mainly because it has chocolate kreme on the inside. A woman with a gold crucifix pendant helped me out. She was kind. The donut was like $3.XX, and I tried eating it both straight after buying it and then microwaving it for 12 seconds later. The kreme filling melts with 12 seconds, and I ate it with a spoon like a weirdo to keep my fingers clean. I know this donut might not be the freshest quality since it was near closing, so I will just keep it real, it was okay, slightly stale. Microwaving fixed the texture a bit, but messed up the nice texture of the kreme filling. Overall pretty mid, typical kinda krispy kreme donut, not my favorite. My favorite donut from here is the chocolate with the original flavor kreme filling, but I rarely go out of my way to buy and eat it. Being lactose intolerate probably doesn't help either. When I saw the number of Google reviews this store had, I knew I had to overcome evil with good and be the 667th review! Praise our Lord Jesus Christ! Amen. 🙏🏻✝️💞🕊

Well there's every possibility I would have a better experience if I didn't go in on national donut day. It was a crazy loud chaos experience but I suppose that's to be expected when there's free donuts involved. Still I enjoyed the donuts I ate and it was neat to see them making them.
Employee was sweet as could be store was clean and well stocked but drive thru was closed and donuts not very good. Too sweet
I am a long time fan of Krispy Kreme. I usually go when they have some kind of doughnut special so not too often. I enjoy the hot fresh glazed doughnuts when they are available. Never had a Krispy Kreme I didn't enjoy! Service is not too bad as well. Just was wondering about a situation I encountered on my recent visit. I went in to get the Santa Claus and snowman doughnuts but they were out. I was fine with that so I got two other doughnuts which were very yummy! I arrived just before 6pm and it was to close at 10pm. There were about a dozen and a half of cake doughnuts between the sour cream and chocolate ones. Then about 6 left of the blueberry powdered filled and that's about it with a line behind me and 4 hours to go till closing time. You would think they would be more prepared for the holidays. People were also on hold trying to wait for the doughnut belt to move so they could get their original glazed. Hopefully the rest of the line was happy with what was left which by far was not much. Just seemed odd that they would be on short supply during the middle of business hours during the holidays. Otherwise I love Krispy Kreme!
Could not make espresso drinks and the coffee wasn't good. High quality donuts are as I expected. Did not have apple fritters, said they "sold out" at 10:30AM. I hope that wasn't a lie. Don't know if this is franchisee fault or bad management but something is off. Probably go to a different store for now.
Probably the worst coffee I have had and I lived on a ship for months at a time. It tasted week and burnt. I got the sour cream old fashion donut and it didn't exactly taste stale but it also didn't taste really fresh. I was there about 10am. The drive through was closed and the person still had to take my card over to the drive through register. This seems odd
Location is set for quick orders with a drive up window. Online showed busy time ordered on line pick up wasn’t ready... donuts seemed not fresh.. served cold coffee after asking if we want hot or cold... associate served us anyway not telling us... experience could be much better... not the only donut store in the area... not even close to top choice... went because of reputation....
Their sign clearly stated that their business hours but no drive thru available during their business hours. I had to walk inside and the size of donuts are not all same. Bought a dozen and 2 of them were smaller than others.
I do enjoy Krispy Kreme and their donuts, and their staff is usually friendly and professional. However on this day as I placed my order in the drive through, the server refused to open the window. Why? I didn't have a mask on. I was in my own vehicle, with an air gap between it and the window, but she still would not open the window, take payment, or serve my order. I can't bring myself to 'one star' them over this single incident. It's their option to do this, and I have the option to take my business elsewhere, which I did. We are a year into this thing. Masks in a vehicle or a drive-through is just silly.
Doesn't taste as good as I remember from 20 and 30 years ago. Disappointed. And not good music either. Sorry.
Just picked up a dozen donuts from the Concord drive thru. Highly disappointed. Firstly, the person taking the order was barely audible and neither could she/they hear us clearly. Half the items we wanted were not available. And then, they put the 'holiday mini' sized chocolate glazed donuts with the other regular sized ones. To top it, the donuts were not even fresh. We don't usually buy donuts so late in the evening, but it was meant as a surprise for the kids and the least you expect from a donut chain is fresh donuts!

Can’t go wrong with their doughnuts but their staff🤔💭 this place alone the name brand recognition should be packed with visitors because the location is in the shopping plaza. A lot of traffic. I may add that it was not busy when I visited in the morning to grab a cup of joe but I felt unwelcoming and rushed. Staff need customer service skills. At least smile and say hi, good morning or something. Acknowledge your customers. There are donuts shops, locals (moms and pops) to go to. Again I like name brand recognition, chain. But food hmm excellent..
This location feels dated. And the selection is the same. I always the pumpkin cake donut. Today, the person who assisted wasn’t very mindful of her gloves touching everything including the donuts that she boxed. Atmosphere just doesn’t seem sanitary even though it is empty.
Donuts were good, only reason why I’m giving a three star is because the oil looked like it needed to be changed. Service felt rushed but the cashier was nice.

Swantaleen who was working the drive thru had a tone that made me feel like she was annoyed with me the whole time I was ordering. Especially when I asked her to repeat back my order to make sure she got my assortment correct. When I pulled up to the window paid and she handed me my donuts I checked and saw that the chocolate glazed didn't have as much chocolate icing as they typically do. I politely asked her to replace the two for ones with a little more chocolate icing. She told me that they were all like that. I just don't appreciate when people lie to my face because their to lazy to go the extra step. Honestly if this is now the standard for how much chocolate icing they put on their donuts your better off just driving an extra 10 minutes to the one in Brentwood.
Very rarely have I gotten fresh or something close to resembling fresh donuts. If it wasn't for my wife liking them I would never go here again. I'd rather support our local donut shop where you get better donuts for your money.
When you can get hot doughnuts they are great, but a cold Krispy Kreme is meh. Unfortunately they don’t live up to what they advertise for Hot Light hours. The advertise until 10 am and will tell you they have them until then, but they never have hot donuts after 9:30, and rarely much past 9. Tired of being disappointed and looking for a new donut shop. Why not just advertise and honestly tell customers the hours you are really making the hot donuts?
Lukewarm coffee and a glaze donut that tastes nothing like Kristy Kreme
Line was about an hour long, but drove 20 minutes just to get there so figured why waste the trip. looked on line couldn't place an order as it kept going down, said a dozen variety donuts was 14.75 a little pricey, get to the order screen they were out of the sour cream, and chocolate cake.get to the window and it's 16.00 per dozen WTH.I get home and see that 4 of the donuts were not what I ordered.Wont be making that trip again anytime soon.
I don’t have a Krispy Kreme near me so when I have one whole on the road I definitely visit. Out of all the ones I have visited I was extremely disappointed in this one. No smoothies, they were just turned on and after I asked how long I got attitude saying 45 mins mind you I went mid day 2:30?? 3 pm latest!!! I’d understand if it was right after they opened. I then asked for 4 lattes and they couldn’t make that either??? This is very unprofessional especially someone who is willingly going to spend about 50$ tops.
I ordered donuts and an iced vanilla coffee like I always do. The donuts of course were good per usual. But they gave me an iced coffee and not an iced vanilla. I proceeded to tell the lady at the drive thru that I always order the same thing and it never looks this dark and she tried to tell me the light ones are lattes. But I wanted a vanilla iced coffee meaning you didn’t put the vanilla in it half and half/or cream. It was just dark iced coffee and she still couldn’t grasp what the difference was.
Came to this location for some café and donuts and was left disappointed. For some reason this locations latte machine is always broken and they never have lattes or iced cafés available. Donuts are always good but I would like to pair it with a latte. Only regular café options. I ordered a dozen donuts and café and my café was cold so please kirspy cream i enjoy all your café options fix your machine.
My visit to Krispy Kreme this evening was awful, but it could've been worse! At least I made it inside, unlike the many people who arrived after me, before posted closing time, and were not allowed in. As I was standing at the register, another employee walked up to the employee helping me and apparently instructed them to go lock the doors. The employee helping me said, I'm pretty sure those customers walking up want to come in. I asked-did they just tell you to lock the doors? As I glance at my watch, it's before closing time, and I confirm with the employee that they close at 9PM, the employee tell me-yes, but she wants me to lock the doors so I can start cleaning. Turns out, the other employee is the manager! It was before 8:30PM and I was the last customer they helped inside the store. They locked up the lobby and taped a paper on the entrance doors, directing everyone to the DRIVE-THRU ONLY! As I sat in the parking lot, trying the donuts, I was informing the swam of customers marching up to the entrance that they locked the doors and are not allowing anyone in. I barely buy Krispy Kreme donuts once every 3 or so years. This year, with my 4 y/o by my side, we splurged and got a bunch of premium fancy donuts along with the plain traditional ones. Turns out, the fancy ones are TERRIBLE! They were rock hard, and the taste was disgusting! And later that night my kid threw up all over me and the living room, and it was all the krispy kreme donut she ate. At $2-3 a pop, and them shutting the doors earlier than the posted closing time, I have to say this Krispy Kreme location sucks! I was sad when it closed. Was happy when it reopened. But they can go ahead and close up shop again, I'll be OK with it! Also! Krispy Kreme's website has 'Hot Light Hours' listed for this location but there is NO HOT LIGHT at this location!
I wouldn't recommend buying from this branch in the morning. I've made 2 trips here around 6:30 am to purchase an assorted dozen. Both times without fail, I got donuts that tasted stale, and dry. I suspect they reused the donuts made from the night before. I'm not coming back to this place again. I noticed the difference in quality having been eating at Krispy Kreme since being a teenager. Being from SoCal, in my opinion, the SoCal Krispy Kremes are held to a hire standard than this place.
First of all, if I can give this company a negative 1 I would. The reason is that yesterday Thursday April 1 I was at the drive through and the cashier was extremely rude. I asked her how much where the mini, doughnuts and said the price are right there. Then ask her a question never answer me and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, she was just quiet and supposedly took my order. When I come to the window “ It was too cashiers and one of of them said SORRY SHE DIDNT TAKE YOUR ORDER” what was your order and after I told her you make me wait for a long time and I come to the window and u didn’t take my order?. Then they close the window and STARTED LAUGHING I GUESS AT THE CUSTOMER WHICH IT WAS ME. They are very unprofessional, rude and POOR CUSTOMER service.
They don’t honor promotions. Don’t try to fulfill the customers expectations .Very bad service at this location. I was sent away because of the free dozen glazed promo. Lost my promo code since it was used with no donuts. Management doesn’t try to help either.
This location always blows, every time I come here, they act like they don’t know what a iced coffee is. The cashier was hella rude about it when I asked if they had the caramel mocha iced coffee that they had at EVERY OTHER LOCATION. He literally poured a hot coffee and threw ice in it. The ice melted before the coffee even got cold. Wasn’t even wearing a name tag I could see. I work retail too, I get it, but that was the worst service I’ve ever seen.
We were in the drive thru prior to closing and were told you were closed so we went inside two minutes before closing and were told you were closed inside as well. The hot doughnut life was on. There was a very large staff standing around inside, one helpful girl was mopping and said you were closed and there weren’t any more in the area. It was frustrating to not be served during business hours. If you close early please post new hours on your website and door.
Arrived before 6am on 3/17/21 the line did not start moving till 630. Store is to open at 6am. After 36min later we try to order the St. Patrick doz. Only to be told they were sold out. Poor planning KK. Wish this was not the norm for this store. Looks like Dunkin Donuts just got a new customer.
Today I came to their store, Nicole and the guy name Danny were very rude. I called the store before coming and they told me that they’re offering a deal 2 dozens for $13.99. I arrive at the drive through and I tried to ask Nicole about it she started laughing and mocking me. Nicole the Hispanic big girl flipped me off when I drove by. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never come by your store anymore. Very rude
UPDATE... 7/1/2025 i made it my budiness to purchase hot donuts, since i was told they're hot at 6am. I got there at 6:10am an there wasn't a hot donut to be found. I asked about the donuts on the cooling rack and was told they were cooked 10p, the night before. He told me the donuts are goid for up to 2 days. At that point, i was done. I must make it a point to patronize the smaller mom & pop shops. I purposely went when the Hot Donut sign was lit only for them to give me cold donuts
I never leave reviews like this but my experience today at Krispy Kreme was not only horrible, honestly inhumane!!! I was charging my car right next door and I had to use the bathroom and when I walked in, the manager there looked at me with a straight face and said are you going to be a paying customer?? I said yes fine but I need to really use the bathroom and he would not give me the bathroom door code till I made a purcahse!!! What happened to us?? Is this how we make and do business nowadays??? The most horrible person ever and I didn't even take the drink that I paid for, so I literally paid over 3 dollars just to use the bathroom. Unbelievable.
I’ve been craving some good Krispy Kreme since it’s been awhile since I had one. Was happy to find this place nearby. However, it was a disappointment. Took a bite out of an original glazed donut but you could tell they are using old butter or some sort. You can tell because of the lingering oily coat in your mouth that causes discomfort and unpleasant feeling. Will not come back here. Sadly will have to throw away the remaining donuts I bought.
If you’re open, why not open the sign and move your drive-through sign instead of waiting an hour or more people got work
Terrible customer service. My family was the only one in there, nobody at the drive thru. We were picking out our donuts and my mother asked if there were any blueberry sour cream left, to which the worker said nothing and did something of a shrug. Like either answer yes or no? My dad then went to try to pay and the worker was prompting my dad to do stuff but wouldn't speak up. He would ask him to repeat himself, or that he couldn't hear him but he just kind of went silent instead. Don't really understand that. We weren't in there making ridiculous requests and it definitely wasn't busy. I understand if the workers are underpaid but if you can't be somewhat cordial to a customer then maybe it's not the job for you. Also, it seems like the donuts are so much sweeter than they used to be, it hardly qualifies as a donut.
6am opening, by 611 staff walked in and rudely brushed off the customer who was waiting at the door since I arrived at 605. Beyond poor service and they just seemed annoyed that people would want to be served during posted open hours. Not my business, ever again.
I went into this store around 9:25am on 08/04/2023 and the hot light was on in the window and fresh donuts coming down the conveyor belt. The man who helped me at the front counter wouldn’t give me the hot fresh donuts off the conveyor belt stating “those won’t be glazed” as I’m literally watching them be glazed in front of my eyes and taken off the conveyor belt onto trays. No they were not different donuts or having added ingredients. If you don’t want to do your job just say that. I came for hot fresh donuts nobody likes the old cold ones.
Walked in and waited 10 minutes before any employee came over to take our order. Employees gave eye contact and never came over until 10 minutes later. Very odd feel when you walk into the store.
I bought a donut here for my child. After eating it, he got thirsty and asked for a cup of water. To my surprise, they told us we had to buy a bottled water. Wow — this is the first place I’ve been to that wouldn’t even offer a simple cup of water. Very disappointing.
Ordered half a dozen donuts which included two lemon filled donuts. Decided I’d like to eat one on the road when to my surprise the donut had no lemon filling… at all. Checked the other lemon filled donut and the same exact thing. This didn’t really surprise me however because all the other donuts tasted like they had been left out as well as had been made in old oil. Tried to call to let them know to put some lemon filling in their lemon filled donuts for other paying customers but no one answered. It’s a shame they don’t uphold the quality of serving the public.
The employees don't honor coupons or deals as advertised on the app or even on their own menu. They try to charge more. Then the donuts we got were hard as a rock. Normal business hours, no excuse. Worst donuts you can get in the Bay.
Stop by Wednesday at exactly 9:30 because the website said you close at 10pm and I opened the door and went inside only to be told your closed. I get people want to go home, but if customers expect you to be open until a time you should be open. Bad business if you do this often.
I was craving for donuts so the day before I ordered dunkin I was surprised how fresh and delicious it was so today I decided to go for Krispy Kreme as soon I walked in I could smell strong chemicals, ignored it thinking they just opened so they must been cleaning then waited for them to bring the donuts out, as I was looking at the donuts thinking are those cake donuts because they were so small anyways I placed my order and got half dozen with some donut dots. As I sat in my car and tried them and swallowed the first bite I was soooo disappointed, I am not sure but the oil they use was still stuck roof of my mouth disgusting. Donuts were cold not fresh paying $24 for tiny cold and not fresh donuts was an instant regret. I don't think we will ever go back to this place. Krispy Kreme used to be my favorite place growing up and for them to cut back in quality and raise the prices is so disappointing. And at last I want to say these donuts is nothing even close to Paris donuts so don't put Paris on your boxes. No wonder Europeans laugh at our food quality and are disgusted by it.
Upon walking in, you could tell the employees hate their job and don’t wanna interact with anyone. The old blonde woman at the register was rude and would avoid customers. Same with the short hispanic girl. Moving on, they were out of original glazed and was told by the employee (tall dark skinned black man) that they would be ready within 5-10 minutes. Business was very slow, and we sat right in front of the display, making eye contact with this employee a few times. After 25 minutes of waiting, a customer walks in and orders original glazed. This employee serves up the donuts from the conveyor belt. We were waiting the entire time and he had never even brought out a tray to the display or told us they were ready. We never even got an apology at the register from him. He needs to be in the back punching holes in the donuts instead of up front with customers, because he has zero customer service skills. Same with the other two. Horrible first experience at this Krispy Kreme location.
The restrooms smelled like sewer or a sewer leak and the floors in the restroom especially are disgusting. Imagine now going right from the restroom to order your donuts. Very questionable. The donuts that are filled barely have any filling.
Krispy Kreme website says this location is open until 10pm, but when I arrived it was closed at 9pm with a sign that says "New Hours"
Very disappointed in my box of maple donuts.. the donuts were hard as if they were day old glaze donuts and put maple on top to sell.. anyone who buy Donuts at Krispy Kreme know the glaze should be smooth.. and donuts usually melts in your mouth.. the icing shouldn’t be cracking with barely any icing and hard! I went through the drive-thru this afternoon thinking or assuming this location would have been better quality donuts than the Brentwood location..but I guess I was wrong..

So disappointed. They "open" at 6 but nothing was available. Only last night's donuts, no hot available for at least 20 minutes. Ice coffee wasn't available as it was still hot. Regular coffee was just lukewarm, probably left over from previous night, and was very weak, though I've never had their coffee so that may be how it is normally. I won't try it again so I will never know. Counter staff at least told us the donuts were from last night.
