I had the pleasure of being served by Ariel at Red Lobster in Concord Mills, and I can honestly say she made my dining experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, attentive, and professional. She anticipated my needs without being intrusive, offered great menu recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. What really stood out was she noticed that she had forgotten to bring out my drink before I did, and then offered to upgrade me to a soft drink of my choice. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experiences, and it made a big difference. Thank you, Ariel, for going above and beyond. I will definitely be back – and hope to be seated in your section again!

I was positively surprised. I haven't go to a Red Lobster in many years. Today I took my kids for them to try some sea food. The service was outstanding. From the hostess to the waitress, they were all kind to the children, and super attentive in general. Food was great. We tried a platter and some shrimp popcorn. It was enough for the 3 of us to eat and have leftovers. It is somewhat pricey, but what place is not pricey in this day and age? Absolutely recommend

Let's get into this review!! I haven't been to Red Lobster in years, like 20+. So we decided to give it a try. We arrived and were promptly seated. Our server was super friendly and gave a few great recommendations. We settled on the lobster and shrimp pasta. Man, I'm so glad we did! It was really good, actually better than I thought it would be. If you haven't been in awhile, I encourage you to give them another try in the near future. You won't be disappointed!

Of course the biscuits are one of a kind. Walts shrimp is a good choice. Grilled salmon is very good. Service was spot on Sasay kept our drinks full and checked on us often. Store manager introduced himself

We come to this red lobster every year for my daughter's birthday. We had an absolutely phenomenal time! The staff was friendly, the dining room looked great, the Server, Marvin, was superb! I was a server at red lobster years ago and he did everything per training! He was just such a great guy and brought out a beautiful dessert for our daughter and we had an absolutely amazing time. We are so happy to see the red lobster legacy continue! We fully support everything that you guys are doing. And, we had a Purple haze drink that was out of this world! Please keep this on the menu!

We placed a to go order on Easter Sunday. We ordered the fish and chips and shrimp scampi. The entrees were hot, fresh and tasty. The biscuits are still the best. The sweet tea was brewed dark and sweet the way I like it. It took a little more time to come out, but we expected this being Easter. The manager Alexis, checking on us and offer drinks while we waited. She brought our food out and was very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience! Dorge and Ty were so helpful and attentive. They were extremely welcoming and I went to try the mariners boil which was amazing. Get the Cajun butter and old bay! I added sausage and it made for the perfect combo. I will most definitely be back !

My dinner on May 16 far exceeded my expectations! The staff was attentive, our server was polite and friendly (shout out to Ivy). Let’s talk about my meal. I didn’t know what to expect since it has been years since I’ve been in Red Lobster, but I was blown away. I got a mango margarita…please try it! It was on point ( thanks Ivy), the bacon wrapped scallops were great, I had the house side salad and I wish I had taken a picture of it before I dug into it because the presentation was nice and the salad was great! I went for the pineapple mango vinaigrette dressing…OMG!!! My crab legs were delicious and as you can see, presentation was on point! The manager, TY, stopped by before and during our meal to see if everything was ok and I had to compliment him and his staff on far exceeding my expectations! The restaurant was clean and I absolutely enjoyed my evening! Thank you guys for all that you do to ensure quality service!

My experience was really good today. Dorjè, was AMAZING! I don't know, I feel like, if we didn't have her, we would've had a mediocre experience. She was very prompt with food, and drinks. Also her vibe was real, crazy, sexy, cool!(TLC) The manager Tye, was very personable, I enjoyed my time this go round, and definitely will be back.

After driving 12h to visit the Arboretum in Asheville and 2h to Charlotte we stopped here for dinner. Trinity was our server. As a previous server with 20y of experience I have high standards as to what is great service. Trinity was so welcoming, friendly, got us drinks quickly and kept them filled we asked about lodging locally and she offered advice. The appetizer arrived quickly our food was hot. She took her time and was amazing treated us as guests not just a table to flip. Thank you Trinity for a wonderful experience.

from the moment I walked in the door the ambience was amazing. I was greeted by ilshy, who was very friendly and inviting my server natasha was very accommodating to my needs and gave great suggestions for the food although the food wasn’t up to par. I still loved everything else, and the manager ty even came to check on me and my boyfriend so it was very warm and friendly, food was mediocre, but the customer service was top tier. definitely will be back

Recently my family and I enjoyed a meal at the Concord, NC location. Our server (Nijhe) and her entire team were so efficient, curious and respectful, it enabled us to enjoy our meal even more. This was one of our best visits to Red Lobster. We were seated right away, which is great for a Sunday afternoon. Nijhe was our waitress and she was very pleasant, attentive and fun to chat with. The food was very tasty and areived at the table in a timely fashion. The culinary manager, Lizzy (?) even visited the table to make sure our experience was great and it was! Also, the restaurant is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping stores and directly across the street from the mall. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the Concord area.

Had a great experience at Red Lobster! Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was lively. Our drinks were really good and well made. What truly stood out was our server, Dotje — she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. We had a group of 4 for Valentine’s night and needless to say the restaurant was NUTS but Joe the manager was gracious and composed even with rude customers. His staff was young but handled the chaos with grace and composure. Our waitress was forthright about the back up in the kitchen. Food was amazing. The gentleman bussing tables was on top on it. They all need down type of compensation for the night they had.

We were told it would be about an hour wait, so we decided to sit at the bar—and I’m so glad we did. The bartender, Rae, was absolutely amazing. She was prompt, and incredibly kind the entire time. Even while clearly very busy, she stayed attentive and made us feel welcomed. You can tell she’s a really hard worker and truly cares about her guests. She turned a long wait into a great experience. Went to Red Lobster today 12/26/2025. Rea is such an amazing waitress. Her personality was great. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us. She was very positive and just overall a great person and waitress. She even surprised me with a little birthday ice cream. Will be coming back here again.

With the recent changes to Red Lobster we were hesitant to go here for my Niece's 18th birthday, however, it was her decision so we held our tongue and booked a table for 19 people. We were told we could show at 3:30 to decorate and the tables would be ready. When my partner and I arrived, nothing was set up, not even the tables. After the tables were gathered, I had to request the menus. I even grabbed the silverware and set the table myself while decorating while my partner cleaned forks and trash off the floors. While doing this, a verbal fight broke out in the kitchen and it sounded like some employees were threatening each other and things got slightly out of hand. Thankfully, our server finally walked up and introduced himself. I think his name was Marvin or Melvin. He wasn't part of the kitchen debacle that took place and he turned our experience completely around. Honestly, if it weren't for him, I was tempted to call my family and have them all turn their cars around before arriving. He served our whole table by himself without missing a beat and he was fantastic. Even when some dishes came out incorrectly or overcooked, it didn't upset anyone because it was handled immediately by a great server. The food was decent, no one complained. The main person to impress was my niece and she had a good time. She got the birthday dessert and we all sang before ending on a good note. Overall it was a good night. Our server made us forget the intro and we left him the rest of the cupcakes we brought.

Food was fresh and actually good. It's been a while since I've patronized a Red Lobster but I'd return for this type of meal production. Service was poignant but weird. When asked for some biscuits Togo she said I can ONLY give you two. Ok. That's sufficient. Thanks for the disclaimer but it made me think there's an issue with take away/to go biscuits. Either way, overtipped and left with no bag to carry the containers. Oh that charge for extra sauce is exorbitant. My gosh.

I'm showing my age a little here. Yet, this place used to be our FANCY family outing growing up. I heard it had fallen off over the years, yet something told me to give it a try. I'm happy I did. Now, the atmosphere was a little "off." The lights were dim at best. However, a few sections were not turned on. Those areas didn't have people sitting in them, though. It was also very cold. Now, I appreciate a little A/C, especially in the summer. But, it was so cold we considered getting a jacket. The service, on the other hand, was great. The waitress quickly came to greet us and take our drink order. While she was managing multiple sections, she came back in a reasonable time with our drinks and the infamous biscuits. I ordered the sesame-soy salmon bowl, and it looked just the picture. It was a good portion of salmon, and the brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly. Even the spring mix and rice were tasty. While it's not the FANCY option it used to be, I can happily say it's a nice lunch spot.

I’ve visited this Red Lobster restaurant a number of times over the years. Not just to pick on this location, a lot of businesses are dealing with prices going up but the quality of service going down. The food was good but service was slow and no refills were offered. It wasn’t that busy but I think our server was taking care of half the tables.

Had a mixed experience at Red Lobster. On the positive side, the food was good and our server, Ekoun, provided excellent service. He was attentive and professional despite it being busy. We waited about 25 minutes for a table, which wasn't too bad for a weekend. However, I have to give a warning about the Ultimate Feast. The menu representation is very deceptive. You really have to read the fine print to see what you're actually getting versus what is pictured. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Great job by the staff, but Red Lobster needs to be more honest with their menu descriptions.

I hung out around the Concord Mills area for some shopping today and decided to stop in at red lobster for lunch. When we arrived, we could tell that the parking lot looked fairly empty so we were actually kind of happy because it wasn’t crowded. However, once we got inside, we were told it was going to be a 15 minute wait time so we were a little confused since there was so many empty seats. We soon realize that they were just sorely understaffed with servers so we then decided to just sit at the bar thinking we would have quicker service. We actually did have quicker service at the bar. Food was decent, but overall the experience was a 2.

Where do I start!!! At first tried 2 sit me at a small booth by the kitchen.. Went to the bathroom 🚻 to wash my hands ; walk pass the kitchen floor was all flooded almost to dinning room!!! Restaurant smell like a flood happens often!! Bathroom was nasty and look like it haven't been cleaned all day and it smelled horrible!!!! Waitress brings out water 💧 and it tasted horrible 😫!!! Waitress didn't ✍️ write down order and brought out the wrong salad 😑 and brought it out with the food, then she brings me the salad out again still wrong in a Togo box 📦 when I didn't ask here too!! Ate biscuits of a napkin!!! Water came out in plastic cups 🥤 as u can see in the pic!!! Waitress didn't even care!!! Food came out with no sauces or butter!!! The service and apthomsphere was horrible 😫!!!! Gettho all out!! I will not be back at this location!!!

No No No, Haven't dined at Red Lobster in years thinking let's go for something different having to be running out dining spots. Should have just left well enough alone. Atmosphere great clean, Service decent but very slow keep in mind it's 2pm in the afternoon only a hand full of customers. Food ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Ordered Side Salad No tomatoes guess what Tomatoes Create your own Ultimate Feast Rice cold as outside Shrimp Cold as inside Shrimp Alfredo Dry as the Desert East. My husband ordered the Grilled Lobster Shrimp & Salmon as pictured yeah right No Toppings they had to melt it in a bowl and he had to build his own by the time they brought out the Side Salad with NO Tomatoes which didnt come out before the entree in the first place, Extra Rice, Melted Toppings and Alfredo sauce we were over it. After speaking with the Kitchen Manager she did credit us 20% off with a coupon of $20 off next visit which we gave to the guest across from us because unless this is the last place on earth to try again I very doubt we will be back. Red Lobster please grow up this Food Chain has been around for years to long to be this poor in service GET IT TOGETHER

I place an Uber order and it was delivered but missing one of the items I ordered. Tried calling 3 times to get the issue resolved and was placed on hold by a worker. I stayed on hold until it timed out and hung up on me I paid for the item but cannot get them to make it right The food I did get was over cooked What my wife ordered was fine

I paid for lobster and shrimp linguine and received linguine with tomato’s. There was not one piece of seafood in this dish. I ordered on Postmates so i wasn’t able to check my food and the restaurant is now closed. Definitely won’t be dining or ordering from here again.

Red lobster in Concord mills NC needs to get their crap together!!. The restaurant itself looks dirty, outdated and the food was super dry and overcooked from the lobster, steak, sides to the last Brussels sprout! Not leaving out the flavorless cocktails, Frozen drinks and Mojitos. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Servers were arguing and cussing wanting to go home. Like we understand you’re tired and want to go home, but it’s not the customers fault. Please do better or close down! Horrible experience. Pricing doesn’t match the experience with the McDonald’s vibes.

Last night, I ordered a medium-rare steak and lobster with mashed potatoes and broccoli for my birthday dinner. When I went to pick up my order, it was ready on time. However, when I got home, I was extremely disappointed. The lobster had red steak blood all over it, they forgot my butter and biscuits, and the steak wasn't even cooked properly-as you can see in the picture below, it was practically raw inside. It looked as if they just seared the outside and left the inside completely uncooked. Obviously, someone either didn't read the order correctly or didn't know what they were doing. My birthday dinner was completely ruined. I tried calling to speak with a manager, was put on hold for a long time, and then got hung up on. I never received a call back or any assistance. Overall, this was a horrible experience, especially for a birthday meal.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! My recent visit to Red Lobster was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Let’s start with our server, Natasha. She was extremely slow, unresponsive, and lacked any sense of urgency or attentiveness. We sat there for long stretches of time without refills, updates, or even basic check-ins. It honestly felt like she forgot about us half the time. The food? HORRIBLE AND UNSEASONED. It was warm — not hot — and the only reason we even stayed to eat it was because we didn’t want to ruin the special occasion we were celebrating. The starter options were beyond disappointing, heavily lobster-based with little variety for anyone who doesn’t want seafood overload — and what we did try was honestly disgusting. The fried were warm and the grilled Shrimp wasn’t seasoned. The sweet chili shrimp was the only option that’s basic yet generic tasting. We were in this restaurant for THREE HOURS — not because we wanted to be — but because that’s how slow everything was moving. To make matters worse, the bathroom was absolutely revolting. The stench of mold mixed with some weird sweet water smell was gag-worthy. For a restaurant of this chain’s reputation, that is completely unacceptable. The manager? Unprofessional and not assertive at all. She didn’t even introduction herself. It was clear our server, Natasha, was overwhelmed and should have had help, but management was nowhere to be found in properly supporting their staff. The seating situation was also terrible. The overall environment was uncomfortable — and to top it all off, there was literally a lamp hanging from the ceiling by a wire. Not secured. Not fixed. Just hanging. Absolutely ridiculous. Between the poor service, subpar food, disgusting bathroom, and overall disappointing atmosphere — I wouldn’t recommend this Red Lobster location to my worst enemy. DO BETTER RED LOBSTER. This was embarrassing!!!

If I could give a 0, I would. This was the worst experience ever. It was my second time giving this place a chance—I thought things had improved with the new menu and national advertising, but nope, it actually got worse. I was celebrating my birthday, and it ended up being a disaster. I ordered the Cajun boil, and it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it. I told my server, and her only response was, “I’m sorry, you’re the second person to mention that.” On top of the extreme spice, it was also way too salty, drenched in butter, the shrimp were overcooked, and the potatoes and corn tasted old. My husband ordered the garlic version, and it was just as bad—overly salty because of the butter, and again, the shrimp and potatoes were terrible. Neither of us could eat our meals. My mother had the shrimp linguine, and it was so salty and watery that she didn’t eat hers either. In the end, we left hungry and with a $200 bill for food none of us could eat. The server was just as bad as the food. Definitely not worth it. Never coming back

The one star is simply for the food. I've had the absolute worst experience at this establishment at the hand of the horrible manager named Alexa Shelton. I came in on a Monday night with four adults and 3 children (2 kids were high chair aged) at 8:13pm we were told to wait for our table would be 45 minutes to an hour. Despite the restaurant being very empty, we were told they were shortstaffed, and that was the cause for the delay. Many of my friends we've worked in the service industry throughout our lives so we were understanding and we waited. The time was 9:35 and we were beginning to get a bit antsy, especially being that they kept holding us and other places nearby were closed so we were expecting to be seated soon. We asked to speak with a manager as we noticed there were other customers also complaining that there was no AC on a 93° weather day. When we asked the host to grab the manager, she disappeared for another 15 minutes. At this point, we have multiple parties of guest at the front looking for anyone that works there as not, even servers were coming by. By 9:45 pm We asked multiple employees from the bartender to servers to please find their manager. One server said "I just clocked out, but I'll go ahead and see y'all and get y'all started" His name was Marvin, and he was absolutely amazing. He saw that there was an issue not being handled and took it into his own hands. After we got seated, he took care of us. Some of the servers were sympathizing with us as they shared that their manager goes missing quite often and even they can't find her when they need her on multiple occasions. After Marvin and Desiree took care of us by the time we got our food it was past closing time so around 10:15 PM, at this point, the manager, Alexa decides to come in approach our table. She doesn't apologize or anything. She simply immediately starts throwing her employees under the bus and claiming no one came to get her or pull her aside to tell her there was an issue. I've worked in the service industry for many years of my life and I know when there's a bad manager and there's a bad server and I feel so sorry for all the individuals who have to work under her as you could clearly tell this was an unprofessional inefficient, horrible manager. I even told her that this behavior as a manager was unacceptable and for her to tell a guest that all six of her employees are lying about trying to pull her was absolutely absurd. For a manager to not even touch the floor for over 2 1/2 hours is absolutely crazy as the whole point of a manager is to maintain quality and assurance throughout the restaurant. Thankfully, the food was great and fresh because everything had to be made on the spot as we were the only table in the building. We tipped our servers graciously because we knew they were really trying to help the best they can while having to deal with such horrible management. Alexa Shelton will be the downfall to this establishment! She's a horrible manager and extremely inefficient, I simply wouldn't let her be in charge of an ant race.

This Red Lobster is located on a main boulevard, a location that is ALWAYS busy! I consider this restaurant a hit or miss restaurant because you never know from time to time how the food might be. Tonight the seafood boil just came out & it’s literally viral on TikTok & the restaurant is basically empty & front server is telling people 25 min wait due to short staff! Food was horrible, the restaurant needs to shut down & start over! This location is dirty & nasty! Come on Red Lobster you can do better. Does the new CEO know this location looks like this…is this actually acceptable! Short staffed, food is horrible, floors are nasty, dirty dishes not attended too, overflowing trash & slow unbothered service. I won’t be going back for a LONG time! Needless to say tonight Red Lobster was a miss!

I wish I could give this a negative. When you spend a lot on dinner the last thing you want is them coming to the table telling you we are out of tomatoes for a salad, no Mahi tuna until after you order it - and kinda think it’s funny. I am so very disappointed!!!! Also the hostess station was ‘so busy’ one staff member way laying her head down. We had to wait to get our drinks 15+ min due to no clean glasses and only allowed one fork! Refills once & came out in a to go cup we didn’t get to keep!

I ordered the fish a chips at a cost of $18.99 and the meal looked like a kids meal. The New! Mariner's Seafood Boil was $43.99 and definitely isn’t worth the price. I hadn’t eaten here in years and won’t be back. I feel sick to the stomach after eating this food.

We came for Valentine’s Day our reservation was at 9:00pm we didn’t get sat until 9:30 and granted they were busy for the holiday but it’s 11:30pm and we didn’t get our food after being advised they was still working on it although the closed at 11pm at that point we just asked to pay for what we had the drinks weren’t prepared correctly when asked about the presentation we were advised they was out of the product used for the rims and even tried to get Desert but was then advised it was frozen. Emily was ok just a little absent minded I’ve been serving for over 10 years and noticed some things seemed as an afterthought. When leaving we noticed the cooks hanging out in the back maybe that’s why we didn’t get our food!

My husband and I stopped in at the Concord Mills location mid-afternoon yesterday (Sunday February 8th). When we stepped in no one was manning the host station (plus the place looked rather empty for being a Sunday). We waited about 5 minutes for someone to appear from the back. The host was pleasant and immediately seated us. We then waited about 15 minutes for someone to appear to start waiting on us. A large group was seated in our section but were done eating and waiting for the check. The waitress finally mosied out from the back like she had all day and had the attitude she didn't want to be there, looked at us, stopped at the large group table and asked if it would be one check. She then proceeded to go to the back of the restaurant where she came from and didn't even stop by to acknowledge us in any way. We got up and left our menus sitting on the table. We will not bother to try that location again...too many other options for this type of service for the restaurant to stay in business. We went over to Bonefish Grill and got a great experience. Good luck staying in business Red Lobster.

I’m soooo irritated. I ordered online and received a text from the Concord Mills location in Concord NC that the food would be ready by 12:24pm. I got there and texted here once I arrived. I sat in the takeout / ordered online spot. No one came out. I went in about 1:20pm in the takeout part of the restaurant. Staff were just walking by ignoring me. Finally I stopped one and told her no one brought my order out. She looked at some screen or something. And said oh usually when it shows on the screen it’s ready we bring it out. Then she looked on the takeout stand where my bag and the was sitting and handed it to me and walked off. Did not say sorry or nothing. I got home looked in my bag because I ordered the coconut shrimp. There was no coconut sauce. There was marinara?? Well I didn’t ask for marinara. If the order says coconut shrimp then where is my sauce for it. Now upset. I called stop speak with a manager and was told they said they’re busy leave a number they’ll call back. So I’m expected to sit and hope they’ll fix this while I’m home 30 minutes away waiting to eat. I paid my money for this type of service? My concerns are not important to you after you took my money gladly. So we’re only concerned about the customers in the restaurant? Your managers needed to be managed.
