Awesome icecream!!! A ton of flavors and great customer service!

We went today, and my son got oreo cookie ice cream. I got the velvet tres leches cake, it wasn't for me. But! Can I tell yall! We got the moon pie and ate it at home and OH! MY! GOD! It's DELICIOUS!

I found the Luliet Spring location accidentally and returned whenever in the area. Shortly after I found them planning to build one very near my home and I visit at least monthly. Love introducing friends to the fresh taste of not only their ice creams but their cookies and macarons. Great place to visit and great owners and staff.

Stopped by this evening for the first time with my family. Such a cute atmosphere. I had the Red Velvet Tres Leche and it was delicious! My family also enjoyed their treats. The girls working the front were also very nice. We’ll definitely be returning.

Update 7/2023 Gave Luliet another shot and this time the service was better. I’ve returned several times for ice cream and macarons. The flavors of both the ice cream and macarons are on point! I’m looking forward to trying their cookies and cakes next! This is my go-to place to satisfy my sweet tooth. ♥️ We tried Luliet for the first time yesterday around 6pm. We both had a scoop of ice cream and macarons. While the ice cream was delicious; it was the service that left a bad taste in our mouths. The girls that worked their seemed to be bothered that they had customers to serve. One came out from the back walking towards the front while looking down at her phone. We felt very rushed to choose a flavor. We weren’t offered any samples but took it upon ourselves to ask for a sample since we saw a trash container on the counter filled with plastic spoons. Each time the girl scooped up the ice cream I cringed. The sleeve of her sweater and bracelets kept touching the ice cream! Please train your staff to be more friendly, courteous and patient. We might come back if I read reviews that things have improved.

This is my family’s favorite icecream and cookie place! We try to come at least once a week. We went today and my 2 year old loves the strawberry icecream while I enjoyed the mango sorbet and the oatmeal cookie sandwich! Highly recommend!

First timer! Had to have a family taste testing. Bought 1 of every cookie last night. 10/10 on all of them, wow! Had a double scoop myself of cereal milk and red velvet. 10/10 perfect texture and creamy ness. Got a bag of shortbread and one of each cake pop for the neighbors, they loved them and can’t wait to take their family. The Oreo & Churro tres leches OMG GOOD! Great location, great parking. They have vegan ice cream too Only feedback, let those girls try everything! Was asking for suggestions & they haven’t tried anything, so I bought everything 😂

I had no idea this place existed - I’m so happy I found it today! The staff were so helpful and friendly, the ice cream and macarons were delicious and it’s not too far, my new sweet spot! They also have outdoor seating where I can bring my pups!

My family and I have been here approximately 3 times. The employee are always so kind and warm welcoming to my kiddos, my wife and I. They are tentative and you can tell they love their job. The ice cream is creamy and delightful. We also had multiple different flavors of macaroons which are crispy, rich and creamy. I personally got the Tres leches red velvet cake, and I will get it everytime, so good, it'll make you want to eat another. Lastly I ordered 2 "Alfaores" and they were so delicious I went back after getting into my car for 5 more! 10 out of 10 Recommend.

Delicious ice cream. My 3-year-old grandson and loved it.

My wife and went there about 130pm, there were 3 people being served when we arrived. Not many sitting down eating. I had a flavor I never heard of Cardjet Avocado (2 scoops so I could fully explore the flavor profile plus I knew my bride would be forced to try mine while she ate hers). My wife had a scoop of Salted Carmel. She said mine was more Carmelly. I really enjoyed mine, and she liked the flavor of mine better, but said hers was good. It was 6.25 for 2 scoops and 4.25 for one. Plus "we" had to try a chocolate cake pop. I don't recall the cost. The staff was very nice, giving my wife a couple samples to help her make her choice. Ice cream is serious business for us, one must not choose poorly. There were lots of ice cream to choose from. The place was clean, actually very clean. Would I go there again, absolutely, and I recommend it to other ice cream afficianados. They have some vegan ice (creamy stuff?) One was Mango, another was Chocolate and a third was some Sorbet, which is important if someone can't tolerate dairy. If you have one of these near you go try it out. The free samples should appeal to you, to help you make your snacking better.

You can taste the difference in this ice cream! Absolutely, super delicious! Without even knowing the ice cream is homemade from fresh ingredients, I could tell it was different than the regular ice cream shops or store bought ice cream. We ordered chocolate and butter pecan ice cream and a gluten free brownie, which I highly recommend for anyone gluten free! They also have an amazing looking selection of cookies, macaroons and cupcakes.

The textures were perfect and it melted in your mouth. I also was interested in the “Cereal Milk” flavor ice cream so I got a kids cone and finished it before I left the lot. We passed by on the way to dinner tonight and decided to try it for dessert. We weren’t disappointed!! It’s ice cream and baked goods. It’s very clean, and although there’s a small sitting area inside, there are several more tables/chairs/benches outside on a deck in the parking lot of the shopping area it’s a part of. This building actually stands alone in front of the strip of stores. It has a lot of flavors to choose from. There were also a lot of baked goods. We got some ice cream, a macaron, and a chocolate chip cookie. We tried several flavors. I tired the chocolate Oreo, blueberry crumble, and raspberry cheesecake. I settled don’t be cheesecake flavor as it was my favorite. One scoop was actually 2, so it’s a good amount of ice cream. She also said they have a “kid’s scoop” which is half of the single scoop. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was a great place to sit outside and enjoy some ice cream. I would recommend going there.

Omg this ice cream is AMAZING! My husband and I love the coffee and salted caramel, and my kids love the oreo ice cream. The ice cream itself is creamy and soft, not like your standard grocery store “frozen dessert” crap. 100% recommend!!

Luliet's beautiful baked goods were a big part of our Christmas holidays. The Yule Log is so lovely and good. Then, there are the cinnamon rolls, just delicious and worth every calorie. Thanks Nelia for all you do....happy holidays.

Walked in and instantly thought "diabetes". Hahaha, but good place to get a snack or desert or even a party gift that's edible for a loved one! Staff is welcoming and courteous!

Sadly, not great. Limited ice cream flavors, maybe considered artisan? My fiancé got chocolate ice cream, which tasted..different. I chose the chocolate raspberry cake--served room temp, with a thick and pasty icing. Looked amateur made, which was incredibly disappointing for the nearly $20 that was spent. 1 piece of inedible cake and one scoop of ice cream with sprinkles. Never again.

There’s a super sweet bubbly Black girl with pretty reddish curly hair that is always such a delight and very helpful when I go in there. Today there was this heavier set woman with glasses who was extremely weird. She didn’t speak, turned the tablet (not 100% sure what’s it called) for me to pay while looking down, didn’t speak or look at me at all. It’s sad because everyone else that works there seems so sweet.

Y’all have lost a costumer. I will never return again. I was there yesterday around 6:30 trying to order and a young lady was taking my order. She was extremely rude. She wasn’t answering me properly, had a VERY rude tone when talking to me, and she was on her phone while I was trying to ask a question. I can not believe she would even be allowed to work there. She was wearing glasses, didn’t have a hat on, and kinda short. Please have a talk with her or get her fired. She doesn’t belong there.

I've been meaning to try this spot for months, finally came in with my daughter for her to pick out a treat after visiting the dentist in the same shopping center - the shop is cute and clean, however there were several 4+ girls behind the counter, and it was such a weird vibe, they may have muttered hi when we walked in but that was about it. The girl didn't seem to want to answer any questions either, we were the only customers, though. I was going to pick out treats to take home for siblings, but felt super unwelcome. It may be great, but I wouldn't use it for a little mommy and me spot again.. which is a shame because it's one of the few little places around with that potential.

I forgot to get her name from her name tag, but, I'll give her description... She is a Tall , black woman with yellow dreads. I was there at 1:35pm , so her manager will know who the staff is. My daughter took a picture of her. Also, once we sit down, more families showed up and her mood changed completely and she even offered them bonus, discounts and deals for their next purchase. I don't usually like to make bad reviews, however, if I will be mistreated for an unknown reason, I will do it so! IF SHE DOES NOT LIKE HER JOB, SHE SHOULD CONSIDER TO GO TO COLLEGE FOR A DEGREE AND GET A JOB SHE LOVES !

I ordered a cake on Monday to be picked up on Saturday at 12pm. Received a completely different cake; the icing had muted colors and the inscription was in a different language. Workers eventually updated that my order was not ready to be picked up -- with no prior phone call/email during the week with this update. I would've been fine if my order was not going to be ready to be picked up at 12pm, so I can accommodate work schedule around it. I had to close down my small business earlier than usual to accommodate their mistakes and pick up my order at 6:30pm. Again, I would have been fine if my pickup time was pushed, but no update was given to me. I was not offered any monetary reimbursement, just a small box of macarons. This is the second time of ordering a cake with this bakery (with enough time) and not receiving it at the correct pick up time. I suggest to call the bakery ahead of time to insure that your cake is actually being prepared before picking it up.

I am very disappointed, me and my family came in today for the first time. 1st the 2 employees were sitting behind the counter on their phones with no greeting. The second problem is when I ask for a 3 macaroons she already started with a attitude. The rest of the time she served me and my husband she had a HUGE attitude. Not sure I’ll be returning after my experience and paying 25 dollars for 2 ice creams and 3 cookies. I hope they learn better customer service!

My son and I waited 5 minutes for fresh chocolate chip cookies to cool. We started to eat our cookie and noticed that one cookie was old/hard and the other cookie was warm and fresh. Why would you give us one old cookie and one fresh cookie if we waited 5 minutes for fresh cookies!!? This is unacceptable!! I will not shop with this business again.

Had the pumpkin cake and it was disappointing. Looks great, but very dry and barely has flavor.

We ordered 8 macaroons and they are inedible. They taste artificial and are full of air bubbles. Will not try these again

Went there first time yesterday, paid for my order wirelessly using Apple Pay, today I got 3(!) marketing emails from them that I obviously never subscribed to and has not given any consent. I hope there will be a class action lawsuit against Square (their payment provider) for such practice someday, but for now I’ll vote with my wallet by never returning to Luliet Creamery for spamming their customers.
