Had a great experience, Alex who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. Our orders came out in a timely manner. Food was delicious no issues with our order. Family of 6. King Club is the best sandwich at this location followed by the Chef Salad. My daughter had the chipotle chicken and bacon spud, she loved it and said it wasn’t too spicy. My wife had a southwest chicken and avocado salad with Caesar dressing, no complaint.

Every time I've ordered take out, service is fast and friendly and food is always so fresh and good! There is an area to sit in. It's always clean, so that is also an option. I recommend the McAllisters Club and the King Club. The king club is literally a massive double amount of the McAllisters club. The ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich is delicious! I have tried the potato soup, but it wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite. Lacked a bit of salt, in my opinion, but still okay. Definitely try the cheesecake, very tasty! 10/10 recommend this location.

Clean, charming atmosphere, and great service! Our food was delicious- fresh ingredients and nice flavor combos. I loved my Spud Max potato, but, be warned, it is huge! We also love that they brew their tea fresh every morning. It was my first time at a McAllister’s- it it won’t be my last.

Good quality sandwich with fresh ingredients. McCalisters has always been known for their sweet tea, and this place continues with a quality cold and fresh sweet tea option. The customer service during my most recent visit was extraordinarily good.

I have eaten here many times and always have had a great experience. I tend to go for the sandwiches and spuds, but several of my friends really love the salads as well. The service is very fast and friendly, Brittany and Cesia always take really good care of me. Everyone is very friendly and they always do that little extra to make it memorable. Would definitely recommend.

Food was great but the service...from walking in to a warm friendly untrusted greeting, to ordering and having recommendations made, food being served with condiments just in case we wanted them. Food was visually on point and tasted even better. Watched staff interact with every guest as if that person was most important person in the place. Alot of seniors who I saw not ever rushed to order and care taken with them. I can't praise the staff enough and in turn the management as well because bad management can ruin great employees.

I was referred to McAlister’s by a good friend of mine, Chaz, who has been telling me for a while that their tea is the best around — and so are their sandwiches. My wife and I eat sandwiches pretty regularly, but usually at another spot (let’s just say, an East Coast–based competitor). Well, while in Conroe a week or so back, meeting friends, we passed a McAlister’s sign and hearing his voice in my head, I finally decided to listen to my buddy. I’m glad we did. Walking in, we were greeted right away. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a nice atmosphere. The young man at the counter (thin build, round glasses) was extremely polite and made us feel right at home. He patiently answered our questions and helped us through the menu. After ordering, I stopped by the restroom — clean and well-kept (men’s room was out of order, but that happens). Our food came out quickly, and it was excellent. The sandwiches were outstanding: soft bread, fresh vegetables, flavorful meats. I tried the mac & cheese, my wife had the cucumber salad, and both sides were delicious. What really surprised us was the service. We weren’t expecting table visits or refills at a deli-style spot, but the staff checked in on us, refilled our drinks, and made sure we were taken care of. That small detail really stood out and made the meal feel special. And yes — I have to admit it; my friend was right. The tea is phenomenal. Easily some of the best I’ve had, and I’m seriously considering that Tea Pass. We’ll definitely be back. McAlister’s has made fans out of us!

I had never gone in here. I’m pretty critical as show on my reviews. This place blew all expectations out of the water. Service Amazing and customer oriented. Food large portions and I eat gluten free bread so they took the 12” Italian sub and put it on 8 slices of GF bread for me. I will definitely be coming back!

We ordered box lunches for an annual meeting. We had more than a couple of compliments on the food. One person joked on the way to the meeting that lunch would be from a competitor so he was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not. So after having both at our annual meeting, it is safe to say you are clearly the winner. Great job. Also upon pick up of our order, the comment was everyone was beyond pleasant, friendly and helpful. Thank you all.

This was our first time at a McAllister's, normally I would feel rushed when ordering at a new place but Brittany was absolutely amazing. She help my whole family pick out items from the menu and allowed my little girl to try the soup before purchase. She checked on our experience several times and was absolutely amazing with her customer service. The food was great but man she made it even better!

As a newer establishment they do have some staffing training to work on. My food has always been prepared correctly and quickly. The sweet tea is one of the best around. Smooth and not syrupy sweet. The pick up window is not a drive through ordering window. You place your order online and pick it up at the window. Those not doing so correctly make the line slow. I like the variety of sides that are not your "same old same old" choices. Those of us with kids have a Mac and Cheese option on the menu. I will be returning when in the area.

Order the southwest CHICKEN salad, got home and realized there was no chicken. Only reason this doesn’t have less stars, is the broccoli cheddar soup that I got was delish. Staff was kind as well! Just super bummed about the salad.

For some reason, at this location, the employee told me they do not accept McAlister's gift cards. Very odd. There was a sign right as you walk in advertising gift cards. 😂 Food was ok. Service a little blah, but good enough, I suppose.

Only thing good about this restaurant is the iced tea. Disappointed to pay almost $14 for half of a sandwich and cup of soup. Barely had any chicken salad on my sandwich and the soup was not edible.

This time I came in hangry and a little irritated so when I ordered the Bacon Spud and got literally just a potato and bacon.. I decided this was the last straw. The cashier was nice and atmosphere wasn’t terrible but my foods been ruined for the last time. I don’t know who’s sick joke this was but I’m done.

I’ve never in my life had a store manager argue and be condescending when telling her the last few times our order has been wrong including this time. I think if they make a manager change they would do a lot better

They credited her ticket and offered additional food. Umm, no thank you! There was a guy behind the counter with a full beard. Not saying this is where the hair came from, but it doesn’t look sanitary. There were at least 6 people working there with only a handful of people in the dining area. You would think among all these employees the food could have been checked for a large hair on the plate. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was gross! Very disappointed!

I received an automated email with an offer for extra points which is useless to me as I am not a rewards member. This location is unfortunately a huge let down and should do better.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your drive-thru. I was informed by the person at the window that you are not taking orders through the drive-thru because of how busy it was inside. However, I don't understand the difference between placing an order at the drive-thru and placing one inside for takeout — both are still takeout orders. I have never experienced anything like this before. If you are not going to allow customers to place orders at the drive-thru, you should not advertise or operate a drive-thru at all. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
