This was our first time at a McAllister's, normally I would feel rushed when ordering at a new place but Brittany was absolutely amazing. She help my whole family pick out items from the menu and allowed my little girl to try the soup before purchase. She checked on our experience several times and was absolutely amazing with her customer service. The food was great but man she made it even better!

Our stop at this restaurant was during lunch time on a Saturday. While relatively busy, we didn’t have any trouble finding a table. We ordered online and waited to get our food at the designated table. The pick two menu is nice so that you can get a bit of variety. I selected a sandwich on croissant with a side Cobb salad. Both were acceptable. Service was fast and friendly.

Could speed up the to go orders. I’ve been waiting more than 10 minutes on a salad 🥗 Management is awesome and friendly. She was checking on tables and cleaning up. I saw her interacting with multiple people as she wiped tables down. I will come back and see how the speed is for dine in.

As a newer establishment they do have some staffing training to work on. My food has always been prepared correctly and quickly. The sweet tea is one of the best around. Smooth and not syrupy sweet. The pick up window is not a drive through ordering window. You place your order online and pick it up at the window. Those not doing so correctly make the line slow. I like the variety of sides that are not your "same old same old" choices. Those of us with kids have a Mac and Cheese option on the menu. I will be returning when in the area.

For some reason, at this location, the employee told me they do not accept McAlister's gift cards. Very odd. There was a sign right as you walk in advertising gift cards. 😂 Food was ok. Service a little blah, but good enough, I suppose.

I grew up on McAlister’s. Absolutely love this restaurant… I don’t know what happened but the last few time i’ve been here they’ve messed up my order. This time I came in hangry and a little irritated so when I ordered the Bacon Spud and got literally just a potato and bacon.. I decided this was the last straw. The cashier was nice and atmosphere wasn’t terrible but my foods been ruined for the last time. I don’t know who’s sick joke this was but I’m done.

For starters, there was a nasty hair in my salad. Not one employee has an ounce of customer service. I walk up to the counter to order and am met with an annoyed stare from the girl taking my order and the kitchen staff. No hello, what can I get you, nothing. They stare at you like you are inconveniencing them. This is the experience every single visit. I have tried to give this location more chances because I’ve always loved Mcalister’s but the hair in the salad and nasty attitudes from my last visit did it for me. One of the kitchen staff was coughing literally around the food not covering his mouth, and also had a very long beard that he was touching in between handling food with no gloves. Not one kitchen employee had a hair net or gloves. The restaurant was not busy, and there was food all over the floor . The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The “team lead” blandly offered me another salad or a partial refund. I contacted corporate with a request to be contacted by phone. I received an automated email with an offer for extra points which is useless to me as I am not a rewards member. This location is unfortunately a huge let down and should do better.

We have been to this location several times. The food is pretty good but the service isn’t great. The manager during the day has an awful attitude as well when the food came out wrong. I’ve never in my life had a store manager argue and be condescending when telling her the last few times our order has been wrong including this time. I think if they make a manager change they would do a lot better

First, when we walked up the “team leader” didn’t not greet us, and seemed bothered. When they brought my daughter’s food out there was a large hair on the plate. They credited her ticket and offered additional food. Umm, no thank you! There was a guy behind the counter with a full beard. Not saying this is where the hair came from, but it doesn’t look sanitary. There were at least 6 people working there with only a handful of people in the dining area. You would think among all these employees the food could have been checked for a large hair on the plate. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was gross! Very disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your drive-thru. I was informed by the person at the window that you are not taking orders through the drive-thru because of how busy it was inside. However, I don't understand the difference between placing an order at the drive-thru and placing one inside for takeout — both are still takeout orders. I have never experienced anything like this before. If you are not going to allow customers to place orders at the drive-thru, you should not advertise or operate a drive-thru at all. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
