Is it even a road trip without stopping at a Waffle House? Crowded enough we had to take seats at the counter (usually an indication of a good place to eat). Staff super friendly, act like family and like they were welcoming us into their home. Food was good a cooked to order. They even suggested apple butter for the Raisin toast and it was great. They were kind enough to give me tin foil to put the toast in so I could eat it in a few hours. Usually I would just leave toast behind, but this was just too tasty. Thank you ladies for a great stop along our travels! Highly recommend this waffle house if you are in the area.

I always try and do unbiased reviews which is why I am scoring this particular review this way. The food is mediocre, nothing special, nothing bad. The atmosphere is alright, but what would make it better is more seating. This is not really a place for large families. I have a family of 8 and we have to sit at separate areas, sometimes at a table and the bar or two tables etc. Needs more seating, locations need to be larger. Service is alright, can be nice and friendly, they obviously know their regulars. But they also give snarky looks when you bring in a bigger family 🤷 Been here multiple times, same experience and quality every time. Would I recommend it? Yeah give it a try, will I go again? Probably not any more, keep being let down 🤷

Wow... Impressive Saturday morning crew! Had folks lined up, waiting for tables. Cooks were working up a storm getting orders out. Overall, this was a good dining experience for my son & me. Only negative: the guy cracking eggs, then picking up several utensils, table rags, etc. THEN placing folks toast onto the plates - all with the same (un-gloved) hands - that ain't cool! Not sure what their policies are, but if you're about to touch ANY FOOD that someone's about to eat, the last thing you should have done is wash your hands!!

This is good, not great breakfast classics. I like the grits, but the toast or Biscuits leave a lot to be desired. It's what you expect from a Waffle House.

My husband and I went in waffle house between 9 and 9:15 this morning. When we walked in there was no greet, none of the workers didn't even acknowledge us to let us know that they'll be with us to be seated, and mind you it wasn't even busy in there. Poor customer service on there part. This was the first time we been treated like this at this location, and we been coming in there for 10 yrs. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

I am a native of Atlanta and WH is a major staple in my city, so imagine my disappointment when I saw this waffle that is mist certainly less than half the size of a normal WH waffle. I guess WH though we wouldn't notice when they trimmed down the portion size of the waffle. I was very disappointed.

Usually this place has really good food. I'm not real sure what was so off about it. Both my daughter and I ordered over medium eggs. I will gag if the white part is runny. The grits were slightly crunchy. The waffles were tough and over cooked. The sausage was watery. I'm not even sure how that is possible. It was not grease it was water.

Montgomery County has a long and well-documented history of racial injustice, and while no one expects perfection, especially not from a casual, no-frills establishment like Waffle House, basic human dignity and equal treatment are not optional. They are the bare minimum. We entered this location fully aware that Waffle House is not a fine-dining experience. We expected a wait, we expected rushed service, and we were patient. What we did not expect was to be completely ignored for over five minutes by two waitresses who made clear, repeated eye contact with us and deliberately chose not to acknowledge our presence. Eventually, an older, short white woman did acknowledge us and informed us they were busy. We thanked her and waited patiently. However, she never returned, and instead told another waitress to serve us. That waitress, who appeared young, with dark black hair, white and working the afternoon shift, was openly rude, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge us at all. Despite us having been seated and waiting significantly longer, she proceeded to immediately serve a white man who sat directly in front of us after we arrived. At that point, we had still received no water, no silverware, and no acknowledgment whatsoever. After more than ten minutes of being ignored, we left. I cannot overstate how disturbing this experience was. I have never been treated this way in a restaurant. This was not a case of being busy or understaffed, this was selective service, and it felt deliberate. Given Montgomery County’s painful racial history, experiences like this are especially unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed, and frankly shocked, that behavior like this still occurs so openly. I will be contacting corporate regarding this incident, and it is fortunate for this location that I am not escalating this further through public media channels, especially given the number of similar complaints from people of color describing nearly identical treatment. This was disgusting, inhumane behavior, and no customer, regardless of race, should ever be made to feel invisible or unwelcome simply for walking through the door. To previse, yes, we ARE Mexican!

Never was disappointed at this location until last week. Went in and ordered but waited almost 30 minutes while others who came in after me were getting their orders. Finally, my breakfast sandwich arrived but I noticed the hash browns they served with it were the one's sitting for almost all of my wait time. When I told my server, she acted as "so what" eat them. I told her to keep the order and walked out never to return.

I love Waffle House, but our server is not good at her job at all. We had Trinity, and she needs to be retrained. We sat down, she did not greet us at all. The first words out of her mouth were “Are you ready to order?” She didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink, but I went ahead and ordered my drink with my food. It took far too long to bring us our drinks. We watched her serve people their drinks that sat down after us. She was very careless with every customer she had. The people next to us had to constantly ask for a part of their meal that was missing. When we were finished eating, she did not clear our place and just left plates and trash in front of us until we decided we just wanted to leave. We will never sit in her section again. Waffle House, do better.
