The undeniable reason for coming back to Church's Chicken is the food. You can't find any other fast food like it. They have great specials on certain days, the spicy and original breading is consistent and perfect if it's your style. I don't like their biscuits much but I don't really care about biscuits. I'm there for the chicken. The only complaint I would have is the prices can be kinda wonky. I love the fried okra but it's 2.99 for the small size, and 5 something for the large.. That's too steep for me. I also think their regular prices on just about everything is too high. They do, however, at least at my local Church's, offer great specials on certain days. I also signed up for their rewards program and they offer several good promotions right away.

Food is good tasting and hot and ready. The only thing is, you have more breading and skin than you do meat. I buy the family pack to feed everyone. However, the chicken legs are so small that my young nephew notices it. That's a bit too much shrinkage. The people there are nice and friendly. Quick at their job and know what they're doing. It's looked the same for decades now, except for the few tech upgrades for payments and a new updated TV. So, it gives a sense of familiarity even if you haven't been there in a while.

Just because it is a fast food restaurant. Bit honestly the place was clean, their staff were nice. I love their biscuits. I am not their chicken funs, but my kids are.

I’m not far from here at all so I order a 8 piece spicy. They had me pull up and wait which was no problem. I assume (I guess that my fault) that my food would be hot. They brought me my bag and I went home. Less than 10 minutes. Everything but the orka was cold and they didn’t give me the spicy chicken that I ordered. I was so upset because I really wanted that spicy chicken.

After asking the drive through associate a couple questions I drove off. She had a horrible attitude and shouldn’t have been at work. I have came here before and gotten great service but not today spent my money somewhere else.

I love churches chicken but this location has the worst management and service team in Conroe. I was charged twice for an order. Told manager about it and he refused to give me either the extra chicken I was charged for or a refund. That was an extra $30! The last couple of times I’ve had issues with the older ladies there as well. Either they are always talking to each other, ignore you, or they mess up your order. One of them with glasses in particular is rude. There are two tho who really stand out amongst the worst employees. Nothing beats the manager tho. The Indian guy is the worst. Pretty sure he owns that franchise place. Didn’t give me no chicken and refused to give me my money back. Played stupid and gave me a million excuses to avoid giving me a refund. That is theft sir!

Went at 9pm and they initially refused to fry any spicy chicken. They said because it was slow they weren’t frying anymore even though it was an hour left before closing. After I got the manager he said ok but it would be 30 min wait. Very poor management and the owner need to know they are costing you money by being lazy. We left and went to Popeyes.

I ordered 5 hot wings and they where horrible. Uncooked on the inside and extremely hard on the outside.

Food was horrible! Chicken tasted like it was fried yesterday and reheated. Smokehouse Chicken had a lot of feathers still on the chicken. Gizzards are also a no, tasted like they were not washed properly before cooking. Fries were old and the biscuits were hard. The mashed potatoes were good.

FOOD: , 2 box combo’s for BONELESS-WINGS, and 2 medium drinks with fries. Total was 20$. The boneless CHICKEN was barely qualified to be chicken nuggets, not to mention that the sauce spilled in the bag and when I took it out it damn there mad a mess of everything, The fries were stale and the soda was kind of flat, but what should I expect? Theres about 5 soda options and the labels are almost faded white. The food wasn’t even hot or warm.. room temperature Service: it was alright but I found the woman to be a little slow. She kept asking did I ask for “2” over again and told me to wait a minute while I was ordering after I said I wanted 2 medium drinks, I was very respectful using ma’am, please and thank you so it wasn’t any envoked reason. I don’t think my order should of token that long (8 mins) if they were scrapping up food in the front and throwing invisible sauce on my “wings” aka nuggets. Atmosphere: was very quiet and only one person was there but in general who cares, you come to get food and leave after. High disappointed. If you go to churches ONLY GET THE STANDARD CHICKEN, if you want to try something you have a better shot at Popeyes, Lubis hell even Mac Donald’s.

I went there because there was Two for five Deal I got charged 11 when it Should been 10 and got two classic spicy chicken sandwich It was dry and worse than a spicy mc chicken and it took 10 minutes for only 4 things I will Never Ever Go There Again
