I went here and had the best drinks of my entire life made by Jessica, they brought me to nirvana. If you don’t go here you’re missing out on the best experience of your life. Also when I went to tell the managers how absolutely amazing she was as a bartender I was lucky enough to be introduced to two of the most competent managers, Michael and Beau. They were also great and very attentive. The food came out fast and hot and was exceedingly delicious with very fair prices.

I don't visit Applebee's often but when I come to this location, it's always a pleasant experience. Everyone worked as a team, was polite, professional and on top of it! Amy was amazing to take care of our large group (even with wearing a boot)! The appetizers & drinks were brought out promptly. The restroom & restaurant were clean. It seems like they have some good lunch deals as well so I'll be back to try those. They even offer parking for Veterans.

Pleasant Surprise at Applebee's As avid food enthusiasts who typically steer clear of chain restaurants, we recently decided to break the mold and give Applebee's a shot for lunch. What unfolded was a pleasantly surprising dining experience that compelled us to reconsider our stance on chain establishments. Walking into Applebee's, we were immediately struck by the welcoming and warm ambiance, which was a perfect respite on a cold and wet afternoon. The decor included charming pictures showcasing the local community of Conroe, Texas, a thoughtful touch that added a unique and entertaining aspect to our dining experience. When it came to the menu, my wife opted for a salad and soup combination, while I went for the classic choice of a hamburger and fries. To say the portions were generous would be an understatement – our plates were brimming with more food than we could handle. However, the true standout was the undeniable quality of the dishes. My wife's salad was fresh and crisp, complemented by a flavorful soup that warmed her up on the chilly day. My hamburger and fries were, in a word, phenomenal. The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, while the fries were golden and crispy – a true testament to the kitchen's dedication to delivering delicious, well-executed classics. What truly impressed us was the realization that, despite our initial reservations about chain restaurants, Applebee's had exceeded our expectations in both ambiance and culinary offerings. The overall dining experience was a delightful surprise, and we left with contented smiles, feeling grateful for having given Applebee's a chance. Should hunger strike again, especially when the appetite is insatiable, we won't hesitate to return to Applebee's. Our lunch at this particular branch has certainly reshaped our perception of chain restaurants, and we look forward to more enjoyable meals in the future.

Food was really good as was the service. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Had a very nice ribeye here. Garlic mashed potatoes were not overly seasoned. Garlic string beans were great. My Grandson did a great job cooking my steak. Enjoyed the meal with my family.

I had the O M Cheese Burger. Cheese is NOT dippable, had to peel it off the 200 degree plate, which my burger was seared to the plate. The burger tasted really good. I really think they should have a dippable Cheese. We had a awesome waitress Selica.

Service is incredibly slow. The wait to receive drinks from the bar also took too long. We ordered the OM queso burger, it's over done and flavorless. Also ordered was the chicken parmesan. Chicken is over cooled and the noodles were served cold.

I stopped with my family for lunch. It was very slow and it still took roughly 30 mins for our lunch to come out. I ordered the Oriental Chicken salad. Unfortunately my salad had so much fried lo mein it made unenjoyable, stabbing my gums with every bite. I sent it back for a house salad. The manager dropped my salad off with ranch. I asked for Italian and the managet was very rude telling me they didn't carry Italian. Unfortunate, instead of different options he was condescending and rude. Sorry but this will be a no go for me in the future. As consumers we are spending too much for horrible food and poor service.

We waited 1 hour and 25 minutes. The music was so loud you couldn't even talk over the table. We asked and explained We couldn't wait any longer. We were charged $7 dollars for the salad.so 14 dollars and had to go home and eat a bologna sandwich. I spike to the blond haired manager she could care less. The bar tender was efficient in ringing up our bill and helping promptly. 3 stars for him. The waiter did his best but management should have been watching the times on food preparation. THIS IS MY 1st BAD review.

Update: I did reply back to the link, but sadly no one ever got back to me. I am pretty fair with fixing ratings if warranted, cause after all, things can always be fixed or at least addressed,but in this case, guess we won’t be finding out, sorry. I usually love going here, and the last time service was great, however this time, it was slow, very slow since our server was given a table with about 20 people, so his focus was on that table. We saw him to take our order and then about 40 minutes later when we’re about to leave. We had someone else get our first refills but then we were done with dinner and the manager had to get our receipt. The manager knew we were upset, but like usual no one takes responsibility so it was no big deal to them, but we ended up having to go somewhere else for more drinks. Sorry, but customer service is not what it should be.

First and last time. The servers were great. Friendly enough and they did check our table to make sure we were okay. With that being said that was all that made the trip worth it. I ordered a rather large alcoholic drink that was watered down. The appetizer was actually good and hot. We did enjoy it so we were very optimistic about our food. Then it all crumbled. There was absolutely no favor. Bland and quite tasteless. I was so disappointed I regretted the choice of going there. It wasn't as clean as you'd wish to see a restaurant. And overall it wasn't the best experience. I've spent less money for food that was 1000 times better. Sad to say 75 bucks later and I was 100% sure I would never be returning.
