The atmosphere is very beautiful, we had a reservation however we waited a very long time. We were ready to leave after sitting for 20 min to be greeted by our server. The server was very kind and attending to multiple large tables. I ordered chicken parm. It tasted strongly like eggs and was soggy. The suace had a great taste. I had high expectations for the food due to the price and the reputation. The cheesecake was very good, soft and flavorful, large peice and well presented.

Ordered to-go through their app and everything came out good! A little annoying parking and then trying to get our order but it wasn't too bad. The pizza was good and cheesecake was even better.

Food was good and so was the service. There were some gluten free choices. Not many. I ended up ordering a beet and avocado salad. It was delicious but small portions. The asparagus is delicious. My husband had Steak Diane. The portion size was small. He really enjoyed the side of mashed potatoes. I warned him that the portion sizes were large but we were both surprised.

My first time here at The Cheesecake Factory by The Woodlands and all I can say is that the food was amazing, and the cheesecake Sorren recommended was delicious.Sorren was very nice waiter and always made sure we were ok. We got the Toasted Marshmallow S'Mores cheesecake. For appetizers we got Fried Macaroni and Cheese. I would definitely recommend to come here and have dinner. Thank you Sorren for being are waiter and made us have an amazing experience.

We enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. My salad was not fresh so I sent it back. Our food was very good We ordered the Grilled Fish Tacos and Evelyn Favorite Pasta with shrimp. The strawberry lemonade and the peach lemonade was very delicious. Our waiter Cristian T. was awesome. The outside area is very beautiful at night. We enjoyed our evening.

A friend and I sat down for a late lunch. The bread was what I was most excited for. We were told it is only available upon request. We requested, we were given a small serving of the white and the wheat. I ordered the chicken parmesan “Pizza”. It was HUGE, very big portion. However, there was a piece of plastic on the underside of my chicken….. I am guessing it comes prepackaged. The chicken was soggy, but overall good flavor. However, I assume this was frozen. My friend throughly enjoyed the orange chicken.

Experience started off well. But went down hill as soon as our food arrived. This review could have been saved but our waiter didn’t come to check on us for a while. Only half of the dinner came out and no one stopped to check on us. We had to ask someone where the rest of the food was and to make corrections to what we received as it was not what was ordered and I had to ask for a steak knife to eat my steak after it was almost cold. It didn’t help something was wrong with my dish and they offered to replace my dish but I had waited so long and I was starving at this point and really irritated by the waiters non existent presence. The restaurant was not busy. They did offer a comped slice of cheese cake which was delicious but I was not at all satisfied with the waiter. Not a good first impression for a restaurant that is hard to get a table at where I live locally. Overall the food appearance and taste was great. The steak quality was fatty but it was cooked to my satisfaction and taste. Please make sure your cook wear is inspected and replaced accordingly. Desert delicious. Wait staff, needs some work listening and timing.

I’ve been going to the Cheesecake Factory for decades. A lot has changed in my opinion. I had a sweet server when I went but the food has went down in my opinion. Pricey and just not the best anymore. The cheesecake has always been good and variety can’t be beat. May patronize once in a while, just not a favorite anymore. It’s a mall location so it’s really tight on the parking. It’s very loud in here as well. Dimmed lights create some ambiance.

Service was good. But host was at best incompetent... or just didn't care. Waitresses saved the experience. But was a bit disappointed that there needed to be saving. Host called us up. Then proceeded to make my elderly in laws with walker and dementia wait for 10 minutes because the table wasn't actually ready. Situational awareness would have been good. We made the best of it once the sweet server took over.

I've been coming here for years and this past week was the first time we had disappointing outcomes for our food. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was breaded poorly, and the chicken that was used for the nachos was different. Not sure if theyre trying a new recipe or what happened that day, but normally we have a better experience. Hopefully it was a one time thing, we mayyyy consider coming back in the future. Also, kinda ridiculous how much 1 slice of cheesecake costs.

horrible overall experience in nearly every aspect. Called ahead to make a reservation for 12 but was told they could only do 6, so they did the the reservation and said theyll made a note that thered actually be 12. Finally got sat 50 minutes after arriving to our reservation. Waitress was nice but we didnt get drink orders til abt 15 minutes after sat or bread for a little longer.didn’t take our me orders til an hour and a half after we sat.. food took another 50 minutes. Pasta had been sitting so long it was stuck together, steaks were overcooked, someone got fried fish in their chicken tenders… i ordered an impossible burger w/o special sauce (because i am vegan) with a salad and balsamic. When the burger came out the balsamic had spilt onto the burger on the plate, annoying but not such big deal that id want a new one id just wipe it off however the burger had the special sauce which i cant have, the manager was nearby the table so we had called her over and she apologized and offered to get it remade for me. YAY. After sometime my table was done eating and almost ready to go but my burger still wasnt out so we had told them just to cancel it, and they offered me a free cheesecake slice as an apology. They said it was “vegan based” and gluten free. The GF cheesecake is not vegan cheesecake factory does not have a vegan cheesecake option btw idk what they think vegan means maybe they meant vegetarian but whatever i would just give it to somebody else in my party who is not vegan except we never got the cheesecake slice. Imagine if someone had a genuine allergy to dairy in the cheesecake and staff said it was vegan and they had an allergic reaction cause its not…Server was very nice but she only came by a few times and we were there for a total of 3 1/2 hours from arrival-leaving, it was busy so i dont blame her she probably had alot of tables and alot going on but everything combined with the waits and the food was just super a bad experience. The bathrooms were disgusting and trashed too and yet not stocked so only 1 stall could be used. I also work in food service and usually give lots of grace for waits or mistakes but this was endless.

I don’t know what it was but this particular friday night 10/31/25 everything was just going downhill my husband’s steak wasn’t cooked correctly, he got rare instead of medium well. My korean fried chicken i asked for the sauce on the side and when it came out my sauce didn’t end up on my table until 10 minutes later, not to mention our drinks were never refilled only the manager last minute refilled my husbands drink when there was only ice in the cup. Our server in particular was no where to be found most of the time, and that really irritated me. I am a server myself and i just hated the service i received from this establishment tonight. If any management people read this please talk with ur team about customer service and making sure everything they need actually ends up on their table.

Today my fiancé and I went to eat dinner. We were seated fairly quickly but then it went south from that point. First our waitress seemed as if she was rushing us to order, then when we did order and received our food, my fiancés food was very cold. Then when we asked for our slice of cheesecake that the manager offered us to make up for the cold food the waitress took a very long time to bring us the cheesecake. We actually had to get up and find someone to get our bill and when the waitress saw that we stood up she then came to bring the cheesecake. Our experience here was very unpleasant and will not be returning again to this place.
