Have experienced bones in the steak and chicken on the last 2 visits. They didn't seem bothered when the big bone was brought to their attention. The ice machine has been down for several weeks. They don't tell you that when you pay for drinks. Disappointed in this chipotle. :-(

Food was terrible. The lady barely gave me a half a scoop of steak. Got charged $ 20.00 for the amount of food that would have fit in one taco. Very disappointed.

I ordered this thru a delivery app and have been sent through the ringer. Cannot get ahold of the restaurant to see if they have the rest of my order. And i spent a lot of money on this. This a mess up on both sides and i know for a fact their burritos are twice the size of what I received. $75 spent and this is what i got. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend

They close @ 11, I drove 20+ minutes DIRECTLY FROM WORK, to get there 6 minutes before closing. and they have the door locked? no establishment should close early unless there’s safety risks getting home. i’m sorry i was working and busy this morning and wanted the bogo? .

The food quality has gone completely down. This will be my last order from Chipotle. The last four times I've gotten something from them something has been not cooked enough or not cooked at all, this time it was the rice still very crunchy. If I knew I'd get a refund I drive the 30 minutes back to town, but getting someone on the phone to see if I get a refund is impossible. Deleting the Chipotle app now and never ordering it again. A waste of $14.

Placed an online order. Had to keep going back into the restaurant to get things like napkins & plasticware they didn’t put any in the bag. I thought my food was good til I found a really long string of brownish color hair in my food, which made the food disgusting. I’ll never eat at the Conway location again they are too careless.

This Chipotle location continues to give horrible portion sizes. Out of every Chipotle I’ve online ordered from, they continue to provide the worst portion sizes compared to other franchises. This is not normal and the past few online orders have all been this way (even when asking for extra rice). If you’re going to order from this Chipotle, go into the store. Corporate even said they passed down words to stores to increase portions, but clearly Conway’s store didn’t get the word.

I don’t know what has happened to chipotle it use to be so good! I went yesterday and the food was cold and no flavor at all. The young lady making the food was just slopping stuff together literally. The restaurant itself was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I will not be going back there almost $40 on food and had to throw it away.

The customer service from the start was awful. Like so sorry we showed up to eat and ruin your day. She didn’t add drinks like we asked so had to repay. The entire facility is DISGUSTING. NOT ONE TIME HAS ANYTHING EVER BEEN WIPED DOWN. It’s just overall bad and needs a complete scrub with new staff and management. Dont waste your money or time.

We have been coming to this Chipotle since it opened and never had an experience like this! They are dirty! The counter is dirty! The floors are dirty! The bathroom is dirty! They literally stopped in the middle of making our bowl to take bets on what the next customer was gonna order and fuss about how they weren't getting paid like they should! I told them I have allergies and they gave me guac with cheese in it! We had to wait for large chips to be made and, when I went back up to see if they were ready, the girl handed me a small bag that had been sitting there for a while (they were hard) and then said they were large chips in a small bag !!! It was bs! She literally lied to me to excuse me!! So I handed them back and said I wanted my large bag. They took another 10 or so minutes to get us a bag. That happened because one of them noticed we had already eaten and got up to wait on the chips before we left. While they were making bags for others who ordered way after we had already finished our food. Then the girl at the front DIDN'T CHANGE HER GLOVES AFTER DEALING WITH MONEY AND MADE OUR BAG OF CHIPS! We travel all over and Chipotle is our Go-to! I started going when it was hole in the wall in Denver !!!! This was the WORST excuse of a crew that we have ever experienced!! You Can't blame it on just being college kids because there have been college kids working at this one for years and we've NEVER experienced service like this ! If I could give this crew 0 stars, I would. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ALPHA-GAL, STAY AWAY FROM HERE !! THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE AND DON'T LISTEN !!!!!!

Save your time and go to the chipotle in Little Rock this is the worst chipotle I have ever had I had to drive an hour for really nun selfish with the sour cream and the person at the front changed the price twice I hate the other one wasn’t open when I came wish I can get my money back they also rushed cooking the chicken it was literally chewy 🤦🏽

Note: I reported this to your corporate headquarters and I filed a complaint with the state health department to inspect this location. You're lucky I only slipped on the wet floor and didn't fall. I walked into the Chipotle location 915 E Oak St, Conway, AR 72032 on 8-6-2024 and failed to look around the restaurant before ordering. I ordered a chicken bowl, small guacamole and chips to go and as it was being put together I realized that the restaurant was absolutely filthy. There was trash all over the floor and lots of trash around the trash cans. There was a previously full, spilled drink in front of the condiment area that made the floor dangerous to walk through. Many of the tables were filthy and sticky even though there was only one person eating at the tables. The kitchen area was filthy and food was everywhere all over the counters. The floor was filthy and I could see dirt and food everywhere. It was BY FAR, the nastiest, dirtiest restaurant I've been to in years. YUK! Unfortunately for me I had already ordered by the time I really looked around at the dirty restaurant. I took my order home and thought I would try the chips. They tasted old and bitter and had the texture of greasy leather. I opened the guacamole but it has lots of black old avocado in it so both went into the trash. I tried one bite of the chicken bowl and through it into the trash too. The chicken tasted weird and old. I am sure hoping I don't get food poisoning from that bite. NASTY, DIRTY restaurant with employees that could care less. Beware of this dirty place!
