We go to several different pippers and they are good and they never disappoint. The pizza is always good and my kids never leave empty handed. Whether it’s tickets being turned in for items or they just leave with a card full of points, they always have fun!

1st time here in a long time,. Not bad for the price and buffet from 11 to 2pm. Some of the games are expensive. Not like Chucky.E.Cheese where everything is 1 point. But I like the horse ride for small kids. You do have to hold them because there's no seat belt.

I made a reservation online for a Birthday Party. It was very easy. The Pizza was good. The games there were a few games to chose from and the Party gave every child 10 points each and the games were 1-2 point per game so in 5 minutes they were done lol so i had to spend another $100 for additional points for all the kids. Overall i spent $280 for the Party which was reasonable. There was no music so it made it kinda Boring a little music would be nice. The party Host Debanhi was so helpful and kind and sweet she made sure we had everything we needed. Thank You! Overall my 4 year loved it and had a Blast. :)

This is the 2nd one that I have been to it is very nice inside but the pizza buffet was terrible I got there when it opened they had a very limited selection they never cooked another pizza because it wasn't crowded I waited 3040 minutes mainly ate salad as the pizza was drying out and buying out and nasty buy them and not a very good selection otherwise the restaurant had a very good appearance And the restrooms and dining area was very clean and presentable

Pizza on point and games were fun with my kids and my girl , we got the pizza and coins pack , party pack is what my girl just told me but either way , it was a way to get some very much needed quality time with the family , thank you staff for hooking it up

Good place for the young kids and parent to hang out and have a fun time 4/5. Pizza was decent, the crust was crispy👍. Wings only available buffalo flavor and were trash, taste like they are bought precooked, taste of preservatives. Regret buying the 20pc. Atmosphere was chill, families had their own tables, celebrating birthdays, kids and parents having fun, adults chilling while kids play.

Ok for pizza. Sometimes the service is good and sometimes it is not. They can never manage to have my cheese bread out at the same time as my pizza!! Came again another time and they had cheese bread ready but could not find my pizza. Then tried to tell me that they gave my pizza away because i did not hear my name called - i had the vibration thingy that never rang. Always have young kids working here who dont really care - too busy on their phones. Pics 4&5 from my last visit - surprisingly everything went well this last visit so upped my rating to a 3. Another day and pic of garlic cheese bread.

My daughter and son in law reserved your Pasadena location for my Grandson’s 4th birthday. I have attached screenshots that gives my location to this location, the party package and the game play description! Upon arrival we were informed that each child (10) will receive a card with 10 “points!” Which in the game play description it states unlimited play?!? We were told that unlimited play is by location and the website is by corporate and the Pasadena location doesn’t do unlimited play. As you can imagine my 24 year old daughter and 25 year old son in law, who both work and my daughter is a full time student DO NOT have the money to purchase enough “points” for l these kids to have a decent time. They could only afford to put 20 more “points” on each card which put more strain on their already budgeted money. I went and spoke with the manager on duty, Zoey, which helped the most she could. I asked if we could to even 50% off an additional 100 “points” per card, she called Cody Chancey (I assume she called him or another manager, that would need to be confirmed on your end) and came back to let us know that they could only give what this locations game play for birthday parties offered. If this is how your company wants to do business I can understand why the parking lot was dang near empty when we arrived! This is false advertisement, as it does not state in the birthday party package that it is per location. This was an unnecessary and added stress to a young couple and put a damper on my grandsons 4th birthday! I feel like some sort of compensation is due to them and a change in your website needs to be addressed. They basically paid $150 for 3 pizzas, 10 drinks and a table for 2 hours. For reference, my husband and I did a birthday at chucky cheese with 1 full hour of play, 2 pizzas, drinks, dessert and salad bar for 8 for the same price. I hope that you can address this situation and make this right for my child, son in law and especially my grandbaby!

The service was atrociously slowly. Went there on a Texans game-day but there is no excuse for the waiting staff walking right by you even when you’re calling out for assistance. If that wasn’t enough, the food was super greasy and I’m sure it took a few years off my lifespan.

Came to celebrate my nephews birthday and they took forever to bring the pizzas. They need to have pizzas ready when guests arrive. Everyone is just standing instead of making sure tables are served.
