The drinks are fantastic and the food was yummy. I just got the pic 3 appetizers, but every one of them was good. The chicken tenders were perfect as they were crunchy on the outside and super moist on the inside.

Best food we have had since we have come to Texas and also the cheapest ! Everything was super fresh and came out perfect! Big amount for the price and everything tasted so delicious 🤤 Rosie took our take out order and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and perfect she even put in extra ranch like I asked💕 the ranch is so delicious 😋 everyone was happy and stuffed full!!!

The food and prices were pretty good, along with serving sizes. The waiter was constantly on top of keeping our glasses full and informing us on our food status. The place needs "something" to liven up the place. It still has the same look as it did years ago. This might be the reason it's been like 10 yrs since I've been to a Chili's.

I ordered roasted street corn but I didn't expect it to be completely burnt and inedible. Also the to-go margaritas were spilled in the bag; maybe different lids would've helped the matter. Updated The food was great but I felt the portion size of the carne asada was too small. Our waitress was working at the bar and our surrounding section. They are very hardworking and kind individuals.

We had a large event at my job and several of us went here for lunch in small groups, so, it was busy. 5 of us sat at our table. Everyone received their food, except for me. I was told it was coming, and it did, a good 10-15 minutes after the rest of my table. The waitress and manager did come to apologize, and they comped my meal. When we were ready to leave, there were issues with the card reader on the table, the waitress is nowhere to be found. We are eventually able to flag her down, she tries to fix the machine but can't. The manager also comes over, also can't fix it and says she will have to take care of it in the back. We were 1 of the first of our staff to arrive and were the last of us to leave. We were 15 minutes late returning to work. Not a good experience. We have the all day meeting annually, we're already planning to go elsewhere next year.

I have no clue what happened to this location but it has fallen apart from what it looks like. I got sat at the bar with my wife in infant which is kinda weird considering the regular tables had more than plenty of room. Then got the bartender for a waitress who’s more interested in her bar customers than people who just want food. I had to actually get up and go to the kitchen and ask a waitress for a refill. Had to send back queso cause the first one was flavored water. This location fell off

Went in for a late lunch. We requested a booth but was told we couldn't because they only had two waiters. Really on Labor Day only TWO. Close your doors. She finally sat us at a booth in the bar. Waitress came over quick to take our drink order. Two sweet teas is what we ordered and was brought unsweetened. When we ask the waitress she quickly got an attitude. She ask would you like sugar for them no what part of sweet tea do you not understand. Finally she brought two sweet teas. Congratulations one thing right. We ordered and to our surprise we didn't have to wait long. The food was OK but nothing to brag about. I guess the waitress got her feelings her or she was mad at herself for having to work today. We would probably still be waiting to pay if the manager hadn't ask how was everything and we said we wanted to pay. I didn't discuss this with the manger because I would of gotten the genetic answer they give everyone. All I can say is this place needs to hire more help and teach the few you have that if you upset the customer you will closing your doors.

WHO LIKES DRY SALAD?! Not me! Not me! This salad was ordered for a delivery for the second time in months! Why? Because the last time it was ordered the dressing was NOT included. This time, February 21st 2024 , it again was NOT included. I called Chili’s to ask if they had salad dressing. The person who answered the phone said “yes… we have dressings.”. I stated, “ I ask this because,I don’t order much but the last two times I have they haven’t included dressing for the salad.” ,which is the “Meal”. DON’T ORDER SALADS FROM THIS CHILI’S IF YOU WANT DRESSING! they are DRY. Photos included… please see. They offered me a free salad but I did NOT accept because it should have been correct the First and Second time. Also, I’m not THAT freeloader. These pictures are from two days later after having had sat in my fridge. Thank you H-E-B for the value size of Ranch dressing you offer. FYI this review would have gotten “0’” ⭐️

Not sure what I did to this lady but ask for my drink. She served it with No lid, full of ice, less than half full and she just stabbed a straw in the cup. I looked at the lady sitting next to me and she got the full service...she got a martini glass, a cover for her drink and her drink was full. Not sure what I did to this bar tender or was it my ethnicity that disturbed her. After speaking to the manager who tried to make several excuses for the bar tenders poor performance I paid my meal minus that drink but didn't even get my dessert. The 2 for 25 comes with a desert.
