They do a good job here overall. If you want and like Olive Garden food, they do a very good job. It is hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and we get good service. My family usually eats here once a month. We go just a bit early because it will fill up on a Friday or Saturday night at dinner time. When the restaurant is full it can get noisy- but that is not a knock on this location, that is why we go earlier before the dinner rush. I feel that the value for the meal served is good.

I took my boys here for dinner tonight. It was late, but my youngest wanted to dress nicely. While eating the manager stopped at the table to tell my son he looked nice. When he found out he just wanted to dress nice for dinner, he rewarded him with a free dessert. I didn't catch the mans name, but as a mom raising two boys on my own, I appreciate when a man takes time to teach my boys the value in caring about appearance. It was a much appreciated life lesson, and to top it off, food and service was fantastic.

To celibrate our four year wedding anniversary, I took my wife and I here. The hospitality here exceeded expectations. Among the many great choices of dishes, the Tour Of Italy is a "must try" in my opinion. Great overall experience.

I may be spelling their names very wrong but we had a wonderful sweet, attentive server named Vesnie. She was great. The manager Asad also checked on us and was so kind. I have ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala to be delivered several times the last few weeks and it is amazing every time! This last delivery I requested extra marsala sauce not really expecting to receive it but did! Ive tried Chicken Marsala from many Italian restaurants but none have beaten Olive Gardens! Not only was Thomas an amazing server. He's an honest guy. My daughter left her Airpods on the table and he turned them into the manager Tiffany. I had been craving chicken Alfredo and the Olive Garden commercial for their never-ending pasta bowl reeled us in...hard! The soup and salad are always great starters...but enough to fill you up before your massive plate of pasta. I'm craving was more then satisfied with this huge serving of chicken Alfredo. Definitely not the best choice of you're trying to make healthy diet choices but worth the indulgence. It was the perfect temperature and flavor, pasta was cooked meet right. Great stop for a filing pasta meal.

I like that they offer “feature items” often. Tonight I tried the spicy 3 meat sauce angel hair pasta. It was delicious. Their flavored tea was refreshing with their Italian donuts! I dipped mine in raspberry sauce. All my taste buds were satisfied!

Tonight was our first time at this location. We love olive garden food but the service was outstanding!! Our waitress was Yosi and she was the best server i have had in a long time. Give that girl a raise. She was so friendly, smiling, accommodating and even hooked us up with to go bread, mints etc. She constantly checked on us even though she was busy and recommended the extra pitcher of wine instead of buying a bottle which was better for us. Haven't been to an Olive Garden in many years. This was a great date night out for my wife and I. The service was great. The food was freshly prepared and very delicious. We had the Manicotti and Shrimp Scampi tonight with all you can eat salad and bread sticks.

Took the family for dinner! The food was delicious, didn't look too good,the fish was a bit burned and the pasta was a bit hard, but nonetheless delicious!!!

Me and my family came here on a Sunday evening to have dinner, and we were seated and taken care of very quickly and attended to very well. We were treated so nicely by our kind waiter Thomas M. My Boyfriend and I had the greatest experience at this olive garden. Our server Michelle was incredible! She was very attentive and friendly. She refilled our drinks without us having to ask and brought us plenty of breadsticks. The manager came by and we complimented Michelle’s service again! The food was delicious and piping hot. His warm smile and genuine welcome instantly made us feel special. The Never Ending Pasta Bowl was fantastic—my fettuccine alfredo was creamy bliss, my uncle’s spaghetti with meat sauce was robust, and my aunt loved her vibrant rigatoni marinara. The unlimited soup, salad, and garlicky breadsticks were perfect, with Seth keeping them coming effortlessly. Seth’s service was exceptional. He anticipated every need, joking about “sauce attacks” when my aunt dropped a napkin and piling on Parmesan for my uncle’s “cheese mountain.” His playful stories had us laughing, and his attentiveness left us all smiling. The tiramisu dessert was a sweet finish, and Seth’s suggestion for a post-dinner stroll capped a perfect night. Olive Garden, Seth’s a keeper! Five stars—we’ll be back for him.

We had such a great experience at Olive Garden tonight. Our server, Bryan, was quick, kind, and very friendly. He made sure our drinks were always full and kept the breadsticks and salad coming, which made the whole meal even better. Not all locations do everything right but this one certainly did on this visit! Seated immediately for an early dinner and greeted by host server Saniyah, who come to find out was a new hire only about 4 days in but it seemed like she'd been on staff for a lot longer. Saniyah answered all questions, was very efficient in all aspects as well as taking a moment to make sure my 93 year old neighbor had everything she needed. The food doesn't seem to change across all locations insofar as quality and quantity so basically, delicious. The restaurant was clean and organized and front of house manager Emily did a fantastic job stopping by to check on us and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy this visit as well so my elderly neighbor definitely had a wonderful dining experience!

This place is either over crowded or nearly empty. I've never met a happy medium. The staff are not that attentive to their tables when it's busy. It's not always clean. I've only had problems with their soups. They sometimes either give you to much broth or too many components.

Great food for a dinner with the family. My family has to avoid many allergies, so we can't have the bread sticks. We really wish Olive Garden had gluten free bread sticks. I love Olive Garden. However, this review is only for the one on Fairmont in Pasadena, TX & excludes all the other locations. I requested a booth in the bar area after arriving an hour before they closed. At my request, I was seated where I could watch the Astros vs Yankees for their last playoff game. 2 people were sitting at the bar watching the game & conversing with the bartender. I ordered their unbelievably delicious stuff ziti fritta, along with chicken gnocchi soup, chicken carbonara, and their perfectly made Peach Bellini Tea. I did not mind waiting for their garlic bread to finish baking because it was delivered a few minutes later warm & very soft. When the Astros were ahead, the bartender said "I hope the Astros lose so he would not lose his bet against them." When the teams where tied, he said, "the Astros are going to lose". The man sitting at the bar left the restaurant & the woman went to the restroom. The bartender changed the tv to the Dolphins football game. I asked him, "why he changed the channel". He said it was a commercial break and he liked the Dolphins. The manager told him to change the tv back to the Astros game. He was not happy about it. When the woman came back to the bar, the bartender complained about what happened to get her support. She then left the restaurant. Although the food was very good, I felt very uncomfortable eating there and quickily finished my meal. People like me who eat at the bar want to watch the game and root for their home team. They don't want to hear the bartender badgering their favorite home team. He should have just kept his comments to himself. I do not think I will return to that location again. There are plenty of other locations, I can sit at the bar and enjoy eating a wonderful meal while rooting for my favorite team.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because, after several visits, I’ve noticed something that I feel is worth mentioning. The manager, Tiffany, often stops by certain tables—usually those with white guests—to check in, but tends to walk past people of color without doing the same. It’s happened more than once, and it does make the experience feel a bit uneven. Everything else has been wonderful

While the dish looked fantastic, I would recommend steering clear of the pasta that starts with a "B." It was quite thick and didn't complement the dish well, so I suggest ordering it but opting for a different type of pasta to enhance your meal. Definitely has gone down hill over the years. Food tastes quickly made from a can or jar. Homemade flavors gone by the wayside. Waitress acted like she was in a massive rush, even though the place was over half empty. Will not be my first choice again any time soon.

Good service, and food is consistently fresh. Not the biggest fan of everything on the menu. But if you’re going to Olive Garden, you probably know what you want already. My go-to are the pastas and the soups. The shrimp scampi is pretty good too.

As I sit here, I noticed these people are becoming more and more stingy with the bread. I have found other location tend to give you what you require, but this location steer clear from it. Terrible service, at one point the waitress just stopped coming and asking what we needed to avoid giving us bread.

I absolutely hate this restaurant and its service. Last night me and my family went to go eat at Olive Garden, the food was okay and the waiters were very nice. Although the only thing that I did not enjoy is that today we went to pickup my mom’s purse because we had left there last night on accident. We told the manager what had happened then handed my mom’s purse back. Before we left the restaurant, my mom made sure that everything was in her bag where it was supposed to be. She ended up realizing that someone had stolen all of her money in cash that was about $300 and some expensive jewelry that included my dad’s wedding ring, her gold rosary and some James Avery charm bracelets. Of course we went back inside Olive Garden to report this incident that had happened. Then after a few minutes the manager come back and tells us that they can not do anything about it because they do not have CAMERAS inside the RESTAURANT, which I found absolutely ridiculous and absurd. My mom was very devastated especially because somebody had taken my dad’s gold wedding ring. I will not be coming back to this restaurant and will be making a statement to the police. So please if you are going to this Olive Garden, please be careful with your belongings.

You guessed it. The peppers! Really Olive Garden🧐

Got chicken Alfredo. Sauce was extremely watered down with no flavor and you could tell the noodle have been precooked for a while

Called for a pick up and this is how they serve it. And the manager on duty says nothing she can do about it. Have you talk to the Gm tomorrow. Not even offer to replace the meal. Not only got all over the other food. Leaked all over my brand new car.

I need to take a minute to rate this vist we experienced this past sunday. Our waiter was new she had 2 managers behind her attempting to fix the problem. We were greeted taken our orders. The appetizer came before the drinks. We waited a whole 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to be ready. The food finally got there order was wrong. We ate food seemed overcooked and undercooked pasta. We all got sick from the stomache

Chicken with fettuccine and broccoli. Hardly any sauce on the nearly $25 entree. Normally this dish would be smothered in sauce, but not at Olive Garden. I’m told the food comes pre-packaged with a set amount of sauce. Salad and breadsticks were alright. Staff was nice and friendly.

I order dinner and it was not the best. I order the chicken Alfredo and it taste like I was just eating noodles with chicken did not have enough sauce my husband got the tour of Italy and the Parmesan chicken was not even cook all the way and the fettuccine did not have enough sauce we spent over 100 and the food was not satisfying they need to do better not sure if I will order from there again to pick up!

Ordered the "Tour of Italy". it was absolutely disgusting, I was pretty dang hungry so I ate a little. Thank goodness I filled up on salads and bread sticks. This plate looked like it sat under a heat lamp for about 10-12 hours. All of the other plates at my table looked decent but this was atrocious. Do better

Well, I went in today and ordered three soups and a salad to go. Service was good. I ordered at the bar, she brought all three bowls out in the and bag, stacked three high, . Got it all to the car, questioned the packaging and put it into a tote bag of my own. Almost got out of the parking lot before the bags turned over, all three soups spilled, the salad came open and the bread sticks got soaked. Made a mess in my car, and lunch was ruined!!! Got home with the mess, tried the bowls and noticed they don’t even close well, not to mention it was liquid, what a disappointing experience. I don’t even know what else I can say.
