i don’t understand how 1. apple pay only works in store & 2. the grill closes at 9:45 but the store is open until 10pm. also, the employees are very nice but management/owner always seems to have an attitude when he takes orders. food is always good, icecream is hit or miss.

I went through the drive-thru for a kids meal and a burger combo. They had me drive around and wait for my order on the other side. They took 10 more minutes to bring my food out. The chicken strips in the kids meal were over fried, they looked burnt! My granddaughter even said they were burned! I was so disappointed because they used to always have great food. Now that the Senior owner is not there, I feel the quality of the food has gone down. But to serve a kid burnt chicken stripe is unaccaptable!!!! I will not be going there again, not for a kids meal. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

They don’t have an option to pick your sauce on the DoorDash menu when u buy chicken strips so I asked my driver to get some after calling and them not answering and they told her no. So I tipped her extra to buy the honey mustard. Horrible costumer service. They ask you what sauce when you do the drive thru so it makes no sense

I visited this Dairy Queen and ordered a Blizzard, but the product they served was stale and clearly not fresh. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of offering a simple exchange, the manager on duty — Shaw/Shawn — argued with me and refused to replace it because I had “already taken a bite.” Of course I tasted it — that’s how anyone realizes something is wrong. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service were surprising and unnecessary. A quick replacement would’ve solved everything, but instead I was met with rudeness and zero willingness to help. I’ve always liked Dairy Queen, but this location needs serious improvement in both product quality and how management handles customer concerns. I won’t be returning until these issues are addressed.

Normally I go to the Baytown location, but I work close to this one so I’m stuck coming here. Unfortunately, the food is consistently bad—my last order had chicken strips that were full of grease, like they didn’t shake them off, and the fries were soggy. Service is slow, and they always pull me aside for some reason. Also, the lady at the drive-thru intercom doesn’t greet you nicely, just jumps straight into ‘What can I get you?’ Not a great experience overall.

This is the worst Dairy Queen around. We ordered meals with ice cream and they made our ice cream before the food so it was completely melted before we even got it handed to us. When we asked for a new one the owner said he would put it in the freezer for us. The owner is always rude. Waste of my time and money. I would rather drive an extra 30 min round trip to the Pasadena location.

This is the holy-moly donut shop of Pasadena. Them flies was big and out of control, the lettuce was yellow and the manager is rude to her employees. I love me some DQ, but this was some DU!

Crazy how rude these people are. Tried to force my friend to take his receipt when he said no. Got my ice cream and asked the lady for a napkin and than she gave me all sorts of attitude telling me “I was gonna grab it you didn’t have to ask for it” and rolled her eyes. Not my fault she was having attitude with one of her workers that didn’t show for his shift. No need to take it out on paying customers.

We walked in to the establishment my kids were so happy to play in the play space. I was with a friend and her kids. We had just came from the park and we were waiting in line to wash our hands before we ordered the food, I told the man at the register that we were going to wash our hands. The manager (a lady) came from the back and started yelling at us telling us the restrooms were for paying customers only, I told her we were customers but just washing our hands. She gave us a nasty attitude and kept yelling at us. So we decided to leave because I wasn’t going to spend my money there on someone who was being rude. I asked for the ladies name to report her and she would not give it to me. She kept yelling at me and was very rude. I will not be supporting this business with a manager that doesn’t value her customers. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience from a fast food restaurant like this. The manager has a nasty bad attitude. Her workers even looked scared of her.

This place is TRASH, horrible customer service ! Was in the drive through the guy said can I help you, we said please give us a moment , he continued to say can I help you so my husband spoke louder to please hold on we need a minute , the guy said “you don’t tell me when I help you” then refused to take our order when we were ready he just ignored us

Rude employees who act like they couldn't care less about their job. I was the only person inside the store, yet I felt I was being rushed and stared down to hurry up and decide. Don't waste your time going to this location... Take the extra time to go to the Spencer Hwy location. Or heck, just go to the Whataburger across the street. Not to mention, the "chicken & dumplings" didn't even have chicken in it. It was basically just broth with a couple of dumpings. If you're going to sell overpriced chicken & dumplings, at least make it correctly. And don't even get me started on the pukey looking Blizzard, which wasn't even chilled like a Blizzard should be. Looked like the thing was melted. Definitely not coming here again.

Went to grab a blizzard, got there 20 mins before they closed. Got up to the drive thru speaker and sat for 10 mins. They then turned the lights off and never took my order. So I drove up behind the car in front of me. After they drove off the owner had locked up the window and ignored me. Horrible service! Just tell me over the speaker you aren’t gonna take my order bro so I can at least not waste my time!
