Melting Pot - Cooper City

We love this place! My wife and kids have been coming here for years. They consistently great, providing an excellent environment to disconnect from the routine. If you go there be prepared to spend at least 2 hours without noticing the time has passed while you are having an awesome time. The server will never rush you but will make sure you are enjoying every piece of the menu you choose. But if you are not looking to spend too much time there, due to your tight schedule, just stay at the bar and enjoy the fondue of your preference while you sip their amazing drinks, and you will have an unforgettable experience in a short period of time. My preference is: Cesar Salad with extra pine nuts The Wisconsin Trio Chicken, shrimp or beef With potatoes and broccoli The curry sausage mixed with the sweet sauces give the perfect touch Then closing with the chocolate milk fondue with strawberries and oreo marshmallows. We used to order White Chocolate flamed with Cognac but now since we recently tried the Milk Chocolate, we kept ordering it. We will coming here to enjoy the experience

This was such an amazing experience!! My husband and I wanted to try something new for our 20th wedding anniversary and this place did not disappoint!!!! It started with our waiter Q, he was very attentive and friendly. He explained the menu and how the process worked perfectly!!! The next time we are here we will stop in again!!!

When you tell people you know that you went to The Melting Pot and fondued meat, they're taken back. The Melting Pot located in the Publix Plaza on Flamingo road and Stirling Road, Cooper City, Fl. It's an amazing, long-standing institution. We were there celebrating our group of ladies, March birthdays and so we had the experience. Priced reasonably at $99 for two. There are several experiences and styles to choose from, and you can choose two. As we were five, we picked the Alpine and Fiesta cherses, land and sea, classic, and 2 others. We did each experience which allowed us to get several trays of different types of meat as well as vegetables. We went with the Coq Ah Vin and the mojito. Our experience started with the salad. We went with the California; followed by our entrees, several trays of neats,seafood and vegetables, to cook in our mojito and Coq Au Vin sauces. Next, to top it all off, came the fruits. We chose the creme brulee and the smores, dipping strawberries, rice krispies, bananas, and more. Thank you David,the manager, and our waiter, Anthony. It was a real experience beginning with the names of our birthday girls as a welcome greeting, to the Happy Birthay fluorescent sign, greeting us. Most of all, I was told that I was going to be paying a 20% gratuity, and it was worth every pennny. Thank you again, David and Anthony.

My family and I had dinner at The Melting Pot and it was FANTASTIC! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately immersed in the cozy and inviting ambiance. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic evening, a celebration, or just a special treat with loved ones. This was our first time going to a melting pot restaurant, and it did not disappoint!! We opted for the Four-Course Dinner experience for 3, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Our meal began with the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly paired by our server Blake. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with just the right balance of flavors. For our entrée, we selected the Land & Sea, which included a delicious variety of meats and seafood cooked on the Cast-Iron Grill. The grilling experience was so much fun, and every bite was bursting with flavor! To top it off they give you a tray of a nice array of different flavors that you can dip your meat and veggies in. I loved the Green Goddess, Teriyaki Glaze, and the Yogurt Curry the most. To finish, we indulged in the Flaming Turtle Fondue, a decadent combination of chocolate, caramel, and a hint of pecan. Watching the flame was a delightful touch, and dipping the fresh fruits, marshmallows, and brownies into the molten chocolate was the perfect way to end the evening. The service was OUTSTANDING — everyone was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone that we encountered was AMAZING, but most of all, our server Blake really made this experience for us! He guided us through each course, making sure everything was flawless, he even accommodated our special requests, and truly made the experience INCREDIBLE. The Melting Pot is not just a dinner; it’s a memorable experience. The attention to detail in every aspect — from the ambiance to the service to the food — makes it worth every penny. Awesome date night place in Pembroke Pines. Definitely a great place to go with friends to hang out for a few hours . If you are looking for a quick bite this isn’t the place and that’s perfectly okay . Service staff was nice , decor was nice, our table was a little small for the type of restaurant this is , and the booth was broken in the center but it was only a minor bother . Food was fresh and the only pieces that were overcooked were our own fault. Price was very reasonable . 9/10

I went a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my husband and I anniversary and we had the best experience! The minute we walked in we were welcomed by the host and the manager who were very friendly and welcoming. I don’t remember our waitress name but if we come back we want her again! she her personality was very warm and friendly and super hospitable. I felt like I was right at home. She even got us a little treat for our anniversary ❤️ I felt bad that the customers next to our table were so rude and demanding to her and I give our waitress props for remaining her composure and professionalism. This lady deserves a raise!! Also the food was incredible!! My husband and I ate everything NO LEFTOVERS 😄 and the s’mores dip was the best!!! I would literally come back just for that dip alone. So good!

Laura was our server. She did a great job of thoroughly explaining the menu and best practices. She was attentive and went above and beyond what we would expect. The serving sizes are fairly comfortable, though we expected them to be smaller. We were delightfully surprised. The salads were tasty. Everything was fresh. We got the mojo base for the main course but have mixed reviews. One of us felt the flavors didn't blend well with the meats, and the other feels it was lackluster. We will try a different base for the main course next time. This was a fun experience, and we enjoyed our time being split between tending to our dinner and regular conversation. This was great for just the two of us and would be fun in a group setting.

Came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and received outstanding service from our server Kylie. The manager, David, was also outstanding in making sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and delicious. We received guidance from Kylie on how to cook the food and she was also very attentive throughout our meal. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place with great service and high quality food.

My husband and I came for our anniversary and had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Blake! He had great drink recommendations and was very kind, respectful and anticipates needs. We will definitely be back!

Had such a great time here! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch. Dave, the owner, came by to check on us which was such a nice touch, and Kyle took excellent care of us the whole night. Really made the experience special — can’t wait to come back ,celebrated my birthday here and everything was incredible

We stopped by The Melting Pot to have a small bite to eat before ending our day, and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were seated right away without any wait, which set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting—perfect for winding down after a long day. Our server, Frenchie, was absolutely excellent. She struck the perfect balance of being attentive and friendly without ever feeling rushed. She took the time to walk us through the menu, answered our questions with ease, and made thoughtful suggestions that really enhanced our meal. Her upbeat personality added to the overall experience, making it feel personal and welcoming. Even though we came in just for a smaller bite rather than a full fondue spread, everything we ordered was prepared well. All in all, it was a wonderful visit—great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and outstanding service from Frenchie. We’ll definitely be back again and would highly recommend asking for her if you want a truly enjoyable dining experience.

We went for our Anniversary (42nd). Recieved Happy Anniversary wishes upon arrival. We had great service from our server, Jessica!! This lady had us wanting to come back, before we even finished eating ... and we had to drive 40 minutes to get there! She deserves a raise or a promotion, or both!

It was absolutely delicious! My favorites are the Caesar salad and the Meat Lovers grill, and the kids were over the moon with the chocolate fondue 😊 Now they only want to go to The Melting Pot :))

I had the most wonderful Valentine’s Day celebration at The Melting Pot! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and care. Our server, Nick, was absolutely fantastic—so attentive and friendly, making sure we felt special all evening. David, the manager, also stopped by to check in, which we really appreciated. The food was incredible—each course was delicious—and we laughed, enjoyed every bite, and just had an amazing time. Thank you so much for making our night so memorable!

Nick was an incredible waiter. He was pure perfection. We have been going to The Melting Pot for years and know exactly how we want to order. We have lots of specifications and Nick got them all right. We never had to look for him. He asked us what our favorite part of the meal was and we answered, “his service.” As always they give huge portions. Everything was delicious!!! We asked for a “2 burner table” as we like different flavors of cheese and different chocolate.

Celebrated my birthday with four of my wonderful friends. It was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. We had the 50th Anniversary special and every bite was delicious. Our server Nick was the best. He was attentive, friendly, helpful and kind. I recommend the Cooper city Melting Pot for any occasion. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Melting Pot Cooper City is amazing. We went there for my birthday on Friday night. Brendan is an excellent server, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the menu. David also checked on us; I am guessing he is a manager! The atmosphere is incredible, and the quality of food is definitely a 10. I will be going back for more than my birthday! But their landlord made them move… Greedy people make the world a worse place. They were there for so many years! It was our favorite place to celebrate our anniversaries. My brother and sister-in-law did the same. On several occasions we took the whole family several and everyone loved it. The deserts were decadent and delicious. Too bad… The Melting Pot will be missed.

I have been going here for years and love this place and the food is always so good. This time that I came for my sister's birthday, our waiter Pedro made it the best experience we had yet. His customer service skills are a 10/10 and he really curates the experience to who he is serving. Everyone in our family loved the evening with him and we would love to be served by him again sometime. Thank you Pedro!

Our server Krystal was outstanding! we never had to ask for anything extra or refills on beverages because she was on top of everything. Food was delicious and staff was polite. Wish there was a bit better lighting and more space on the table. A different kind of dining experience but it was enjoyable and who doesn't love dipping food in cheese and chocolate!

Been here twice and for the most part it's ok,nothing to really brag about,pretty descent experience if its your first time,my waitress was very pleasant and made sure we were well taken care of,to be honest with you the staff all around was very nice right as you enter to the time you leave,the food is ok depending on what you order I suppose.other than that I had a nice time.

It was nice the service was great and food was nice too. My kids did really enjoy to be a part of the cooking. I can imagine it would also be great to go with friends and have a great time.

The California salad was amazing! Our sever was knowledgeable and provided his best recommendations. It was not crowded when we went. The drinks were delicious, however it was like drinking juice(barely alcohol in it). The concept was fun. I had the 4 course(cheese fondue, salad, entree, chocolate fondue). The employees there were funny, presentable, and nice. There’s a melting pot backdrop for picture taking. You are provide with multiple dipping sauces to enhance the flavor of your meats after boiling them. I recommend using them. Depending on your seat, the steam from the pot can be troublesome. Only wish the venting system was better. Myself and another table had this issue. Otherwise, I recommend the Melting Pot.

Different great experience, Waiters arw knowledgeable and very helpful. The place is very cozy and calm. The cocktail is a disappointment, I couldn’t taste any liquor in. The Cesar salad has pine nuts 😋🤤 The cheese fondue is great, the meat won’t come out as delicious as grilled meat since you’re just boiling in a liquid and that was the downside for me. The chocolate fondue is totally delicious.

Fancy restaurant for special occasions. Food was alright tasting but not nearly enough to serve 2 people. 18% Gratuity is already factored into the bill. Don't go here with less than $300 in ur pockets. Strict on reservation time.

To start off, the service was great or server was very attentive and explained the menu to us. The menu was kind of difficult to understand, but the the server helped. The experience overall was not the best because we only had two burners/grills, and there were six of us dining, so three people per burner does not give you enough space and time to effectively prepare our own food, based on the small size of the grills. I believe these burners are only sufficient for two diners, not more. That was disappointing, and people were just waiting to place things on the grill which hindered the dining experience. The amount of food given to us for the grill was sufficient, and the Caesar salad was pretty good. This is an experience. I would try again only if there are only two persons using one burner at a time. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it… just don’t bother. As for the taste of the food, this is up to you to use the sauces… if you know how. that means if you don’t know how, you’re gonna probably be eating bland tasting grilled, fried or boiled food. This experience is just not for everyone and may not be enjoyable to most. The place was not very clean or aesthetically pleasing.

The restaurant was full. I suppose it is a good experience for most. We just had a really bad experience. The waiter was definitely new. He had no clue and struggled. The tables around us turned twice and we were still waiting for our desert. It was slow and the food was tasteless. On a positive note they had gluten free options including GF beer and brownies. The desert was the best and I don't like deset much. Our cheese fondue he added too much wine. It was a lot better when we added more cheese. They also have gluten free bread for the fondue. Honestly I will not return or recommend it to my friends.

The fondue was good. No offense to the waiter but the stinginess of the dippers after you’ve ate the first round is despicable. The wait and the portion sizes when getting extra dippers caused my fondue to burn up in the pot. I could not even finish my fondue. Ridiculous, never coming back here ever again.

My wife and I went for our Valentines date (technically one night before) and we were offered the Valentines "Special" 4 course meal. We had only been to a Melting Pot once before, which was about 15 years ago, and we couldn't remember whether we liked it or not. So we figured why not give it a shot. The Valentines 4 course meal was $100 per person and came with a gift (a strawberry plush in a box) and 4 $25 coupons. It was definitely on the pricey side, but why not try it... we hardly get to go out on dates... Well, I'm disappointed to say that the food was... okay, I guess? None of the food quality was anything special, nor did any of the food or experience come close to justifying the price. The first course was melted, grated cheddar cheese mixed with a splash of beer and some minced garlic. There were some raw vegetables and bread that came to dip in the cheese mixture. The cheese was just meh (reminded me of cheap, pre-grated cheese that you get in a bag at Publix). The second course were salads. Again, they were okay. They tasted like generic Ceasar salads that you can get at any chain restaurant. Third course, which was the main course, was a small amount of food for the price. It was some cut up pieces of raw steak, shrimp, and chicken, that you cook yourself in the bowl of broth, as well as some broccoli, mushrooms and cut up potato. None of the meats were seasoned well at all, except maybe the teriyaki steak and the pepper steak. They give you several sauces, and they helped a little. The broth barely added flavor, if any, to the almost unseasoned tasting meats or veggies. The meats all fit on a small plate and the veggies fit in a small bowl. These portions were for 2 people... The last course was dessert. It was as underwhelming as the rest of the courses. There were some fruit and pastries to dip in chocolate. In addition to the food, we each had 2 drinks and the total bill came out to over $300 (i think close to $340)... which was not well spent. That price is with a 20% tip that was automatically included, but still not justified. All in all, it was a lot spent for little, barely seasoned food. You're essentially paying for the gimmick of dipping and cooking your own food. I can't see us coming again, even with the 4 $25 coupons that came with the Valentines package. By the way, the coupons say that you can only use them within certain dates of the year and they can only be used for a 4 course meal. I recommend saving your money by going to a traditional hot pot/fondue restaurant if you're looking for the experience. It will come out way more flavorful and cheaper.
