We really enjoyed our first dining experience at Piola (Weston). Our server Grace was very attentive and made the best recommendations. The calamari appetizer, short ribs ravioli entrees, and tiramisu dessert were amazing! Lauren was very welcoming and friendly. She made the best caipirinhas and came to our table to make sure we were pleased with the drinks! We will definitely return soon to try other menu options and cocktails.

Amazing happy hour, we ate a meatballs, lentils soup, a delicious pizza for $11 and a $28 bottle of italian wine. Sebastian was a great server, super helpful, recommended the wine and different appetizers. 100% recommended!

The garlic rolls were delish straight out the oven and the marinara sauce was to die for. My server Vicky was very helpful in helping me decide what pizza to get but overall it was good. Also the other server Manny was very nice in helping me pick and toppings and lead me to pick the spicy salami and mikes hot honey which was delicious. Definitely recommend asking for him for any advice as he did me well. Will be coming back extra thank you to Manny and Vicky.

Have came to this location a few times for the homemade Gnocchi day which is on the 29th of the month. Our waiter Gabriel was wonderful and the manager Raffaella was pleasant and courteous. Also a special thank you to Given who was serving us the different types of Gnocchi, he was also very polite and hospitable. Thanks for ensuring our belly was full. This location is one to visit!

Well I just found a gem in my neighborhood. I initially went to Piola for a quick dinner and Pass some time until it was time for our movie. What I got was a very nice dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The gentleman Andreś that took care of my brother and I was so kind and attentive. He made suggestions that delivered exactly what we wanted. We had the chia flour crust pizza and it was above Ready our expectations. Light but filling, and the coffee 🍸 martini was perfection.

I loved a quick service and decent food. I had a nice Valentine Day dinner there and enjoyed Caprese with mozzarella and their Piola Summer for bread/focaccia type loaded with Arugula, prosciutto and cheese. Tiramisu was good texture wise, but could be better flavored to my taste. They served free Panna Cotta in honor of Valentine's, which was good and was very nice gesture I thought 🌹.

(Mid April) We ordered the new special Caprese Salad with breadsticks—it was delicious. We also got the Honolulu Pizza and the Regina Margherita, and both were amazing. Exquisite crust, sauce, and flavors. So far, the best pizzas we've had in the Broward area. The best part was our server, Sebastian. My son’s name is also Sebastian, so he was excited to meet another "Sebas." Our server was very helpful, honest with his recommendations, and super kind to my kids. From the food to the ambiance, I’d say it’s the Italian restaurant that I frequently enjoy going to most. Nathalie is my favorite member of the team EACH TIME. Her attention to detail is flawless and she will always go above and beyond for customers. I will always ask for her when I go to this location, she never fails. She also makes the best Caipirinhas btw. All in all great restaurant great staff. 10/10 recommended.

Love coming to Piola! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service has a warm, welcoming vibe. I’ve noticed the team is super friendly and attentive — especially one of the younger staff, Emmanuel. He always brings a great energy to the table, and can tell they care about what they do. Prices are just overall pretty high for the atmosphere feels more casual but the average plat prob close to high 20s Slow on refills

I’ve dined here many times over the years & have never been disappointed with my meal. The selections are varied & the food quality is excellent. Staff was super kind yesterday & prompt which was appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed this new Dolce Piccante Salad, it has a unique flavor profile. The meatballs are a reliable, savory treat to start. I recommend this location. 👍

Very lively with lots of families around. They had world cup playing on the screens(not loudly though). Stopped here for dinner because was in the area and hungry. Pleasantly surprised. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty. I would recommend the lentil soup, the bruschetta and their bread was so soft.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding Sebastain was awesome he really knew was he was doing. We got everything that he recommend and it was all great choice. We send Sunday afternoon the restaurant wasn't that busy we got our food pretty quick. If they just gave you a little bit bigger portions for the best I would give it a 5 star.

Pizza was burned on the edges and still soggy in the middle. The Pappedelle Bolognese was beautifully presented, but but very flavorful. The focaccia sticks were very good. Our waitress was fairly distracted. Oh, and be warned, the drinks are not fountain drinks - just a can from the fridge without refills.

I always loved their pizza and the gnocchi however the gnocchi has been getting harder and harder and in the past it used to melt in your mouth. Last Saturday I ordered the gnocchi and it went straight to garbage. The sauce was so hot! I mean Mexican hot! Italian food is not hot! Maybe a little spicy but this gnocchi pompei was never spicy. It is disappointing that the quality of their food has been going down.

The pizza is pretty good, however we asked for a pizza with orange oil added on it, both the server and the busser made a big show of mentioning how there was "orange oil" on the pizza when they brought it, but there was very obviously no orange oil at all on that pizza. We didn't make a fuss about it but it was a little weird and disappointing, like if the orange oil is so expensive you can't add it extra just say so or charge us for the addition, don't just pretend. So, pizza's pretty ok, just make sure if you ask for anything extra to get it on the side.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant with my daughter and grandson, and while there were some positive aspects—like the waiter’s kindness in trying to adapt a dish to be dairy-free—the overall experience was not very satisfactory. We ordered fried calamari as an appetizer, and although they weren’t burnt, they were quite greasy. When my chicken parmesan (without mozzarella) arrived, the chicken had a very dark color, clearly fried in reused or burnt oil, which really affected the taste. At the end, the waiter kindly offered boxes to take home leftovers for my daughter and grandson. When he saw my half-full plate, he asked if I wanted a box as well. I initially said no because I didn’t want to be rude, but when he asked if something was wrong, I explained that I hadn’t enjoyed the flavor because the breading tasted burnt and overly greasy. He apologized and said he would tell the kitchen, but when he returned, there was no acknowledgment from the kitchen staff—no discount, no compensation, nothing. It felt like their policy was simply, “Well, you ate half of it, so that’s that.” Overall, I felt bad for the waiter, but the experience was uncomfortable and not enjoyable. There’s definitely room for improvement in both the food quality and how they handle customer feedback.
