Gino's Pizza Pasta

Gino's is a great local place where they really care about their customers. Usually here every Friday for pizza. This last visit I had the rigatoni with sausage and peppers. Really an underrated place for pasta in Coppell!

Service was friendly and fast, pizza was very hot and tasty, hands down 1000% better than anything you'll get from a chain. I will be coming back! If you want to support a small local business, start here!

As others say, it defines hole in the wall. My expectations were tempered by the vintage interior but as the kitchen got to work, the smells revealed a fine dinner to follow. I was most impressed with the pizza.

I drove an hour from Dallas Tx to get a large pizza and lasagna. Service from the door to the kitchen was excellent. Gino even help me by carrying my food to the car awesome service. Now the large pizza was delicious just the right amount of cheese, pepperoni and sauce . I am all about the sauce if I tell you the lasagna was a 10/10 . Best I have had in along time since NYC.

Love Gino's food! Everything we get from there is great. We get theirs pizzas and Italian dishes and all are great. Always get it to go and they are people of few words, not rude just few words. Interior of place is dark but never at in the restaurant.

We love Gino's Pizza! The crust is crispy and the seasoning is tasty. We're surprised by the negative reviews. Everyone has always been friendly to us there. The pizza tastes fresh, flavorful, and not greasy. We haven't yet tried the other menu items, because we always end up ordering pizza.

This place is a favorite of mine and my boyfriend’s. His favorite because he can order an XL pizza for $12. Mine because they have good pasta. In all honesty, the salads are meh but come for free with entree. I just wish they had more options. It’s generally a wedge/House salad. Spaghetti was good. This place will warm your heart and fill your belly. You can tell the people here are good-natured. No, it’s not some 5 star Michelin restaurant. Obviously, they make better NY style pizza. To that one guy who left a bad review calling it flatbread…Do you know what NY Style Pizza is. IDK why he was shocked it wasn’t like pizza hut or dominoes.

I recently moved to Coppell I am originally from New York and this is probably the closest pizza I have found in the dfw for NY style! The 2 guys that worked there greeted me so kindly! I will definitely be a Regular for now on! Great job guys!!

Discovered this place in 2014 with the best lunch specials. I was surprised to learn he never upped his lunch special prices even after covid. They have been around for decades and a local gem. Support local business. Worth the drive to pick up a NY style pizza. Best version of NY style pizza for me. The crust is perfect … thin and crispy.

This place is AMAZING!!!! Top to bottom!!! Staff? AMAZING Atmosphere? AMAZING Food? AMAZING x2 I had a large canzone thinking I'd just take some home with me. It was HUGE!!! And very competitively priced especially for the portions. But it almost didn't matter how much there was, it was so good I almost didn't take any home and just piled it all in right there at the restaurant 🤤 If you're in the area or even if you're not you need to stop by and check Gino's Pizza out. 10/10 would highly recommend 👌

Since when has pizza been less like pizza and more identifiable as flatbread?? I ordered a large extra-cheese pizza today and what I walked out of there with was a completely flavorless, round piece of dough with just THE ABSOLUTELY THINNEST layer of cheese I have ever seen... not counting frozen, store-bought pizza. I couldn't taste any fresh seasoning like garlic in/on the crust and the marinara under the cheese might as well have been water with tomato puree. I mean, come ON... how can you expect someone to pay for this pizza when it doesn't even taste half as good as Pizza Hut pizza? So sad...
