I placed an order on the app, drove up 20 minutes later, then waited in my car for another 15 minutes before someone came out to speak with me, and they had no idea what I was talking about. Talking to a manager, they simply had not started it yet out of negligence. He offered to make my order, so I agreed and drove off and came back in 15 minutes, and received cold food after waiting in my car for several minutes. All told I received my food an hour and a half after I placed the order, and it was not busy at all.

They have major issues with their drinks. I found black stuff in their ice. I used to have a nugget ice maker and had to clean it once a month to keep black mold build up from happening. It’s obviously not being cleaned as it should be. Be careful ordering drinks from here.

Went there tonight craving a burger with extra pickles (also got a Sunday), I ordered online and went to pick it up, when I picked it up the girl who brought it out (black female, black hair, grey/black jeans/ glasses) (her name started with a N I think) brought it out and didn't say a single word to me which everyone has bad days so I didn't say anything but she walked away so quick before I could ask about my order so I just went with it and drove off. When checking my burger did not have extra pickles and I had no spoon for the Sunday so I went back and asked if I could talk to a manager to fix my order. The same girl came out I told her the issues and handed my burger which she walked off and scoffed before I could say anything else. She then brought. She came back with everything in a bag and in a rude and for a lack of better words "bitchy" tone: "you wanted a manager for pickles" to which I responded yes because managers fix problems. I come here often for the last couple years and have never had such horrible service. This happened at 10:50PM on 10/16/2025 also we got a pretzel do they not come with cheese sauce anymore? We didn’t receive any

Ordered a sprite and decided to open it (first time doing this) since it was tasting weird and to my surprise in the inside of the lid there was a dead bug and inside the cup hair and dirt.

The drinks were right and we got them quickly. The problem was the carhop that brought it to us. She didn't say her name, or read out our order. I asked her if there was a bathroom since some Sonics don't have them. She said yes, I asked if it was around the building. She rolled her eyes and said "what." as if I were asking the dumbest question ever. My brother, who was in the driver seat, reworded my question. "Is the bathroom on the other side of the building or is it inside?". She, once again, rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue. "Its inside." She then just stared at us before walking away back inside. I have worked at a Sonic before. When you go up to a car you say your name, you read out the order and you are polite and treat everyone with kindness. I was taught to make sure that every interaction I had with a costumer was always positive. This woman was immature and should not be in costumer service.

I ordered a Breakfast Toaster, a Sausage Brioche Sandwich, and a Jr. Breakfast Burrito and sadly, everything was disappointing. I’ve never had Sonic this bad before. The Breakfast Toaster wasn’t even toasted just thick, plain slices of bread slapped together. The overall quality was sloppy and honestly unappetizing. I hate to say it, but this meal was a complete letdown. Sonic usually does better than this.

So frustrated. I got an oreo sonic blast and while eating it on the way home I almost choked on a piece of plastic. I went back right away and asked for a manager. The speaker boxes are so hard to hear through but they seemed snappy about what I wanted. Someone came out and asked what happened and I explained and told them I just want a refund and asked him to throw the ice cream away. I waited 15 minutes and no one came back out. So I left. I had kids in the car getting upset and didn't have the time to wait.

Ordered a cookie dough blast medium, and a chili cheese tot medium. Service is bad, waited at least 10 minutes. The por potions on the tots are small, and don’t even look like a medium. Do not waste your money on Sonics. Id rather go to Chick-fila good service and good amount of food.

I love sonic and used to never have a problem with this location. I moved away for a little over a year and came back in March. About 2 months ago I mobile ordered the chicken toster (same in picture) checked in a stall and waited over 45 minutes. Finally pushed the button to which got told they didn't have any chicken and that I would be reimbursed (never happened). Today I come back order the same thing on the mobile app with extra mayo. Well if I wanted a soggy chicken strip sandwich I would have went to whataburger. I would stay away from this sonic in my opinion.
