I wound up walking away no one acknowledges you and the family in front of me got their food as my husband was done eating. I used to love Charlie’s but 20+ minutes is not fast food.

We went there to order food, the lady seem like she didn't want to be there(I get it). I order a 6 piece bone less wings with fries and damn seems like the food was coming out of her paycheck. Only one big piece and the rest were hard and the fries (jeez) Definitely not worth it.

I would recommend coming here unless you want to be forced to eat your sandwich with a fork. We probably won't ever come back. The employees don't listen to the customers. This time, the food tastes gross like it is not fully cooked. Crossing my fingers that my husband and I don't get sick. Well, my husband is already feeling sick.

I would recommend coming here unless you want to be forced to eat your sandwich with a fork. We probably won't ever come back. The employees don't listen to the customers. Don’t go by the hours posted, seems they decide to close whenever they feel like it. Came in on a Sunday at 1755 and was told they were closed when the hours posted next to the worker clearly said closes at 1900.

I see why I always get sick here....they never change their gloves....puts stuff in trashcan then touches food again....since I ordered lady touched everything even her hair and hands on her hip and still continued to use the same gloves to make sandwiches. These people don't care for other...so disgusting

The website to order is broken so I called the location to order directly and they told me all online orders are through doordash...good thing I'm not ordering online! I'm calling in an order. Lol. Anyway, I'm not using doordash to place a pickup order that I just spent 10 minutes trying to figure out on their broken website. I just want to call in an order like any other restaurant out there. Never eaten here and probably never will...just a stupid first impression.

I’m leaving this review not for the quality of the food or the restaurant as a whole but a single employee, Yanessa. She by herself was holding up the entire line and her coworkers. She was extremely slow, breathing heavy over the drinks and food, not wearing any gloves, standing around in the way of her own co workers and much more I can say. She took 4 mins to pour 1 lemonade. Constantly bumped into her co workers. As soon as you could order the rest of the crew worked well and made great quick food. I’m unsure how she is still employed.

The lady let my father-in-law do his whole order before telling him their machine is down for star cards. She then shorted us 2 orders of fries. This is the second Charleys to short us fries. This place is a complete rip off. Going off previous reviews, our experience is nothing new. I don't know if they have the same owner, but hopefully post command will see this and remove this place and someone who has an idea of customer service will come in.

Being retired, I remember coming to the PX and Charley’s food being delicious, well not anymore! The food was disgusting. I stepped away to make my drinks and my sandwich was already prepared with toppings without asking what we would like. My daughter doesn’t like mayonnaise but tried to eat the sandwich anyways even though I told her I would take it back. Being a black female I hate to say that the two older females (who are African American as well) need to quit or retire. Customer service and food is terribly, I wish I had four hands to give it four thumbs down.

The service there is completely horrible. They really need to hire and retain their people you shouldn’t walk up and no one acknowledge you and no one takes your order and all they doing is just cooking. You can at least say I’ll be right with you. Do better exchange
