The welcome was warm by a sweet lady. One of the kiosk wasn’t working so I went to the front to order and a male employee told me that if I have a coupon to use the kiosk, but the kiosk doesn’t accept coupons, I wanted to get my order taken with him, but he was on his phone talking. Then he was in the process of making my food he was still on the phone didn’t toast my chicken with the cheese . i don’t know if they’re supposed to but he didn’t. his customer service is very bad didn’t give the customers the light of day .

went in to order and three older aged staff women were all irritated couldnt even order what i wanted because they looked so irritated to get me and another customer out of the way when it wasnt busy and didnt even correctly listen to what i wanted

I usually only post positive reviews but i dont think I'll come to this location no more.There were 3 ladies working when we walked in who were rude from start to finish .Close to home but I'd rather drive the distance elsewhere.

Don't normally do this but, when I entered the building you an instantly tell there was an issue with staff. Didn't think much of it till I was just standing there and the look on the staffs faces was just pure irritation, frustrated, or RBF. To the point I didn't even bother ordering and just left...will now avoid this location. 4 start for the food because the old staff made great subs

You are told to use the Kiosk for a discount but then receive a much slower service. Personnel preparing your food have a lot of uncovered and unkept facial hair that can easily end up in your food. The drink station has about two options for drinks because most are out or broken. Take a little longer drive and go to one of the many other Subways nearby. Or better yet avoid Subway altogether and go to mcallister’s for much better food at the same price.

if u would like to eat at subway where u don’t get what u ordered and when asking to correctly make it the workers tell and point in ur face with the manager this is the place to go! ordered a sandwich without any sauce and got mayo and as im allergic i got yelled at. -10/10 not very good if u ask me!

I walked in to get a sandwich. I was told to use the kiosk. I said I didn’t want to use that. The lady said they were TRAINING us to use the kiosk. I not there to be trained but to get a sandwich. I am the customer not a trainee. There are other sandwich shops and I wil use them. You trained me to use them.

Employer tried to cheat me. I ordered a 6 inch sub instead it was much shorter. I told her it was not 6 inches. Than I asked her to line a 12 inch or foot long up against it. It was way too short. My bad.....I will not eat subway again.

It’s 12:18 pm 4/24/24 ….It wouldn’t upload my videos of when I first encountered whatever the hell this is in my sandwich. I called and the boy that answered tonight tell me “oh idk how it got in there if your husband watched us, I can take your number but can’t tell you when someone gonna call you. We have no manger on duty” never offered a refund, a remake , NOTHING and kept cutting me off while I was talking . I will definitely be contacting corporate!

I will never eat at this location again. I just left before I even ordered (11/18/22). The gentleman who took a cash payment, with his gloves on. Came and dug those same hands into the vegetables, like nothing. Cash is one of the most germ carrying items! You gotta do better with the sanitary portion of food service!

Ordered off DoorDash. Veggie patty had no patty just toppings and the bread was rock hard barely could bite into it
