the girl that worked here as a server at 2:30 was very nice, and I really appreciate it. She gave me extra lettuce even though I didn't ask for much and made me very healthy. I usually don't order much lettuce. this time I had a meal with more lettuce that was very healthy.
Nice $3 boorito on Halloween. The servers were friendly and very efficient on this busy night. The bowl was bigger than usual I must say. No complaints. 😃

Today only, buy one and get on free. I love Chipotle Mexican Grill, they are healthy and tasty. We jumped on this special promotion and went to the Santa Anita mall location to get our Chipotle bowls. The service was very good and fast. The portions were very generous. But the taste was a bit off. Unlike other locations, the salsa sauce was very salty resulted in unbalanced seasoning for the whole bowl. I think the problem is only associated with this location. Other locations where I had either burritos or bowl, they all tasted fantastic.

Their portion is significantly smaller than other chipotle. Ordered a burrito bowl and I honestly thought someone took 5 bites off of my plate cause it looked so empty. Also used my reward points to add side of guacamole but it was missing. Had to call the corporate to get points back.
I gave 1 star for service because the guy at the register was friendly, but that little angry girl with glasses had a nasty attitude!! I greeted her like she should've greeted me, and I gave her a little bit of leeway because I worked in the food service industry, but nothing helped her rude behavior. I have a very limited diet because of health reasons, and I eat a sofritos bowl at least 3-4 times a week. The same way, double brown rice, 1 scoop of black and 1 scoop of pinto beans, 2 scoops of sofritos, and corn. She gave the smallest scoops of rice and beans. The sofritos were dried out, and I told her it's okay because I was with my family and other families after the circus and said," Just give me the last 2 scoops of that. But it didn't make 2 scoops, so I said, "I'll just take some from the back to be made, and she had a rude attitude, "This is already 2 scoops!!". I said,"Then make it 3 and charge me, but make what ask for, i can afford to pay for another scoop," and she was extremely rude after that. I will never eat there again if she's around!! I will go to my favorites on Foothill or Lake Ave or Colorado Blvd. They treat me with respect!

I went at around 8 p.m. after waiting in line for 20 minutes, the worker said they were out of a lot of stuff including chicken. Instead of my usual chicken salad bowl, I had no choice but to get the asada - I'd never had it before. Once I got home to eat, it was like eating slices of fat with minimal meat. It was cold and disgusting. Will not go to this l location again.
Yeah they can be a bit racist the person in front of me got a big burrito and I got a snack wrap compare to their burrito.I hope they do better in the future lost a loyal customer.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had one of the worst experiences at Chipotle last weekend. I am a regular customer and know very well about the ingredients and portions of a burrito at Chipotle. Last Saturday when I visited the Santa Anita mall with my family, I ordered a Chicken burrito where the lady who was putting the ingredients on the burrito put less than a spoon of chicken. I saw that the bowl was empty, they are out of chicken. I told her that I understand they are out of chicken and are waiting for it. But she said this is the portion. I can clearly see it was inadequate and that they were out of chicken. And I said, I can wait until the chicken is done as I saw a chef frying it on the stove. The waitress was very rude and said that this is the portion and was insisting me to proceed with the remaining ingredients. I even told her that I am a regular customer and I know the amount of portions I get in a burrito. she was rude enough to tell me that this is what she will give and to proceed further. Felt bad and humiliated. Will never ever visit that place again because they don't have a customer oriented attitude. I will mention this in all my social media handles as well so that people may know. Worst attitude ever. Let me know what actions you have taken against the waitress.
Just went to pick up my mobile order at 3pm 10/13. I let the cashiers know and asked multiple times for help. They proceeded to help multiple orders and even took another online order from a woman who came after me who was waiting right next to me. I understand they were busy, and had only two cashiers working, but it was the fact that neither of the two cashiers made an effort to help me. I had to go into the line as if I was going to order for them to finally even start my order. Please check your cameras and talk to the employees about customer service.
Jasmine has horrible Customer service when I was making My order she had attitude and didn’t greet me I also asked for Diet Coke and she gave me regular coke When I caught her mistake she got mad. If you don’t like your Job quit.

Only come here if you want small portions. It's a joke of the portions they put in the bowls. You have to dug through your bowls to find meat.
We make order online, when we come and ask about our order, they start to prepare it. After it they ask me which kind of little soda I want to drink. I explain that I order watermelon lemonade, show it to cashier and she told me that she knows. She gave me wrong lemon lemonade and being rude. We make circle to chipotle and after it exchange drink to watermelon lemonade.
This Chipotle location is a complete joke. Three staff members were there, and NOT A SINGLE ONE could properly handle a simple online pickup order. Here's the painful breakdown: First employee sees my order, does NOTHING Second employee notices something's missing, throws in some salsa, and walks away Third employee has the audacity to say "it's not my job" to prepare MY ORDER I had to waste 15 minutes of my life watching these incompetent workers do absolutely nothing and I had to keep asking if it was ready. Their customer service is non-existent. The staff are lazy, disorganized, and couldn't care less about customers. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This Chipotle is a total waste of time and money.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is the kind of place that makes you question your life choices before, during, and especially after the meal. Walking in, you’re greeted by a line that moves with the urgency of a sloth on vacation. By the time you reach the front, you’ve aged three emotional years and reconsidered every burrito you’ve ever eaten. The ingredients look like they’ve been through something. The rice is either aggressively crunchy or mysteriously mushy — no in‑between — as if it’s having an identity crisis. The chicken is so dry it could qualify as a desert biome, and the guac, while delicious, is priced like it’s been hand‑mashed by ancient avocado monks atop a sacred mountain. Portions depend entirely on the employee’s mood. Some days you get a generous scoop; other days they sprinkle ingredients like they’re rationing food during an apocalypse. And the burrito wrapping? Let’s just say Chipotle burritos have a 50/50 chance of exploding on impact like a flour‑tortilla piñata. The dining area often looks like a tortilla tornado passed through — rice on the tables, salsa on the chairs, and a mysterious bean that somehow made it to the floor and the ceiling. In the end, Chipotle is an adventure: not a culinary one, but the kind where you hope your bowl doesn’t taste like disappointment and your burrito doesn’t collapse like a poorly built Jenga tower.
Honestly review. I wish I put 0 star bc the lady with hand tattoos was very rude. She was talking negative and side eyes to my wife. Idk why but she get annoying by us. It's was very sad bc we love it there but now we stop going bc there another person a guy was making fun of my wife purse bag. He say to their friends in Spanish say nobody carrying that bag. That's was mean and disrespectful. I'll stop coming here. If someone want to comes here. Watch out what they saying.
As a frequent Chipotle customer at various locations, yesterday was the worst experience. The food counter was a mess, the guy was impatient, the lady at the counter overcharged me. She wanted to charge me $9.5 for kids quesadilla meal because I had sofritas inside of the quesadilla and guacamole. Their fajitas were missing green peppers (only had onions and red peppers) so I opted for guacamole instead. I didn’t want to overpay for a kids meal when the sofritas bowl is only $10.5. She said that they have to make another one, which was fine as I waited for 10 mins. Then she decided to give me the original kids meal, but the guy instructed her to not give me that one since I didn’t pay for the extra guacamole (it was as if I asked for free food). So I waited longer and when I asked her what’s the name of the manager, she said that she is not allowed to give that information. In conclusion, bad customer service, poor food quality control, and exaggerated pricing with lack of accountability by the management.
I ordered two burritos and a bowl from this chipotle through Uber Eats. BOTH burritos were wrong. One was supposed to be half barbacoa and steak. It only had steak. The other was supposed to have green salsa and red chilli sauce. It had red tomato salsa, which want even supposed to be in there. The bowl was okay. Needless to say, super disappointed. I’m sure it would’ve been fine if ordered in person but really upsetting that they got my order wrong when it was written down for them to see.

Please hire help for this location , the workers are clearly under distress and cannot handle the volume of people who come in. None will acknowledge you and when they are forced to speak with you you can see how tired they are by the heavy under eye bags they have when they roll their eyes at you
