At the end of the day a Subway is a Subway; but as with anything what separates this chain is it’s staff! They always maintain a professional, positive attitude and the place is always very clean.
I applaud you for not pressuring me into political submission of wearing a face mask in order to enjoy a tasty sub unlike some other businesses would pander to. Friendly and quick service in a calm environment.

My new favorite Subway! Service was great and Shawn was Awesome... My only complaint is they stopped carrying my favorite bread :( honey wheat.

The manager that runs the subway in corning by FastTrack is an awesome worker . She always working day and night there. I don't think she ever gets a day off . She always a happy very nice person but she does need more help so she can have time off. Over all love there subs at subway especially this place cuz they always get it right. I've been to a few different places of subways and some of them don't listen and toast my buns which I don't like and most of the time when I order my boyfriend a meatball sub they don't have no meat balls and if they do they then put to much sauce on it . The SubWay in Corning by FastTrack is awesome.
Pretty damn great, though my order always changes from location to location, since this one didnt seem to have BBQ sauce i got honey mustard, and in turn i didnt get heart burn, and it was empty, which is great during the pandemic
This place was good. It’s a quick detour from highway 81. Not very busy, service was quick and good. The bread and veggies were fresh.

Jack waited on us and very friendly and meticulous in his attendance. Made me feel happy and my sub was delicious!
We had a bus load of tourists almost 50 people coming in on July 25 1 pm and both the ladies at the counter did such a fantastic job of making sandwiches everyone. Extremely fast and efficient and warm and friendly. Amy and Kailey - the hosts at the counter were absolutely wonderful. Will bisit again and again whenever possible. 👍
Awesome staff. Both the ladies who were on the Sunday shift on Feb 23rd were extremely good. I rate them excellent on their service and the attitude they carry. If I pass this place again, I am surely going to stop by again .
I stopped in here on 4/13/2024 to place an order for my family and I, the only person in there was Amy!! Her customer service was amazing!! Very polite, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to everyone and will definitely keep my business or "orders" at this location!! Thank you Amy for the outstanding customer service.
Amy has the Subway magic! On July 1, 2024, she made three foot-long Philly subs in record time for us, with every effort to make sure the toppings were exactly what we wanted. She went out of her way to mark the difference between the subs. She was courteous, warm, and professional.
I eat at this restaurant regularly- maybe once a week. I'm rarely the only customer there, but the employees are fast and efficient, and always treat me nicely. The owner, Matt, is an absolute class act. He is a caring, attentive owner, and I wish more restaurants had someone like him at the helm. I will continue to eat there, I am very pleased with the cleanliness, quality of food, and service provided.

Nice little subway. Plenty of seating with a picnic table available outside. Staff is friendly. Could use more staff in the evening around dinner time. Sometimes there's a line and only one person working.
The employees are always nice and attentive. They are pretty popular, but not over crowded 👍🏻

Stopped on the way to NYC. It's maintained well with clean restrooms. Polite and friendly service. Food was as close to fresh as Subway products can be, sufficient for a rest stop meal.
Place isn't packed, staff is cool and the food generally seems fresh. If you have a gift card go here and NOT the Walmart down the road, that place is like a third world country.
They had one person making subs during the lunchtime hour and there was a long line. It seems like everything costs extra.
Only one person working, and the line was long. 9 grain wheat roll didn't taste "baked fresh daily". Spinach looked a little wilted. Ciabatta Rolls for the sliders (untoasted) were pretty hard also.

The floor was sticky, and the tables need repair. The only real saving grace was the employees. They were really friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant dining experience in spite of the food. Perhaps this was a one time deal with the food being bad, so I feel that it is unfair to rate it absolutely poorly.

Customer service at this location is horrible! I didn't have to wait in line but the person obviously did not want to be at work. Nasty attitude and rude demeanor ensures customers wont return.
I came in tonight, and the guy behind the counter looked high. When he was making our subs he was very slow, and he didn't toast then long enough so when we got home (right down the street) the meat was unedibaly cold. I've had good experiences in the past but this experience makes me want to drive a little farther to market street.

And to top it off, when I got home, one of the subs we ordered had a fly wrapped up in it 🤢! I do not usually have problems here, but this time was terrible, first time with this particular sandwich artist. If she is working, I'll go elsewhere next time.

Stopped today at 2pm. Person working on mobile orders. No one else in line. I waited for her to ask what I wanted but someone walked in for a pickup on mobile order. She talked to him instead about bread that was not ready. I waited 15 minutes and she still did not ask me for my order. I left without getting order placed because of NO service.

One of the ladies worked there was extremely rude and hostile...yelling at customers and telling customers to leave the store!!!can't believe such a negative attitude is allowed to exist in a food service business...definitely the rudest place
we stopped by at this subway on our way to NYC and this female employee working there had a horrible behaviour and was extremely rude and racist.
Will not be ordering online again, picked up my sub got it to my desk went to open it and my sub was literally thrown into a paper bag with no wrapping on it what so ever. I have never seen this before, ordered the same sub in Bath last week and it was perfectly wrapped in the bag with paper not thrown in a paper bag.
Went there march 1st. , Friday, at 545pm. girl there was awesome, if I owned the place she would run it, the boy that was there rude, kept talking like he was going to walk out, swearing, hates his job so much, he should be fired. He had group of friends in there like they owned the place, eating free food and paying only for 2 drinks, would love to have owner pull cameras and watch clip, your mouth would hit the floor. Lazy kid, the girl there didnt know what to say to him so she said nothing and continued working, very unhappy, very poor management, never seen anything like it before. I have small video to verify employee. Guess Walmart subway will get busier. Unbelievable experience. Bk
This is not the only time they mess up the order normal they get it okay but who ever was working made the sub wrong. This has happen more than once and complain about it normal. If the mess up they are nice enough to remake it

We called several times and ended up having to drive to the store at 9pm which we were obviously trying to avoid. Them not answering is extremely rude and unprofessional. There’s no reason our subs should have been messed up and extremely detailed options and no special instructions are allowed.
Look at this "salad" $8 for THIS. I'm so disenchanted with Subway these days.. Seems it depends upon which location you go to that determines the quality/quantity of food for the price. I would have been better off getting a 12" sub and dumping it out on a plate! The Walmart location is much better. I used to get these salads all the time...they came in a square box and they were well worth the $. This is my last trip to Subway.
This subway is always nice and the food is always good but on 2/24 the girl working after 3pm at no fault of hers was completely on her own doing the best she could with a restaurant full of people waiting for subs to be made. She was extremely under pressure and overwhelmed. Do better by having more staff on to actually make sure the customers are taken care of and to make sure the staff isn’t stressed out and overwhelmed. She was trying her best but you could tell she was struggling.
Pretty freaking bad when you have to put your own toppings on your sub at home. Obviously you think because people order in the app you can skimp and scam them on their sub. Was supposed to have mayo, pickles, vinegar and salt and pepper on my sub, the whole sub had 4 pickles, one tiny drizzle of Mayo, no vinegar and no salt and pepper. Not worth the almost $12 paid for it that's for sure.
Ridiculous service ever !!!! Her name is Mindy, she was the manager I guess. She was too rude she asked us to leave the store. Was yelling at us. Never happened before. And the reason was is just we asked her to change the hand glows because we are vegetarian we don’t eat meat, we are having allergies and also we asked her to toast the sandwich for longer. She kept us waiting for a long to toast it again and we waited, then she asked us to leave the store immediately. Subway does not deserve this kind of employees who doesn’t know how to provide service. She did not even bother to say sorry. Worst service I would say. And you should check the camera please.
We typically order on DoorDash, but this seems to be a staff laziness problem rather than a “read the receipt issue” The receipt shows an accurate order, but we get the wrong bread, not toasted and an ice cold chicken that was just balled up instead of spread out across the sub (that was supposed to be toasted…. Who wants ice cold chicken) Posted on DoorDash: I have to get credit back because my food is wrong most of the time I order. Honestly disappointed with what seems to just be lazy staff.
Definitely the most rudest subway I have been to. Manager and the girl working there either are very racist or pissed to be working. Given they have so many bad reviews little surprised that subway or the owner has not taken any action. There is no place for racism or rude behavior in 2023. Today I was traveling and made a stop to Subway at Corning, NY. The Sandwich artist(white lady age 45-50) was extremely rude to us without us saying or doing anything. She was making noises while cutting bread, putting sandwiches into toaster and when she asked for cheese my husband responded and she said ‘you didn’t have to be loud with me. I can ask you to leave’. We felt Racism because she talked very nicely with the white customers after us calling them ‘Sir’ and ‘Maam’. I will never visit this place again.
