I should preface this by stating I love Jones farm and I frequent here especially during the warmer runs but today I had my heart set on. I’m coming here and picking up a chicken sandwich as a treat and that’s all I’ve been thinking about lol I had no idea that the kitchen closed at 1500. I got here at 1505 and I was told that the kitchen was closed. I was of course disappointed, but I picked up some treats from the bakery, but as I was checking out, a couple walks in behind me and they went to the kitchen register and a gentleman took their order for a Gyro and something else. I left puzzled but it just bothered because I was just told that the kitchen was closed yet they were allowed to make their respective orders so it left me wondering why this policy only applied to certain individuals. This was Saturday and I don’t know why it’s still itching at me but I hope it was isolated. Anyway, if you wanted to know the butter pecan cookies and blueberry turnovers are absolutely delicious.

A must!!! The bakery items fresh,stupendous!! Who would of thought Chive and Cheddar scones Could be so delicious!! They were! The lemon loaf,amazing!! The lemon Taste intense..stop in,i did,and am becoming a regular..

I have to rave. This is such a cozy spot. Great service food and baked goods! Its self service once you get your food, wipe plates and place them where they go. Everything is fresh. The gyro was delicious and pancakes great.

Wonderful gift shop with quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Grab some delicious food at the cafe. The carrot cake is amazing. The mini ponies, chickens and geese outside make for a quaint country experience. A lovely way to spend an afternoon!

So cute! Love the holidays vibes here recently. The animals are also lovely to say hello to, and you can get some feed inside. Famous for their carrot cake....but they have sooo much more to offer. The upstairs is a gem. Had breakfast and lunch here and it was all delicious. Don't forget to checkout the baked goods.

Wow this place is truly deserving of its high rating. We passed by after storm king to check out the bakery and altogether we got: Peach pie, pecan pie, carrot cake, raspberry tart, cheesecake, chocolate truffle cookie, cider donuts, and some coffee. I haven’t tried everything we got yet but the carrot cake is incredible - super soft texture with a yummy cream cheese topping. and I usually don’t like cider donuts but these donuts are fluffy and soft and the best cider donuts I’ve ever tried!!!! The truffle cookie taste like hot chocolate but in cookie form. And the tart UGH so delicious - soft and buttery!!! You guys need a store in Manhattan !!! The verdict is we actually would drive upstate again just for these again. The staff here are super nice too. LOVED THIS PLACE 5 stars!!!

Beautiful drive! The must-try item is definitely the quiche it’s light, fluffy, and has a perfectly crisp crust. The food is excellent year-round, though it gets busy in October. Still, the staff remains patient and welcoming, making it a warm, family-oriented local gem. I buy in bulk and eat their food on cold days.

They have the best carrot cake and other baked goods as well. I haven't really tried any other items at their cafe but they always seem very busy. Every time I've visited I have a slice of carrot cake and the last time they were all out so I had to buy an entire cake. That's how good it is. You also get to see the chickens and a few other animals they have on the property. Very cute place to walk around.

What a beautiful experience. Looking out at the Schunemunk mountains , the beautiful pastures, the cute hen coop and the summer blooms was a blissful start to the day and very memorable. The summer lines were non stop so I’d advise get there as early as you can. Rustic and quaint. I had a good choice of veggie food. And the food was good. My family enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. The service provided was great. Enjoyed their farms animals and took lovely pictures. Their carrot cake is the best I’ve had and all their baked goods we tried - the cookies etc were delicious
